Came here for a bite to eat after visiting The Last Drop League of Legends Arcane Pop Up at Boba Bear and wasn't disappointed. I didn't realize it was all you can eat, and opted for the al la carte option, but if I could go back, I'd do all you can eat (which I think is around $50ish a person). The food quality and variety was super good. There were so many variations, both cooked and raw, with rice and rice less options for those who want more protein and less carbs. They also have a lot of alcohol options and the ability to reserve a spot on Yelp in advance, which I did but didn't end up needing.I really enjoyed the wait staff, who were super attentive. I would absolutely come back.

Here Fishy Fishy is definitely one of the better AYCE sushi spots in LA - solid quality at a reasonable price that will leave you absolutely stuffed and happy. I came here for lunch with coworkers and ordered about 1000 nigiri's - all absolutely delicious. We were seated relatively quickly and service was quick. They also allow each person to ordered a specialty item once at no charge (which includes uni, for all my uni lovers out there). There is a parking lot adjacent to the area so parking isn't terrible. Highly recommend for a solid AYCE joint!

I wanna start by saying I'd give this place 4.5 stars if I could, because I think this is the best AYCE sushi spot in LA. It beats out Aikan, Hikari, Neo...you get the point. The quality is pretty solid, especially for AYCE, and the variety can't be beat. At $54.99 per person, you may be spending 5-10 dollars more than other places, but you're absolutely getting the best value AND they're open til 2 am. My partner and I came here on a Tuesday night around 9 pm. The place is cute, with pinky-purple neon signs with Instagrammable quotes like "feed me sushi and tell me I'm pretty." We were seated immediately, and the waiter was super prompt and friendly with anything we needed. We started by trying all of the premium "one per person" options and then branched out to other stuff on the menu. Our favorite bites off the specials were the Awabi--seared abalone with kizami wasabi that just oozes buttery charred goodness in your mouth, Harasu--salmon belly with kizami wasabi, Hotate--jumbo scallop served on a cucumber slice with kizami wasabi and smelt eggs, and of course, both expressions of their Toro. Honorable mention for their Hirame, as well. Some appetizer standouts are the tako wasabi (SO good, please try it!) and their skewers! We love the bacon scallop skewer and the bacon asparagus skewer. I'd pass on their takoyaki. On their regular menu, we loved the garlic bluefin tuna and the garlic salmon (something about that garlic sauce is crack). We also loved the yuzu yellowtail, unagi, snapper, and the MACKEREL!!! To be honest, their non-sauced tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and albacore were all mid, but the rest of the pieces we mentioned make up for it. We don't really order rolls, so we can't speak to that. Next time, I'd be very curious to try more of their Korean dishes, because we tried their bulgogi yubu and it was quite tasty! This was our second time here, and it was so much fun to continue exploring the menu. We outlasted two other tables that came in after us, and made full use of their 90 minute time limit. The way I see it: sometimes you want to have delicious, traditional, masterfully crafted sushi. And sometimes you want to shove as much pretty-decent sushi as you possibly can into your face. Here Fishy Fishy is there for when you want the latter.

My fav sushi/guilty pleasure in LA so far! $40-$55 for good quality, AYCE sushi cannot be beat. They have so many options on the menu, even their non-premium menu is worth it but we love going for dinner for their premium items. I could eat 10 of their scallop sushi.. it's served with some kind of cream (maybe mayo?) and some furikake or seaweed.I love their appetizer options such as crispy rice with spicy tuna or salmon taco. This place is amazing as a date night spot or a big group dinner too. Service has been great every time we have dined here. They also validate parking for their parking garage, it's a little tough to spot but it's on the same street as the Wiltern. Make sure you save room for their free ice cream at the end, I always have room for their strawberry ice cream!

Cute place with high quality fish especially for ayce! Our bill totaled to $71 a person which though pricey, makes sense with the good fish quality. Highly recommend starting with the 13 course taster. Favorites were orange salmon, toro, and harasu, and it does tend to fill you up with solid fish. From the rest of the menu, the lemon salmon and garlic salmon were table favorites and they put a pretty small amount of rice with their sushi which is good if you like sashimi. Their rolls were also very good.I would definitely come again!

I recently had the pleasure of diving into the delicious world of "Here Fishy Fishy" in Korea Town, Los Angeles. This place is no joke when it comes to top-notch sushi, mouthwatering sashimi, and Korean BBQ selections that will make your taste buds do a happy dance.Let me tell you, the service here is on point! Seong, Harry, and Miguel were like food ninjas, quick to respond to my every craving and even quicker to whisk away my empty plates. It was like they had a sixth sense for when I needed more tasty treats on my table. If you're looking for a dining experience where the food is as fantastic as the service, "Here Fishy Fishy" is the plaice to be!

I recommend this spot when people ask for AYCE sushi. Great price for good quality fish and appetizers. Tight place -it is ktown- so seating does fill fast.

I've been here a few times with the boyfriend since it's within walking distance from his place, and it's our go-to spot whenever we're craving sushi. For an AYCE place, the quality is actually pretty good! We've got a system down now - we always start by ordering all the "limit one per person" items first. My boyfriend isn't a fan of uni, so lucky me! I get to have it all to myself! The sushi is fresh, and the variety is great for an AYCE spot. Here Fishy Fishy is a good choice for anyone looking for decent sushi without breaking the bank. Great for satisfying those sushi cravings!

PARKING: Parking structure entrance located on Oxford. One free hour with validation. The restaurant provided a 2hr free coupon. My boyfriend and I walked in on a Friday night without a reservation. We waited about twenty minutes before getting seated. Menu is a QR code on the table, so constantly had to check our phone for the menu. We got the All Day Special for $54.99, which allowed us to try their special items. I noticed servers were quick to pick up our plates. Love that they are attentive!Everything we ate was quality. My favorite fish of the night was their eel, just melted in my mouth. I also love that our meal ended with ice cream. It is always a bonus when they offer dessert! You have the option of strawberry, chocolate, or green tea. And I felt like it was such a large scoop! Yum! If only I could have taken it to go..Random, but my boyfriend tried their pork chasu bun. He enjoyed it, I didn't care too much for it. Worth trying though. The surrounding area (at night) is not the greatest, but there are plenty of lights and people. Just be cautious when walking around.

Really awesome spot! My partner and I had a really great time here from start to finish. We came on a Saturday evening and had made a reservation through Yelp for 7:15pm. The restaurant itself is smaller than alot of AYCE sushi spots, which I think is actually a plus! But definitely make reservations for that reason.Parking was really tough, they do have valet, but they have a small parking lot for a few different stores in the small alleyway plaza, so I drove around in many circles for maybe 20-30 minutes looking for parking in the neighborhood. It's KTown though, so very much expected. Come early if you will try parking on the streets! Was greeted immediately at the door and seated. Menu via QR code and ordering through your server who places orders with an iPad straight to the kitchen. There were about 4 servers and 3 sushi chefs, which I think was perfect because the service was amazing! We were always checked on--whether it was ordering food, refilling drinks, or cleaning up empty plates, it was really spot on. The servers were all very friendly and upbeat. Food came out super fast and we were never really just sitting there waiting for food. The food--super good! My partner says it was his favorite AYCE sushi spot we found this year. The fish quality was really wonderful, none were mushy or stale-tasting. They give very little rice with the nigiri pieces (maybe 1/3 of the fish size) which was in my opinion, the perfect amount to enjoy the sushi while avoiding getting too full. They also have AYCE appetizers (unless stated that it's a one time order) and those were great too. I especially enjoyed the tako wasabi (not overwhelming with wasabi and still crunchy) and bacon-wrapped bay scallop. We ordered one set of each of the "one-time" only orders which was the right way to go! Uni was fresh and sweet! You can also do a la carte but those numbers can add up if you plan to eat alot, so I would recommend AYCE for 54.99 if you come hungry! They have different drink specials/discounts everyday of the week. Ended the meal with a scoop of ice cream, which was creamy and not too sweet. Really enjoyed our experience here at Here Fishy Fishy. We'd love to come back sometime. Big thanks to the staff for a great experience!
