Don't listen to Marc H. This place is the BEST! I got the merguez sandwich and it was soooooooooOooOo delicious. Generous amount of meat and a really nice tangy pickle and lemon juice on it. My friend got the falafel wrap and she loves this place. Also got a side of fries that were perfectly seasoned and crispy! 10/10 can't wait to go back and try something else!Friendly people too :)

Great place to eat . Me and my friend went here last month since he lives nearby. Great hummus and Falafel here. I got me a chicken falafel plate and all. Great food, owners and workers are friendly. We will be back.

This is my favorite falafel spot! They started with a cart on the weekends and then left the area for a while but I was excited to see that they came back and now share the space with Al's hot chicken. I usually get the wrap and fries. Their falafels always taste fresh!

Located inside the West LA International Market! It was a pleasure meeting the owner, Manaf, as he told his story of how Falafel Chee came to be and his journey from Iraq, Michigan, Los Angeles. His passion for falafel is evident. This was my first time eating Iraqi falafel and it was no doubt some of the best falafel I've had! They were very fluffy, crispy, easy to chew, and contains only a garbanzo bean mix unlike other types of falafels. If you love falafel and find yourself in the Culver City area, definitely come and try the falafel, it's worth the visit!

Exclusively on the weekends, Manaf sets up his deep fryer inside the West LA International Market and offers customers fresh-fried falafel. The warm, nutty aroma is irresistable. The popularity of his pop-up falafel shop draws customers all day. I get a six pack of fresh-fried falafel together with his smooth tahini/parsley sauce (it's crack!) and a big glug of his home-made humus to snack on throughout the day. Such a satisfying feeling that you are putting in chickpea protein goodness into your belly--that also tastes so delicious! His unassuming and friendly manner is noteworthy. The crowd in the shop are really big fans of his. Hardly anyone who comes to pick up their shopping leaves without also ordering some Falafel Chee wraps, bowls, or a la carte falafel balls, as I do. You really don't need to purchase anything from the store proper, just go inside for your falafel order, and within minutes this unflagging line chef produces hot falafels for you to take away. So economical too! The closest intersection is Venice Boulevard and Glendon Avenue (or Overland Avenue). Bus lines include 733 or 33, or the R12 (Santa Monica Blue Bus) stops at Overland Avenue. The store is well cross-ventilated with wide-open doors so you feel COVID safe (and everyone is masked of course).Haste ye'over to the West LA International store on the weekends and get some of these delicious balls of flavor from Falafel Chee. They are irresistable.

Located on the lively and cute back patio at Jackson Market, I finally arrived to try Falafel Chee. After scoring a great parking spot (it's on a residential street) I had to navigate my way through the busy Jackson Market down the adorable breezeway - outside to the back patio. Tucked away to the left I found the eagerly anticipated food cart. No wait - yay - I ordered the Falafel Plate. You can choose your sauce - I went with Tahini. I grabbed a seat at one of the communal tables - and was lucky to do so as it was packed with couples, groups and families enjoying their food in the open air. Visually, the presentation was simple but elegant. The falafel were perfectly golden, crunchy and hot. The inside was moist and dipped in the fresh tahini - pure heaven. They were everything I expected and more. Definitely some of the best I've had anywhere. Fresh hummus, flatbread rectangles and a little lettuce and sliced tomato salad were the perfect lunch. I'll def be back. Oh yeah. Definitely.

Most falafel is average. Some places around town have pretty good falafel. Chee is in a class by itself making the best falafel in the city as far as I can tell. My mouth literally watered from the wafting aromas as I ordered. My falafel plate was served in something like a bento box. Each item perfectly delicious. Hommos, fries, greens/tomato, turnips, eggplant. Flatbread and tahini on the side. My wife had a falafel wrap and she was equally pleased. Quickly and freshly prepared. The setting is also quite nice and just adds to the experience. Great for quick lunch stop or relaxing lunch experience.

The way Manaf, the owner and chef, makes falafel is incredible. The falafel balls are super pillowy and tasty and have single handedly redeemed my previous experience with falafel.I had the chance to hear Manaf's story and how he got started. He's a doctor during the week and does Falafel literally for fun. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Falafel Chee is the best falafel in LA (or perhaps the world). Always incredibly fresh. The wrap is delicious as well as the platter option. Manaf, the owner, has a genuine passion for falafel and people. You can tell he puts his heart and soul into every dish.

Did not taste good. No hummus just tasted like a bunch of olives and a lot of sauce. Not really worth 15$ The people working there were nice and food came out really fast so that was nice.
