The store is located on the second floor of the building. The Jokbal (braised pig's trotters) here is amazing--tender and delicious, with a flavor that pairs perfectly with the side dishes. Everything is neatly packaged for takeout, and the prices are quite reasonable for the generous portions. I ordered the small-sized jokbal, and it was more than enough for two people. The service is quick and friendly, especially from the younger staff, which adds a nice touch. The place is clean and perfect for hanging out with friends. Plus, parking is convenient, with extra underground parking available.

Our favorite hidden gem in Ktown, tucked away on the second floor. Most people seem to order takeout, so we're usually the only ones eating inside. No wait, no crowd, just us.The food? Incredible. The pork bone soup and Jokbal are the go-tos. The soup is rich, the meat falls off the bone, and the banchan hits all the right notes with shredded meat, pickled cucumbers, kimchi, and a steamed egg.The prices are fair, the service efficient, and parking isn't an issue.

We went on a Friday night and we were the only table for a while until a couple of other tables filled up. The woman taking our order was not super friendly but the man who was tag teaming with the woman was nice. I don't really care about the service in ktown anymore but if the servers or owners are friendly, I certainly take notice. We got the bossam and added a side of the gamjatang. The bossam was pretty good - it wasn't as soft and tender as really delicious bossam I've had before (like my mom's). They accompany the bossam with the right side dishes though - young cabbage leaves, thin strips of radish kimchi, shrimp dip, garlic, perilla leaves. I think what might make this place a spot that people return to time and time again is if they're able to make the meat more soft and tender. The gamjatang was a bit disappointing - really salty, not a deep flavor. There's a lot of opportunity here to make the flavor less spicy/salty and yummier. My verdict is that I wouldn't cross this place off my list altogether, but I'll probably explore other bossam places in ktown first. But once in a while, I might give it another try.

This place is the definition of a hidden gem! My friends and I were blown away by the huge portion sizes, reasonable prices, and delicious food. We ordered the 3-4 person combo which came with 2 whole plates of meat, a variety of bossam wraps and fillings, and a huge pork soup. Not to mention, the banchan here is incredible and includes meat, which is unheard of in other ktown restaurants. The owners were also so kind and helpful, and the whole vibe of the restaurant was very cozy and homey, like eating at your grandparents' house. I would DEFINITELY come back (in fact, my friends already went back a second time before I could even write this review). Highly recommend checking this place out and having yourself a hearty meal!

Ambiance: it's located in the corner of second floor, underground parking with ample spots shared with other merchants in the plazaService: very friendly and welcoming, though a bit slow when only two servers serving the entire place Food & Drink: comfort food menu with different sizes and combos, one of the best places in Korean town for pork feet and pork belly Banchan - **** limited kinds, but the beef tasted really good, surprisingly they serve steamed egg as complimentary appetizer here Pork Feet - ***** tender texture, highly recommend Pork Belly - ***** chewy texture, highly recommend Pork Bone Soup - *** light taste Sprite - *** canned sodaPrice: decent quality and reasonable prices, expect $30+ per person for a fulfilling meal

Tasty little Korean spot in heart of k-town that has underground parking! Need I say more?Came here for lunch and the service was super fast and friendly. The two of us shared the lunch bossam and gamjatang and it ended up being the perfect amount of food for two hungry adults. I liked the bossam much better than the gamjatang - I wish that it had a little more than just two small pieces of potatoes in the soup. It was tasty albeit just a tad salty for my taste. Love the play on words for the food items they specialize in - bossam was on point and loved the accoutrements along with the bossam. All the banchan were delicious as well! Will come back the next time I'm in the area and craving bossam - would also like to try their other dishes (jokbal; pig feet) if feeling adventurous!

My friends and I dined at GamBoJok last week and were so satisfied. They have more of the homecooking vibes and total comfort food I'm used to having at friends' houses growing up. The staff was really patient with the little kids we were with, too. Really nice establishment!Located on the second floor of this strip mall, they have a non-valet parking lot.Get the Gambojok combo in order to try all their classics - Gamjatang, bossam and jokbal. Get the name of the restaurant now? Gam(jatang)Bo(ssam)Jok(bal). You're welcome. The Gamjatang (Pork Bone Soup) falls off the bone. So tender and delicious without any frills (aka no cheese or flaming fires) but packed with great flavor. The Jokbal (piggy's feet in soy sauce) was some of the best I've had, addictable. And the bossam (pork belly sliced in spices) was another tender meat that in a huge portion. Everything was really solid and we were all so satisfied.Do not sleep on their homemade banchans. Indulge in all that goodness!Prices are fabulous at this taste of home-style Korean restaurant. I'll def be back! That jokbal!

It's mostly a takeout spot since it's small inside. But there's plenty of parking and the last time we ordered a ton of food the mgr gave us 써비스 누룽지 (rice cracker made in house) there's better bossam spots but the deal here is unbeatable. My fave is the spicy jokbal (pigs feet)

The bossam is pretty good. Gamjatang is not hot enough but still tasty. Unfortunately, the combo includes only one rice even though it's a combo for two. Overall still pretty good

We ordered large combo which comes with the pork feet, pork belly and pork soup. All dishes taste very clean. The pork feet is not oily at all, skillfully sliced/plated which makes it easy to separate the taste of the tendon, the skin, and the meat. I do not like pork that smells or tastes strong, so this is a good place for me. Service is good in a quiet/not busy environment.
