Ggiata - West Hollywood

My friends ordered dinner delivery here the other night and the sandwiches looked incredible, so I managed to stop in for breakfast before my vacation came to an end. Truthfully, I wanted the Spicy P so I was disappointed to learn that only the breakfast menu was available until 11am, but a lot of items there caught my eye so it was fine. The gent at the front was friendly and took my order for a SEC and rosemary hash browns. He said it would take about tej minutes and it looked like I was behind a few pickup and catering orders as there were a lot of folks coming in for takeout. The interior is charming, cool art but the most uncomfortable stools I may have ever sat on. I got my food and enjoyed it outside at one of the two tables they have. SEC - Just what I want from a breakfast sandwich. Fresh ingredients, delicious bread, I would have appreciated a side of hot sauce for my personal taste but I enjoyed it as is. Hashbrowns - I was expecting a patty so I was delighted when I got more of a hybrid shredded style hashbrown. These were also delicious and one order is enough to split between two people. I will definitely be back for their regular sandwich menu.

There's something special going on inside this unassuming little storefront in Weho. I'm basing this on one visit and one sandwich, The Madeline - a vegan concoction featuring grilled portobello mushroom and roasted broccolini (I'm not vegan, but I keep my meat intake to a minimum and decided to give this a shot). All the ingredients tasted fresh and the bread was out of this world, with a wonderful crust. The flavors of the vegan almond ricotta, balsamic glaze and perfectly charred broccolini melded beautifully and made for a smokey, tangy knock-out of a sandwich. The folks at Ggiata are friendly and my sandwich came out in a reasonable amount of time, so I'm definitely going back and trying one of the meat options.

Did I get a bad wrap or is this place insanely overhyped? The two guys running the shop in West Hollywood were so sweet but this wrap was so extremely subpar I'm actually blown away with how bad it was. The wrap itself is very good, love that it's a little grilled & soft but stays structured. Everything else? Bad. Lettuce was wilted, croutons were weirdly soft and not crunchy and the breading on the chicken was not good. I will say I did like the Caesar dressing itself but that wasn't enough to redeem this wrap. Also, don't order an extra dressing because it already comes with a side of one which I wish I knew because I did not need two for an extra $2..Overall, I would give the wrap a 3.5/10 and it's rare I rate something that low. I have no idea why people are hyping this place unless they're paid or maybe I just went on a bad day. To be completely honest, I don't think I'll be back either way.

I came to this cute little shop last night after hearing how good it is. We got the buffalo chicken wrap and the spicy p sandwhich. They were both so good! The spicy p was a 10/10 and the buffalo chicken wrap was a 7/10. I wish the chicken was a little more crunchy and I wish I asked for it with no celery. Besides that it was really good. The service was really great too! Would love to come back and try more!

Good fresh ingredients, but I am begging them to use regular buffalo sauce rather than their weirdly sweet housemade concoction.

I walked in to this sandwich shop today around 11:30am, they were busy and it took about 15 minutes to get my order. I ordered the tuff sandwich- turkey, bacon, tomato, etc and I switched the cheese to mozzarella on gluten free bread. The bread was delicious, I was impressed! Quality and taste was great, I added on a side of the Calabrian aioli as well. The price is up there, $24 for a sandwich (gluten free) and $1.50 for a couple oz side of the aioli. I say inside at the counter and ate, they have free water but don't have a bathroom. They have teas and other drinks you can purchase, lots of sandwiches and salads, and even different sides. The workers were friendly and did their best to get through all of the orders coming in. There's 2 tables to sit at outside, small space (more of a pickup and go)

Ordered the chicken Caesar salad wrap online and was ready for pickup in 20 minutes. The wrap loves up to all the hype. The key is to order the wrap with a side of the Buffalo sauce! Made all the difference in flavor! The wrap is also a great portion for the price.

Probably one of the best Vegan Veg Sandwiches out there. Always super fresh. They have one vegan option, The Madeline, and it's amazing. I get it with Calabrian Chili Spread for a kick. The staff is friendly. Space is small but they bang out sandwiches constantly!Delivery on UberEats.

We drove over here for the viral "perfect Caesar wrap". Controversial opinion but, would not order again ever. There's something unnatural about a warm salad wrap. On top of not enjoying being warm it's super annoying that you can't take anything out because they're premixed? Not entirely sure. But that sucked. I guess it didn't matter because the pepperoncinis you couldn't taste but again we couldn't get past it being hot. To me this went further than "preference", after deciding I didn't love it but didn't want to waste it I tried to eat more and the lettuce was so hot and wilted and slimy, I truly don't understand how anyone enjoys this!But awarding 3 stars because the meatball Sandwhich was TOP tier and delicious (this sis what should be going viral!) and 1 extra star because the 2 guys behind the counter were lovely and polite and welcoming.

Please note a chopped salad is just that!! Not just a regular salad...otherwise describe as a salad!! You usually mix all the ingredients up as well w a chopped salad! Ordered a Ciabatta roll since my mouth gets thrashed by hard rolls....and wouldn't you know it..got home and it was the regular bread not the Ciabatta as requested! Yes, it tastes great but not at the expense of a sore roof of mouth. Please pay attention and do better is all I ask!
