Cheyenne has the best customer service and the food was full of flavor. I enjoyed Chef Chris preparatio and my food was hot to taste....love love love and will definitely be back! That lemon pepper is hands down AMAZING!!!

Let's start with the good, the atmosphere and stuff are so pleasant and welcoming. The music is really good. They have Minute Maid lemonade which is by far the best lemonade option they could have. Let's go onto the bad. The amount of mac and cheese balls you get compared to the cost honestly leaves a lot to be desired. The wings are crispy and good , maybe a little salty, but again compared to the price I was expecting HEAVENly wings, these are just good wings. Overall not bad, if you want some wings and your nearby consider, bit they won't change your life, maybe just your bank account.

I was literally seconds away from never having had their chicken at all because my friend and I were just about to walk out when the hostess finally came to take our order. I mean it was as if there was no basic customer service training whatsoever. Let me break it down. We wal in around 8:30pm or so and stand at the entrance. The place is empty save for a family in one corner, a group of way over dressed girls in another and a few folks at the bar. We stood there for so long without any acknowledgment that my friend finally approached the hostess, who clearly saw us waiting, to ask if we could be seated. After looking confused and having a side bar with the bartender she then told us to sit wherever we liked. Why couldn't she communicate that 20 minutes prior? Why just ignore us. Should have left then but we look at each other and just shake our heads. But once we sat and were given the menu she disappeared and we waited some more. That's when we decided we had enough. Just as I was about to push up off that banquette seat she came chirping over with her pen and paper. The menu is typical soul food and way overpriced but it's on the Hollywood strip so there's that. We settled on the wing dinner. Apparently there's a difference between a "dinner" and a "platter" but I still don't know what that is. What I do know is shorty was just going to give us the wings and fries until we pointed out to her that the menu said the dinner included a side of greens, macaroni or potato salad. They were out of greens though of course. The chicken came out piping hot and I admit it was good and tasty but not a napkin or utensil in sight. We asked but neither materialized. I had to snatch a few cocktail napkins from the bar. She had to be pinned down on the forks, how else were we supposed to eat the side...oops..excuse me...the sample. The container was the size of a dipping sauce. You can try them if you want to. I heard there's another location but the chicken wasn't worth the hassle.

I'm from CHICAGO but live in NOHO and these wings taste just like home. The lobster bites are OK. The wings and fries are FIYAH!I love my wings with salt, pepper, hot and mild sauce fried crispy and they are cooked to perfection!The staff is amazing! Great ambiance too!! Clean bathrooms, great vibes with rocking music. Full Bar to top it off!! I will be back!

I made a reservation for 10 people for Dec 14 and when I got there, they did not have my reservation set up, I did not get my $50 back. The manager never came to my table to apologize. The food was just ok, I ordered lemon pepper but there was no flavor of lemon anything on the chicken! I ordered a drink that had strawberry puree, there was No strawberry anything in my drink! The coleslaw was so small that they served in a sauce cup! They should be ashamed of serving a portion so small! Overall I'm very disappointed and I want my money back that I reserved for a non reservation!!

Came here for a friend's bday party they had Karaoke a Dj and the whole works. a the food was really good. We had a great experience at Harold's Chicken in Hollywood for my mother-in-law's birthday. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and attentive, providing excellent customer service. They were especially accommodating with my sister-in-law, who is in a wheelchair--they made sure she was comfortable and included, and we never felt alienated. The atmosphere was inviting and lively, with music playing in the background. It kind of felt like you were in the club. They even had card and board games available to play. The food was really good--everyone at our table enjoyed chicken wings with fries, a few drinks, and the peach cobbler waffle was good too. My mother-in-law really enjoyed herself for her birthday, and we'll definitely come back. Thanks to our server and the entire team--we really appreciate you all!

The food here is DELICIOUS. It's worth every penny considering it's a nice clean restaurant in the center of Hollywood Blvd! They got security in the front, a live DJ, fun lights, great drink options. The food is very seasoned and they always make it extra crispy when we ask. The mild sauce is too good. I loooove their baked Mac & Cheese! Great spot and great energy!
