Very clean and inviting place. I walked in and was instantly greeted. The menu can be a bit confusing, but was given a kind and inviting description of what was what. Parking... good luck for street parking, but there is plenty of paid parking places around. OMG!! I got The Club#6 with a salad and a flat white. The sandwich, OMG, it was huge and the salad was a full salad! Most places, the side salad is moderate and the sandwich decent size. But this place... WOW! I couldn't finish it! I thought the prices were a bit high, but I was wrong, you get what you pay for and it's a lot! Thank you! The flat white coffee, may have been my mistake... but I it was smaller than I wish it was. Maybe I didn't clarify that I wanted a large. Other than that I was very pleased with my order.I will go again if I am in the area!

Hi Bakery is a very cute food spot on 7th and Imperial St in LA. It's next to a metered parking lot (the lot is in-between Mateo and Imperial) and parking for an hour is I think $5 which is a good deal. When we walked in there were lots of empty tables and there are two sides - One side for drinks and one for food/baked goods but you can order drinks/food on both sides.I got their Vegan Bagel ($12.75) which came with vegan cream cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, red pickled onions and micro greens with their roasted potatoes. I just wanted something a little better than what I had been eating, so when they said they ran out of vegan cream cheese I said to use normal cream cheese. It was deliciously savory with nice crunches of cucumber and fresh tomatoes on top. Very filling too...I hadn't had a bagel in a while. My husband got one of their plates with toast, egg and sausage, sorry can't remember the name of the dish. The sausage was pretty good, not too salty and not sweet but flavored nicely with a nice kick. Everything else was pretty standard (eggs, toast, potatoes). We did get a cinnamon roll (which the best part of one is the middle piece) and he got coffee and I got tea. I got their Sunset Oolong ($7) which had oolong tea, orange lily and ruby amaranth. It was a little earthy but there's enough tea to split between two people, and it's only served hot. Next time I try this place I'd get something else. This place is cute and they offer mostly cookies as baked goods (that earl grey flower one looked good but I didn't try it/next time I will).

This place is amazing. It's a hidden gem for sure. They have the best staff!!! The best sandwiches for breakfast and lunch and the best coffee, the best bakery and cakes. Need I say more!??!?! The place is cute and clean all the time and everyone is so nice. I ate my prosciutto and egg sandwich before I took this photo. But their bagels are always soft and chewy. I personally love the sesame. They shave the prosciutto fresh and the eggs always have a runny yolk so it drips all over your hands and the cheesy goodness. Highly recommend anything they serve!

I never feel gross after eating all the bread and treats from this place. This bakery specializes in natural "good for you" ingredients. You won't get any of those processed ingredients that make you feel bloated after eating bread. I really enjoy the chocolate babka (it's off the menu now, but it will most likely come back in the colder months of the year) and the everything bagel. The staff are always super nice and helpful! There is plenty of seating. Street parking on Imperial or Jesse street is also usually available if you go in the morning.

The best bakery in LA.I've been coming here for about a year and have recommended this place to anyone who will listen. From their sourdough, cookies, bagels, to their sandwiches. This place exudes quality pastries and hits every time. Most recently, I stopped by on Thursday to grab a bagel sandwich (i forgot to take a pictureee) and sourdough. I seen they had a new item - Croissant Cookie - and I was so happy that I came back the next day to try it. It's is crunchy and soft in all the right place, seeet if you get a mouthful of cookie but balanced in sweetness if you take a balanced bite. I say it is a once in the lifetime indulgence and experience rather than getting them frequently. Because of the quality ingredients used, i never feel guilty after eating a treat or bagel from here - truly quality. The team is always pleasant, helpful and efficient. I really value them! This is also a great cafe to work in or bring people here to enjoy something savory or sweet. It's a pleasantly positively filled space.

I wish I could give us five stars, but I'm pretty sure they forgot about my tuna sandwich order and it took them like 20 minutes to make it. However. This focaccia is not a joke!! so incredibly good -- so fluffy, and moist, in the perfect crusty top-- and so thick too that I had trouble eating. (We love to have that problem.)I also ordered two bagels for take away, and one scone for take away . Their bagels are so thick. I could hardly fit them in the toaster when I cut them in half. The score was pretty good, it had lovely rich notes of butter. Also, there's a decent amount of seating, space is very open, and there's outdoor seating too.

Stumbled on this organic bakery while doing errands in the LA arts district during a weekend trip. Its outdoor decor caught my eye and intrigued me to walk in! I was pleasantly surprised to find mouth watering looking pastries and a delightful brunch menu! Their wonderful staff promptly greeted us with a smile and gave us their recommendations. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Street parking. As if I wasn't already sold with their vegan options, their Saturday brunch special sealed the deal!! If you order from their brunch menu you get a complimentary glass of mimosa, champagne, rose, or aperol spritz! I gladly accepted the offer and ordered a vegan bagel with a guava mimosa. I also ordered a cinnamon roll because it was just so tempting. All their pastries looked so soft!!I chose the everything bagel and it was delicious! The vegan cream cheese was flavorful and spread nicely. The pickles were a nice touch. And the potatoes, omg 10/10!!! Definitely recommend their bagels. The cinnamon roll has to be one of the best I've EVER had. It reminded me of a cinnabon roll except that the whole thing was like the center everyone fights over!! Definitely bookmark this bakery for your next Saturday brunch!

Expensive breakfast sandos, but very good. The loaves of fresh bread are also good. The rehearsal space that my partner rents is just down the street, so we like to come and get breakfast before heading over there. The people are nice here.

Probably the best lox and bagel I have ever had in LA. I love the bagels here! They're perfectly chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The Nova sand-o comes with fluffy cream cheese, fresh dill, capers, and pickled onions. Damn I want one right meow! Also the people who work here are gems! They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I've always had a 10/10 experience here.If you find yourself in the Arts District, this place is a MUST!!
