Heng Heng Chicken Rice

Heng Heng Chicken Rice serves up delicious chicken and rice as well as pork and noodle options, served by a former vegan chef that knows how to cook meats. For $15 you can get a solid plate of tender well cooked chicken over delicious rice. You can also pair it with other meats like crispy chicken and crispy pork belly. They also give the option of having the chicken skin on or off. And as a bonus, they provide plenty of bowls of radish soup that's hot and soothing. Service is great. Is a casual chill vibe inside with just enough indoor seating. Not sure if there's a parking lot but some street parking if you can find it.

You can park at the hotel. I had the crispy fried chicken over rice and I liked it a lot. The chicken was crispy and the entire dish was so good. I need to come here and try their other dishes.

When I saw this place on Yelp, I really wanted to try it because it looked really authentic, but I was skeptic because it was in LA and it seemed to cheap for authentic Thai food. Like finding pad thai for 15 at a lot of places is already a steal, how can they be serving this much meat for 15?The restaurant is small and cozy with really attentive servers. It also has a small parking lot they share with the motel behind it which made parking so easy. My friend and I ordered the zaab pork belly with mixed organs added on and the half fried chicken & pork belly. When the food came out, I was instantly overtaken with my memories of when I had the privilege of eating with some friends I made at a university food court in Udon Thani, Thailand. It just looked so good and so authentic. Zaab pork belly (5/5): this was a bit different than I remember in Thailand but it was delicious nonetheless. I got this because the acidity of the sauce with the sharpness of the onions with the crispy was of the fried pork belly is a crazy combination. I added on the mixed organs for $1 which was because I needed some extra protein and it was surprisingly really good. You could tell the liver, heart, and gizzard were all really fresh and it didn't have any smell to it. The portion size was pretty big and i definitely left full. I will admit I over estimated myself with my spice tolerance and got it spicy... which I will get medium next time. Fried chicken and fried pork belly (5/5): a lot of meat, very crispy, and tasted really clean. You could tell it was made with great ingredients and that they take care of their oil. Came with 2 sauces and went great with both chicken and pork.

Get here early cause it gets packed from the jump. Known for the chicken and pork, and I would definitely come back for those garlic noodles. A relatively small restaurant, but don't let the size of the restaurant deter you from eating. They got the crispy part down and when they use garlic, they don't play. They also have this one sauce that was citrusy and spicy, a must try when dipping your meats here. They have their own parking lot, that opens up when they do. You can also find parking on the street!

Loved my dinner there!Above all else, the service was amazing. Friendly, family-like vibe, attentive, and so nice. The decor was also fun and festive - felt like a 50's diner with lots of Holiday decorations.Ordered a fried crab roll appetizer, wings appetizer, and then got half and half steamed chicken and crispy pork on garlic rice for my entree and a Thai iced tea to drink. Everything was 10/10. Especially memorable were the wings, actually. Fried to absolute perfection. They had to teach me how to make the sauce for the steamed chicken, but in essence, mix the garlic and spices on a sauce dish and then pour the liquid sauce onto it. So, so good. The entree came with a delicious bowl of sipping broth.Free parking in the adjacent Dixie hotel. Yeah, I'm coming back.

Absolutely mind blowing chicken! They have Hainan Chicken Rice with mind blowing Thai sauce. The rice is also deliciously flavored as well. Their crispy chicken is extremely crispy! They fried the skin so well that it is like really good chicharrón. Got it with the garlic noodle, and let me tell you, that garlic noodle was the BOMB! It was so umami and garlicky and just addicting! Best of all, they are open until 5pm on Thanksgiving! Parking: small lot next door or limited street parking

Delicious and simple. Great casual spot for some good meat and rice or noodles combo. Our server was very nice and checked up on us occasionally to make sure everything was ok. Parking is very convenient and free with the hotel parking they share.

So so good!We ate the grilled chicken and the breaded chicken and rice and it was delish!!

They are so generous with their sauce portion. They have it ready for you to pour. Sauce is highly addicting, perfect amount of saltiness and aromatics that go well with both the steamed and fried chicken. They also give a sweet and sour sauce for the fried chicken. I got the garlic fried rice, which was also a lot and so good. All paired with this chicken broth that came with daikon radish. It was priced reasonably. Service was friendly and refilled my water regularly.Parking was easy since they share the parking with the hotel next door. I came a couple minutes after it opened and a line already formed by the time I finished.

I would have gave 5 stars but the waitress forgot 2 of our items we asked for since she did not write down our order. There was 5 of us in our party. When we asked her she said she forgot and that was it.
