I wanted food that would be hearty and healthy and this restaurant did not disappoint. It was walking distance from the hotel so that adds to be healthy as well, right. I enjoyed the turkey club sandwich. I just wish it had more turkey on it. The California salad was flavorful but the chicken breast was a little to tough for me.

This place was such an awesome discovery, there are so many things to love about it, especially all the choices you can make.Probably one of the most extensive menus I've seen in a very long time. They have all sorts of dishes, breakfast, lunch, and dinner related.Also, the Smoothie selection was phenomenal, great to see choices of shakes you can grab on the go, all with solid protein. They offer specials too of wraps and soups, so I grabbed that for lunch.I got one of the specials, the steak, spinach, egg, cheese, mushroom, and other assets wrap with potatoes, and I must say, this wrap was incredible. One of the most solid, filling, flavorful wraps ever. And I've had, a lot of wraps. This was stellar.The soup was also solid, chicken noodle soup essentially, basic but delicious and a good compliment before the meal.The service was also above par. The cashier was super friendly, personable, and generally had good vibes and great customer service, had to tip out and compliment on that. The chefs super talented to not compliment and this spot should be given a status of a "hidden gem" lunch grab and go. Also great to see everything is under 10 bucks on the menu, so great pricing too.5 stars. Happy to find. Will return since working in the building next door as of now lol

Wow! What a gem I stumbled upon! I had just left a meeting in the building and was so hungry, I could have eaten a cardboard box! So, I am looking around for a spot and there is it...Energy Life Cafe. I walk in and check out the menu...they have a wide variety of different dishes, including a nice selection of vegan and gluten free. They all sounded really good. The staff is friendly and very helpful, I was having a hard time deciding what to order, but the cashier helped me out and I decided on the tuna tostado. It comes with fries, that I substituted for a dish of fruit. A tuna tostado...sounds kind of weird, right? But, it was so good! Yum, yum, and YUM!!! It was really delicious. The corn tortillas were fried perfectly crisp and crunchy. Complete with pico de gallo and slices of avocado. The tuna was seasoned perfectly and it was a like an explosion of flavor in my mouth! I am so glad that I decided to stop by. Will definitely be coming back! One thing to keep in mind, they are open from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm!

Never realized this place was around until recently! Definitely hidden but great and convenient healthier options for a quick bite. Only knocking a star because I got the spicy chicken quesadilla and I think it could have used a little more flavor or spice but I'd give other things a a try here. It's rare to get food this quality at an affordable price so definitely a great option for a quick lunch! Will be back!

Came here during my lunch at work and got chicken southwest type of salad. I thought it was very good and filling, just needed some crunchy tortilla strips to make it perfect. I also ordered their detox juice, took a few sips, and realized that I wasn't a fan. I went to the register asking if I could get a diff drink that was of lesser value, and he looked at me blankly and said "well what do you expect me to do with this drink now? I've already made the drink, so now it's wasted.". UHM...i dont run this place so idc what you do with it? He wouldn't allow me to exchange the drink, but offered me a discount on a diff drink. I thought the customer service was a little sketch. He could've just said "no, I'm sorry I'm not allowed to give you a diff drink but I can give you a discount". Simple. So if you don't like something, don't expect that you can send it back and request something else.

I would love to give this place 5 stars. They have an amazing smoothie selection and they are delicious. That being said, the smoothies are the ONLY reason why I keep coming back every morning. The attitude that you get for bothering the staff with your order is ridiculous. Don't even dare ask for them to assemble the juicer, you will get your head bitten off!The lunch crew is a lot nicer and the food, again, is delicious. I definitely recommend this place if you work in the area and are looking for something healthy. Just beware that your health is in jeopardy if you order something in the morning! lol

I appreciate that they have a menu for those wanting to eat a little healthier. I appreciate their salads and wraps that are all made with very fresh ingredients. I appreciate their proximity in our building and the outdoor seating makes for a nice refreshing time at lunch. The only area that needs improvement is their delivery service. While they offer it in the building, they often get the orders incorrect. However I've never had an error when I order in person.

This place is great! I ordered one of their specials: the grilled cheese sandwich and it was so good. Service was great too. My dog and I will define be coming back!

Stumbled upon this spot today after a Dr. appointment in a nearby building. I got their summer chicken salad (one of the daily special options) and it was delicious!!! The chicken had great flavor and the papaya was so sweet. Super friendly staff. Will definitely go back!! So good:)

Wow. Wasn't expecting to experience good of this caliber here. It's not that the place is out of sorts - it's bc I was randomly in the area and went in on a whim. What a magnificent restaurant flying below the radar/hiding in plain sight. The sauces are comfort/soul level. The food is fresh and soft or crisp where it should be. Great service and staff! Ambience is pleasant with a small nook or two to enjoy coffee or breakfast solo.
