I was a bit apprehensive when we first arrived due to the lack of Yelp reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. We arrived around 2:30 on a Sunday. There was a 20 min wait for a party of 5. We sat outside on the patio. We were immediately greeted by our waitress Karla. She was great! Brought us water immediately, very knowledgeable about the menu, attentive and very sweet. As for the food, I was very pleasantly surprised. We ordered the Artisan Pretzel. It was absolutely delicious. Perfectly salted and buttered. It was really fresh and perfect sharing size. We also ordered the signature patty melt. It was also really good. The burger patty was very well seasoned. Just the right amount of cheese. It comes with white bread rather than the usual rye bread, which I didn't mind. The fries are not that spectacular but the rest of the food made up for it.We also got the cup of chili. Again, delicious. The chili is thick and very flavorful. Probably my favorite chili.Lastly, we got the kids mac-n-cheese and chicken tenders. Both, although fresh, were quite average. Nevertheless, I would definitely come back. I suspect they get quite busy on game nights and weekends.Parking here sorta sucks because it's expensive. Cheapest place to park is at the subway station but be prepared to walk uphill and/or take tram. Alternatively, you can pay $30 for general parking, which is good if you're parking for the entire day. If you're only going for several hours, you're better off doing valet parking for $25. If you go to a sit down restaurant (not fast food), and this restaurant qualifies as a sit down, valet parking is reduced to $10 for 2.5 hours or $15 for 3.5 hours.

We stopped in on our way out of universal studios. It was pouring rain and super cold so we decided to stop in to dry off and get some lunch. The staff was all wonderful. Our waiter was great. He explained what they had that was good for celiac (gluten free) and what beers are good. All of our food was delicious! We had a a flight of beer. We sat at a ham table so we played foosball while we ate. We got to dry off, get warm, fill our bellies with good food (with GREAT service), enjoy some beer and keep the kiddos entertained all at the same time. After a horrible (weather wise) morning at universal and leaving way to early because of it this was a exactly what we needed.

My husband and I came here from the awful universal studios experience. We needed a break from the people and some good food. We were here on 12/23/24 and there was hardly anyone in. Sat at the bar, bartender super cool and hooked us up on happy hour. Our meals were $9.99 each and freakin amazing quality and quantity. I wish they had this place in the inland empire.

Food was good! The soft pretzel appetizer was FANTASTIC! The whole family had it, it was huge! Definitely for sharing. Both Gau and Baylor were friendly and attentive and the service was above expectations! Will be back next time.

Service is disorganized and for a party of six it took about 45 minutes to get our food and it came out plate by plate. "Sorry what did you order again?" Terribly managed. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken salad and when it finally came the chicken was cold and it was all breading and skin. Picture chicken wings without the chicken and bones.
