This place was the perfect vibe for a last minute late dinner! Apple Maps said they closed at 9 but when I called they assured me they were open until 10 and gave us a 9:30pm appointment. The waiter was a wonderful man who checked in with us frequently once we were seated and he was very attentive. The staff were overall welcoming and kind and the FOOD was amazing. I didn't even take a picture it was too good to wait and we were starving by that time (forgot to make reservations on Valentine's Day of all days but we got lucky with this place!) i recommend the Lobster Ravioli, it was perfectly creamy and savory! We also ordered the Bruschetta +mozzarella and took an extra pasta home. I'm eating it today for lunch and it's as good as it was from the restaurant. The second pasta was the angel hair meatball pomodoro pasta. Enjoy!!!

I feel completely misled by the positive reviews. I ordered the penne with red sauce, smoked mozzarella, eggplant, and added shrimp. Before ordering, I asked the server how the eggplant was prepared, and her response was, "Um, I think baked?" Not very informative. When my dish arrived, it was just penne with red sauce and shrimp--no eggplant, no smoked mozzarella. I asked about the missing ingredients, and the server checked with the kitchen, only to inform me they had mistakenly added them to someone else's dish. She awkwardly asked if I wanted the missing items brought out separately, to which I replied, "Yes?" Moments later, she returned with a small plate of diced eggplant--no mozzarella in sight. The service was disorganized, but the food itself was even more disappointing. The ingredients tasted like something from basic a grocery store, far below the quality you'd expect at this price point. This place clearly banks on the nearby theater crowd rather than delivering authentic, high-quality Italian cuisine. If you're looking for great Italian food and decent service, steer clear of this restaurant.

This place was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! i chose it as the best option on the list for free parking if you're going to see a play at The Pantages nearby. The parking situation was amazing. Plenty of spots and it was only 2 blocks away. The food was not good at all. I started with the Mama's meatballs. They were dense and the herbs tasted raw. The sauce felt thrown together and not cooked for any length of time. The garlic bread had no taste and was cold. They took off the meatballs from the bill.I ordered the vodka penne with chicken cutlet. ZERO FLAVOR. No salt or any seasoning in that cutlet. It was so bland. The pasta was the same. I ate half only because i needed to fill the tank before a long play. My friend got lobster ravioli with shrimp and he liked it. I didn't taste it. My entree was too much money.Never again. I do not recommend this place beyond how nice they were. The table was wonky and rocking and the waiter spent a good 2 minutes adjusting it over and over. The place didn't have any booths, so it felt cheap

Did you ever feel you could have created better tasting dishes at home than the overpriced restaurant you were eating in, at that moment? Fab Cucina might have been Fab some time ago, but presently they seems to be taking advantage of the local concert crowd, with (dry) chicken Parmesan, made with frozen chicken, unseasoned, butter-less veggies and Pasta from a retail bag. If Chef Ramsey showed up with us, he would have walked out, based on price verses lack of fresh flavor. My wife was charged $7 more to add chopped sausage to her small $27 undercooked pasta dish. She was given about 1/4 of an Italian sausage to her dismay. If we paid $50 for dinner not including drinks, we would have been tolerant, but when paying three times that price, the customer deserves extraordinary flavor and fresh quality cuisine always, when near Spago pricing! Also, 85% of reputable restaurants who receive an unfavorable review on Yelp or Google will have a manager reach out to the diner in some way to discuss. Here, no one cares about their customers, look thru the other unfavorable reviews with zero response! The Calamari appetizer and Tiramisu were good which added an extra star. And... please wash your front window FGS!

I The flavors are decent, but the tomato in the caprese was very thin. My biggest gripe is that service, like mentioned in other reviews, is very slow. Ambiance is fine. You're in a canopy with heaters. Why not 3 or 4 stars? I think for the price, I've had much better food and service.

Just no. I don't understand the high reviews or the price. We went for valentines. The food isn't good. Stay away. A bonus, we had a Thai/ Filipino band playing in an "Italian" restaurant. I have no idea what this restaurant was but it definitely wasn't a high end Italian restaurant worth the $300 hours we dropped for what we got. We'll never come back.

The food was good, but overpriced and incorrect. I placed an order for the chicken Dijon which was listed as coming with rosemary potatoes. It did not. Staff were not rude, but seemed dismissive and inattentive. We were never asked if we wanted to order anything other than water. Once we received our dinners, we did not see a server until we'd finished and they asked if we wanted dessert. The razor wire around the outside tent highlights the overall cheapness of the outside dining area. It seems slapped together and not well kept. The plants are sick with spider mites and there is art on the floor, making it feel more like a storage area than a nice dining area.

The place is located in a busy boulevard there is plenty of parking in the back. They have outdoor seating and limited inside seating with a full bar inside. We sat outside they have heaters and outdoor lighting under a tent giving it a romantic vibe. They do take reservations and on busy nights it is recommended. They have music playing in the background and on a Thursday it wasn't too busy. Service is excellent, the food is great. We had an appetizer and two entrees. The chicken Parmesan is absolutely delicious it comes with a side of vegetables which are delectable. The gnocchi is also great, I had it with Bolognese sauce which was very tasty.

It had been a while since we last visited, but we used to love this place. We often dined here, left our car in their lot, and walked to the Pantages Theater. However, our recent visit was disappointing, primarily because they no longer serve the squid ink risotto, which we loved. We settled for the seafood risotto with salmon, shrimp, and crab meat, but found it a bit dry, with the salmon overpowering the dish, making it hard to taste the crab and shrimp. The chicken parmigiana, served with oven-baked rosemary potatoes and vegetables, was also dry and bland. On a positive note, we enjoyed the calamari, which was lightly battered and cooked to perfection.

We came here before going to the Pantages with another couple who had been here previously and recommended it but even they were disappointed this time. It's a nice place and feels good when inside. I think it's fair to say the food was good, but the service awful as our server rarely came by or brought what was asked for like more water. When we got the bill we were charged for hot water and a couple of $1 and other small charges that didn't appear to be on the menu and other restaurants don't charge for.Let's just nicely say we most likely won't be coming here next time we go to the Pantages.
