Oh my goodness, the orange beef here is to die for. If you love food, order this now. Why are you still reading!Okay, fine, so - first of all, this place is called Henry's because two dudes named Henry started it. I love that! They have such a huge menu that it was so hard to pick just a couple of items to try while having lunch with my friend over the weekend. However, we somehow dwindled it down to the orange beef and Viet style filet mignon. And don't get me wrong, the beef in the mignon was succulent and had great flavor to the dish. I'd get it again for sure. But, that orange beef was perfectly deep fried to a crisp crunch when I bit into it that snapped wonderfully between my lips. Plus soundly sweet savor sensations to the sauce with a tinge of spice, perfectly perfect over rice.I would describe the overall style as modern homestyle Cantonese cooking. But it deviates even from that in the best ways possible with so many options. Every dish at Henry's sounds so scrumptious. I'm going to be working my way thru all of them the rest of my days~!

Henry's cuisine is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. Their food is consistently solid and the service is actually good! I recommend you come with a few folks so you can sample a wider variety of dishes. Surprisingly, I haven't had their lobster yet but it always look really yummy when I see other people get it.The must-gets dishes in my order:- Deep Fried Salted Pig Feet: This is one of their signature dishes - House Special Black Tiger Prawns with Glass Noodles- Honey Garlic Pork Chop- Salted Egg Fried ShrimpCome before 5pm for their daily lunch specials and you can save few bucks and get free rice with your meal. They are pretty busy during weekend dinner time so if you have a large party, I highly recommend you call at least 1 week in advance to make reservations (or earlier if it is during the holidays). They take credit card and was nice about splitting the bill between 2 cards. There's an automatic 12% service charge/gratuity and you can tip more if you like. Parking: they have their own lot

Henry's Cuisine is superb in delivering elevated Chinese cuisine. + Large parking lot+ Reservations can be made ahead of time for large parties -- call for avaliabilities+ Semi-private table seatings; I believe it's still set up from COVID but it makes the table seatings feel more intimate knowing that you have a blocked off table region.Be prepared to wait if you have no reservation and you arrive after 5:30 PM on a weekend. We've come for numerous family dinners and we've ordered a good amount off the menu including:DRINKS- Hong Kong Style Lemon Tea (COLD): refillable and will definitely have you staying up until 3-4 AM if you're not careful!! Strong and delicious, just as we love itFOOD (* denotes must gets for your first trip)- *House Special Lobster with E-Fu noodles: they will bring the lobster to your table prior to cooking so you know large it'll be. It's always market price, but also always cooked so well!! Definitely worth getting for special occasions- Vietnamese Style Black Pepper Fried Fish with Basil: again, the fish is cooked so well! Holds a good bite where the fish is fresh and you get both the crunchiness of the batter along with the softness of the fish. No soggy bottoms here.- *House Special Black Tiger Prawns with Glass Noodles: a crowd favorite!! The prawns are massive. You know it's good when everyone eats the shells like it's no problem. The noodles absorb all of the flavors that the prawns are cooked in, creating a perfect medley of flavors.- Deep Fried Salted Pig Feet: VERY FATTY -- but also delicious! It does leave me wanting something acidic to counteract the fattiness of the pork, but overall a decadent dish.- Seafood and Bean Curd Hot Pot: good flavors for seafood + deep fried tofu. My personal favorite, but I am partial to tofu- Steamed Pork Meat with Salted Fish and Egg: this was a miss for me -- I think the portion itself is smaller than other places, but still tasty. I would skip and order this at other restaurants- *Vietnamese Style Filet Mignon: sauces and beef are cooked well together. Good for if you have picky eaters (ex kiddos) and if you're looking for a beef dish to add to your table- Cold Drunken Chicken: also good for the chicken dish for the table. Will usually come out first. You can definitely taste the wine off of the chicken, but not in a bad way. You know that it's flavorful!!- Singaporean Curry Beef Stew: this was a miss for me even though it's a popular option. I thought it was good, but didn't feel special compared to other dishes here.- *Lotus and Wood Ear Stir Fry: must get for a light veggie dish! Good variety of vegetables and is not garlic heavy.- *Garlic Pea Tips Stir Fry: also a must get! But I am biased since this is my favorite veggie. The pea tips are also larger than other restaurants and it has whole pan fried garlic.- Cantonese Style Mapo Tofu: although it denotes as spicy on the menu, it's pretty mild. Good flavor profile for kiddos- Braised Bean Curd Tofu and Mushrooms and Vegetables: would get either this or the bean curd hot pot. Good for vegetarians in your party.- Shrimp and Fish Maw Soup: solid soup option -- I have no complaints about the soups. I think any would work, but I am always partial to anything with shrimp.

9 people from a meetup group event for dinner at Henry's Cuisine. We ordered 9 dishes from fried and white rice to Vietnamese lobster and filet mignon. Everything was delicious and everyone had more than enough to eat. Fried salt and pepper shrimp, lobster, and filet mignon were hits with the table. Nothing disappointed. Chicken wings, pea sprouts, salted fish fried rice, steamed sea bass, crispy pork feet, and fried pork chops were all well received by everyone. Service was family style with the dishes arriving from the kitchen and placed on the lazy Susan on the table with everyone serving themselves with the dishes and amounts that they wanted to enjoy Total price including hot tea and tips came to $55.34 per person.

We came here for Valentine's Day with just us 2 and it was really good authentic Chinese food. We got their house special items, like the prawns and curry. Both of which were really good. I wish we had a larger party so we could've ordered more items, everything was so good with huge portions. There's also a large parking lot in the back, fast service, and they take reservations if you call. I will definitely return

Alhambra, SoCal - Food here was goooood! All the dishes I had were delicious. Parking was plentiful and service was good even though they're busy. The tables were quite closely spaced from each other and there were dividers in the middle area. Definitely come here for their house special Vietnamese lobster with noodles! It was about $35 per lb. The seasoning had a slightly sweet, buttery and garlicky taste. The live lobster was cooked perfectly with tender and flavorful flesh. I also loved the roe in the dish, made everything extra savory. The longevity noodles were thinner than what I normally eat, which went really well with the little sauce in the dish. The rice with corn and chicken gravy was a hit among the kids. It actually tasted really yummy and the adults liked it too! Their choy sum was very fresh and crunchy that went really well with the fish fillet. Also the deep fried pork chop with pepper was delicious. Don't forget to get the honey walnut shrimp too! Love how they separated the mayo so the shrimp stayed crispy throughout!

We decided to make this our Christmas day meal. Let me give you some PSA and inform you they do take reservations on the busy holiday. Without reservations, I think we waited for approximately 25 minutes?Anyhow, they were severely understaffed for the holiday with guests continuing to pour in. For the 4 dishes we ordered, it took 2.5 hours for it all to trickle into our table. Now, all guests were experiencing the same wait for their dishes. For us, we got to connect and socialized while we waited, which wasn't too bad.The food was so-so. Maybe it was the food we ordered? Nonetheless it was an enjoyable meal.

Ambiance: brightly lit, since covid, the tables are mostly separated by pixie glass but integrated into their decor.Service: Always had refills on our waters (which is ordered by cup and not for the entire table), food came in a timely mannerFood:Crispy pork hock- meat is still tender, skin is Crisp and light. Pea sprouts- though most of the stem is intact, it was still tender greensString beans- sweet and fresh, just the right amount of spice from stir fried with jalepenosVietnamese style fried cod- great basil flavor, still Crispy even tossed in a thin sauce Braised lamb pot- a little salty but truly lamb belly, braised beautifully Crispy scallop egg white fried rice- one of the best iterations I have tried, perfectly seasoned, I kept going back for moreSalted egg yolk shrimp-could have more salted egg yolk sauce but very Crispy and excellent texture of the shrimp (bouncy, cooked al dente)Curry brisket- tender brisket, strong coconut milk flavor in the curryOverall, fresh ingredients used, food is excellently prepared (justifies the higher price tag than other restaurants). Make sure to call to make a reservation.

My sister found Henry's cuisine on a Chinese platform and we called them to make sure we got a table. And I am glad we did because it was packed with Asian families having dinner. This is probably one of the best Chinese restaurant I've been to in the states. Highly recommend. We got the lobster Vietnamese style with noodles and it was really delicious. The noodles were chewy and had amazing flavor from the lobster and sauce.

Everything we got was amazing! I think it might be a little pricey but it's so good and worth it. What I'd definitely get again:Viet style lobster plus noodles ($36/lb)Honey garlic pork chopsViet style filet mignonI'd get again for health and balance:Peapods A few notes:- smallest lobster size was 4lbs- lobster comes with a free egg waffle dessert- they automatically add 12% on the receipt - tea is not included, charged per person - there is a parking lot- they don't take reservations for parties under 6- come early if you're a walk in or small party! They mostly have larger table
