A healthy food cafe in Echo Park. I got a cup of sipping broth and the miso bowl with chicken. Both tasted rather healthy but nothing special. The sipping broth was nice on a cold day. The miso chicken bowl didn't have much flavor and would've been better warm. There were a bunch of veggies, which I appreciated, but didn't really have any sauce or flavor. The chicken was soft but the miso flavor was really mild. There's a public pay lot in the back of the building.

Small cafe and restaurant in Echo Park. A classic "healthy food" LA spot. You can't save or sit at a table until you order. Most of their seating is inside but they have some tables outside. I ordered the Breakfast Bowl with a side of their house-made hot sauce (extra charge). The presentation of the bowl was stunning and colorful. It has a little of everything that you could possibly want in a breakfast bowl... a perfectly poached egg, some bacon, avocado, greens, potato. It was super tasty! I liked the hot sauce with it too.Just about everything looks good here. Their smoothies look great too.

Food + ambiance were 10/10. Really fresh and delicious healthy food and well-balanced drinks. Plenty of vegan options. The only downside is no restroom- that alone could deter us from returning as we had to walk pretty far to find a business that would let us use theirs. That's a significant inconvenience for a sit down restaurant. If they had a restroom we'd be much more likely to go back.

Gorgeous, complex, fresh food all-around. I find myself thinking of this bowl even days after. The interior is casual and well designed. Giving it 4/5 stars simply because they did not have a bathroom which, in my opinion, should be the bare minimum. Otherwise, would definitely visit again!

What a cute establishment! You walk directly to the counter and get a number when dining in or taking it to go. There's fresh fruit available for sale along with cute probiotic drinks. All staff members were very kind and accommodating. We didn't have to wait long for our food to be done. The lambwich was out of this world! So juicy, tangy from the preserved lemon and spiced to perfection. I also really enjoyed the breakfast bowl which is more like a breakfast salad- still divine! The chocolate chip cookie definitely tasted healthy and fell apart but was still okay. Could've used more chocolate chips in my humble opinion. I really appreciate that they source quality ingredients and are aware of seed oils. I will absolutely be coming back here the next time in LA.

What a gem. I was looking for a delicious and healthy breakfast spot and stumbled upon this. The surrounding area has a lot of parking and it's tucked along the side of Sunset Blvd. There are 7 tables for seating inside and a few outside. The decor is clean and simple with relaxing vibey music playing in the background. The person helping me at the front was very kind. I opted for the eggs and toast with hot sauce on the side. The eggs were beautiful and fluffy when they arrived. The hot sauce paired wonderfully with the eggs and I loved the cute little flowers that decorated the plate. The buckwheat toast? YES. Sooo good. Adorned with grass fed butter and sprinkled with sea salt. Right up my alley. Easy to say I was most pleased and enjoyed my little morning here. I will definitely be back for this plate and to try some of their delicious looking drinks. Thank you!

I've been wanting to go here for ages, and it was a great place for a healthy(ish) brunch. Their breakfast bowl is the perfect combination of sweet, salty, and tangy, and the lattes were good as well. Not sure if I'd go out of my way but it's a great option if you're in Silverlake.

I came here with some friends for a late lunch around 2pm on a Wednesday afternoon. There are a few small tables inside and outside. I had the breakfast bowl, which had sweet potato hash, a poached egg, mashed avocado, and bacon served on top of a salad. It was better than I could have anticipated. All the components were delicious and went really well together.Really cute spot, and I believe everything on the menu is gluten-free. A very stereotypical "LA" spot, but very good nonetheless.
