Good American style Chinese food. However, they do have dim sum treats! Shoe-My, Bow, Har-Gow, etc. And that makes it for me. Sometimes I get a nasty craving for dim sum. They also offer the New York style egg rolls; there are only two other places I've found in LA that offer good NY style egg rolls. I didn't know egg rolls came any other way until I moved out to LA, I had always thought NY style egg rolls were normal style egg rolls. Anyway, I'm saved a schlep over the hill for good egg rolls.Been going there for years and have never had an issue with my orders.Price for what you get for that price seems reasonable, I don't feel cheated. In addition to the dim sum and egg rolls, we usually get orange chicken (not your Panda style), kung pao beef, or pan fried noodles. All are tasty and definitely not Panda.

This is very traditional Americanized Chinese food. You have all the standard dishes that you would expect.I ordered the Sweet and Sour pork, which could have been work fried crispier but still tasted great. The fried rice with everything was cooked well and the egg flower soup was delicious. The Mu Shu chicken was delicious, but they were stingy with the sauce. It was Christmas Day, so they took my number and would call me when it was ready. It took about a half hour.

I recently met up with family at this casual Chinese restaurant for lunch. We shared chow mein, honey walnut shrimp, shrimp with lobster sauce, Singapore noodles, pork with snow peas, and an eggplant dish that I can't remember the name of. The food was all delicious. It came out in waves which would bother me at a non family style restaurant, but when we're eating family style it works. Servers were all pleasant and attentive. I would definitely go to this restaurant again. Oh and PS. My favorite dish was the eggplant one that I can't remember the name of. LOL

Great welcoming service, they were super attentive and even packed our leftovers for us. Food was great, the small size is enough to feed two people while the large is probably enough for 4-5. Prices are very fair and entrees come with a side of white rice so don't have to pay extra for that. I will definitely he back to try more dishes. I really enjoyed the sweet and sour pork. Nice big restaurant with decent parking lot too!

Very clean establishment. Nice people working behind the counter. Smelled delicious when I walked in. What a delightful place. I made a commitment in 2024 that I am going to try my favorite foods at new restaurants that Ive never tried before and this place was first on the list. I love Cantonese and Shanghai and Chinese, and Asian Fusion as well, besides seafood it is my favorite food to eat. I tried something from every category on the menu except for dessert. Steamed Pork Buns are my absolutely favorite and these did not disappoint. They were sweet and full of pork pieces and the meat was tender and delicious. The Combination fried rice was so good! All of the meats were perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. The Steamed Fish with the ginger hit the spot, it was delicate and the ginger was not overpowering on the palate. The pork in the Chow Mien was so tasty and I really enjoyed the noodles. Overall, dinner was delicious and I have now added a new restaurant to my list. Happy New Year to me and Kudos to Fortune Dragon for cooking good food and helping me by carrying the box of food to my car. I will be back!

I really hate leaving one-star reviews, hence the two. You have to really poison me for a one-star review. So, let's begin. Why did I order from here? Well, because there are two Chinese jernts with similar sounding names and Dragon in the title. I'd ordered from the other one for soup before and thought this was that. But prior to ordering, I did come right here to read the reviews of things other than the soup I "thought" I'd had here. Well, who do you believe? The five-star raves or the two and three star non-raves. I made the little error of believing the five-star reviews. I should know better by now, because the first lesson of being a very long-time Elite Yelper is that no one knows what good Chinese food is.Anyway, I ordered the orange chicken (small portion) and the appetizer popcorn chicken. First of all, in the description for the orange chicken and prominently displayed is the word CRISPY. I added in the special DoorDash instructions, "Extra CRISPY please." Food arrived very quickly, which was nice and it was nice and hot, which was also nice, hot-wise. Of course, I had to try my extra CRISPY orange chicken. Forget the extra CRISPY. What I was eating was like eating a sponge - not a single iota of CRISPY anywhere. This was not CRISPY. This was anti-CRISPY. Then we add that it was completely flavorless and you have flavorless anti-CRISPY orange chicken. I had about five pieces and could take no more and into the trash it went.On to the popcorn chicken. Very nicely seasoned with salt and pepper. Unfortunately, it was like eating seasoned erasers - rubbery and weird. About five or six pieces and I was done and it joined the flavorless anti-CRISPY orange chicken in the trash. So, note to chef/owner: Words have meanings and CRISPY is a word with a meaning. EXTRA CRISPY are two words with meanings. And there you have it, from an old Jewish person who knows from Chinese food.

The food had absolutely NO taste. First time for take-out and we have never had Chinese food taste like cardboard. It was so bad we put it where it belongs...in the trash.
