Fat Sal's Deli - Culver City

My first visit to Fat Sal's was a fantastic experience! Vicky, who helped us out, was extremely friendly and welcoming. She took the time to highlight some of their most popular menu items and suggested I try the Fat Pilgrim. I decided to go with her recommendation, and I'm so glad I did--it was absolutely delicious.The Fat Pilgrim is a Thanksgiving-inspired sandwich that includes turkey, stuffing, sweet potato fries, gravy, and cranberry sauce. Each bite was packed with flavor, and the combination of ingredients was spot-on. The size of the sandwich was generous, and it really felt like a holiday meal in sandwich form! I'd definitely order it again. It's a limited-time item available until the end of the month, so I highly recommend trying it while it lasts. Thanks to Vicky's friendly guidance, my first experience at Fat Sal's was great!

First time at Fat Sal's and I didn't know what to expect tbh. Husband and I shared the Chicken Avocado bacon sandwich. The Seasoned fries were delicious and for my husband the onion rings. The ambience is chill, clean! The restroom looks and smells nice which is hard to find now a days . The music is a Vibe! The service was fast and smooth didn't had to wait long for my food. They have enough sitting around & tv to keep you entertained while you wait or dine in. I'll be back to try the buffalo sandwich and the shakes .

I won't lie to you, I haven't been to sit at the restaurant! I was introduced to this fun establishment at the Topanga Social event earlier this year or last year I believe. I tasted the sandwiches and was pleased.Months after, a location in culver city opened which is in a familiar neighborhood so I decided to order take out. I have had two different types of sandwiches, the Italian being my favorite along with the mozzarella sticks and a shake with a pie on top! I plan to visit one day to get a sense of the service. But for now, I have enjoyed the food and the careful packing for delivery

Yes, please!Great place to come after an event at Sofi Stadium! It's open late and it's far enough away that you won't necessarily get the big crowd after leaving an event from Sofi Stadium.First time visiting and the staff was very helpful with going over the menu. Loved the look and vibe here!The food was soo good!!! The cheeseburger fries are totally sharable or can be a meal on it's own.

Excited to see this new location open for business! Came here on a Sunday and it wasn't too busy. I enjoyed their Fat Texas sandwich. It was $20 which is a bit pricey but it was delicious and a good size. Their cheeseburger fries were delicious also! Staff were friendly and very welcoming.

My very first time having Fat Sal's and it did not disappoint. The first thing I do when I visit a new place is ask a staff member about their very food item on the menu. The young man didn't even have to think about it, he quickly replied, saying the Fat Texas is what he would choose every time and would 100% recommend to everyone. That and The Fat Sal being the second. I ordered the Fat Sal and my son the Fat Texas. We tried each other sandwiches and I quickly understood why the Fat Texas was the best! If you like smoky, tangy, savory, this is the sandwich! 10/10! The Far Sal was great. I have to say, the rolls they use are very good. Not dry or too chewy. And they don't over do the sauce. You don't get a mess, instead you have perfectly layered and clean cut sandwich. If you don't want a sandwich, there are burgers and even wraps. Something for your liking. My son loves shakes. He ordered the #1Chocolate ice cream | peanut butter | marshmallow fluff | roasted peanuts | sea salt. I would seriously order this every time.The place is clean, spacious, colorful, very much alive. Music is not too loud, not my type necessarily but it didn't bother me. The place is the experience. You can dine outside with shade, which is awesome! This place is perfect for families, young adults dining out with friends, for everyone! The staff is very friendly, honest and welcoming.

Recommended by a friend, we decided to try this spot out after the football game. Not many people dining in so I was a bit worried that I made a bad choice, BUT let me say while we were there, they had so many Togo orders. I think the street parking made things a bit challenging for people to come in. The staff were super friendly! They made some recommendations as we clearly looked like the tourists we were. The restaurant was clean. They had a open dining set up, chairs outside and tables inside. They had a lot of variety on the menu and were willing to make adjustments as requested. I kid you not, the sandwich that came out was a FAT and long as my forearm! It was full of flavor and texture. They opened late so I definitely want to come back to try their other sandwich combinations!

Tried Fat Sal's for the first time, and we enjoyed it very much. I had the Italiano sandwich - a combo of meats and cheese and topped with a blend of sweet peppers and hot peppers. Delicious! My wide had the grilled chicken Caesar wrap - it had crispy fresh ingredients, well prepared chicken and a nice dressing - it tasted great overall. Both the sandwich and the wrap were generously sized. We each only ate half and saved the rest for later. The tater tots were also good. Regarding their online menu, I liked the fact that you could order extra toppings/dressings on your sandwich/wrap - or you could order dressings on the side if you wanted to control how much to apply. Their menu also has a pretty darn impressive array of sandwiches - I'm looking forward to trying some different items next time.

Food is always great. Matthew was a fantastic host & really took the time to explain the varieties of sandwiches & burgers to help me decide what I wanted. Always appreciate the extra assistance. Thanks Matthew!!

Great, decadent sandwiches. Don't go unless you're hungry . I've been a fan since they opened their restaurant in Westwood. Highly recommend this spot. Fries or fried onions inside the sandwiches
