Golden Panda Buffet

I've been coming here for years with my family.It's located in a bit of an odd location in terms of the road to get to the lot, but has a lot of parking spaces available. I think the food is overall very good especially for the great price. They have a large variety of options like crab, shrimp, chicken, pork, noodles, fried rice, crawfish, fish fillet, beef's, sushi, mussels, sashimi, desserts, and so much more. They even have chicken from Krispy Krunchy chicken.The buffet interior itself is quite large with many seating available. It's well decorated with nice panda graphics and good interior lighting. The service is great and the staff are very attentive and friendly. There is always staff walking around to take finished plates pretty quickly. Overall the price, food, and service has always been good so we will often come back

Overall Rating: 3.5/5Food Quality:Comparing the food to all the Chinese buffets I been too, this place is a decent spot if you wanted to grab a nice lunch bite around the area. They offer your standard asian dishes as well as a few American ones here and there. The food here is either a hit or miss such as the sushi being fine, but the orange chicken was very dry and hard to me. They also do not serve a lot of the buffet essentials like crab legs or the walnut shrimp when I came during lunch. Their selections are alright, I kinda wished they had more to choose off from, but hey I came out pretty full! (3/5)Service:The service here was good! The staff here don't talk too often, but they definitely don't lack in service. Our waiter was able to come by and grab our plate pretty quickly as soon as I left my table for most of the time. Every time I walked back, my table was empty so they deserved a tip! (5/5)Ambiance:The place here was semi clean and I didn't see anything out of the ordinary. They themed this entire spot with Po the Panda photos and have cute Pandas with their bamboos on top of the room. (4/5)Value:For $15 + tax, it came out to be around $17. Even while the food was a hit or miss, I still thought this place was sorta worth trying if you wanted to eat large amounts of food at a cheap price! I did enjoy some of the food here and they were able to stock up the dishes pretty quickly. Only thing I wished was for them to have larger food options for a buffet. Clean spacious well lit and everyone was friendly and polite. The waitstaff comes by often to take away plates and clean tables even if no one has sat down between cleanings just to be busy. I came on a Monday and all the food was good this place is well worth the money with lots of actual seafood items not just a couple of items the lunch items impressed upon me a tasty variety I will be trying dinner soon but I'm not complaining at all again well worth the price and everything had flavor was warm and as fresh as you can be at a buffet. It's a good option for the price

02/15/2024Came by the day after Valentines Day there wasn't a lot of people about 30% full. The week day price was $16.99 and $15.29 for seniors. There were several items missing from the weekend menu. 3 different kinds of shrimp and the beef ribs. Still a good value. You can easily spend $12-13 dollars for a burger combo at Wendy's or Jack in the Box. I really love the Hot & Sour soup, Baked Mussels, the Fried Chicken is pretty good too.On a humorous side note I saw 4 one star reviews with the same picture of a roach on the handle of the food tongs hahahaha cmon roaches gotta eat too! Just kidding. Restaurant was clean with no critters walking on the floor.

I have to agree with my fellow Yelpers. Three stars. Lots of options on the buffet from soup to sushi to hot items to cold items to desserts and ice cream. At the current time, the price is $14.99 for lunch.

The sushi are just basic rolls with variations of imitation crab and sauce. Hot foods like the orange chicken and broccoli beef are the same as you will find in any gringo Chinese fast food restaurant in southern California. They also have pepperoni pizza and fried chicken, which were fine. Overall fantastic but basic Asian buffet. For $14 per person at lunchtime, this place is amazing value for money.

Stopped by for the first time on Saturday, 10/21/23.- $18.99 per person (all-day price, weekend) x3 = $56.97OVERALL TOTAL = $62.81Seafood: Crab, fried unpeeled shrimp, clams, crawfish, sushiVery busy when I dined in. Upon entering, you pay first before being seated. Parking can be tricky especially since its limited to only 2 hours.

Food:- food options were definitely limited for a buffet- fair price for the number of food options - ice cream is not frozen yogurt (which may be the case for some buffets) Service:- friendly waitstaff (most spoke some Mandarin) - pay when you arrive Ambiance: - small restaurant - tables weren't close but it wasn't super spacious - definitely limited spots in the lot - semi clean

Food are good . Place is clean and spacious. I love eating here. It's really worth it

Great variety of food, even at lunchtime . All foods that I have tried have been delicious. I recommend it. Have eaten here with my family several times.
