We hadn't been back in a while so our memory of the salad was perhaps more than the reality. But we were looking forward to the chopped salad. My wife got the one with salami and I got the chicken - each with the small size. The small size is still quite large and more than enough for an entree salad. Presentation was excellent (see photo). But the taste was just meh. Very disappointing.The patio is still lovely. The service was outstanding. But for tonight at least, the salad was a big disappointment.

If I had to pay $1,000 to join Yelp to write this review I would have paid it in a minute!!! Im local to this restaurant & have eaten here off & on for over 25 years. These people are not original owners, they've been jacking up prices while their quality & service has gone in the toilet. They have left things out of my to go orders & when I call to let them know they say tuff shit. I've seen them take uneaten bread left at tables and recirculate it. My jaw dropped. I cannot contain my contempt for these owners, they demonstrate contempt for their customers. Do not eat here

Let's start with parking. They have a private lock behind the restaurant valet lunch five dollars dinner seven dollars. Dining is available inside and outside the restaurant. Today we had lunch and it was 83° inside the restaurant so I suspect they did not run the air conditioning. Service was lacking a bit water glasses. RT were not refilled or not offered a refill. In order was made for a salad to add a protein to it. The waiter talked about the fact that the protein was made in house but then failed to add it to the order. The food was good. I had a chicken sandwich which had good flavor and fresh bread. My wife ordered a Sicilian salad, which I thought had a bit too much oil and there was cheese on it. It was minuscule.

Ugh, I order from here so much and it's not cheap but our orders have been badly messed up twice. Last week, his antipasto had Zero meat. This week my chopped salad didn't have dressing, or both of the extras I paid for(tomatoes and garbanzo beans). I'm just so disappointed bc I order salads daily but I'm picky. This was one I'll miss. But with the prices, I think I should get my order. I'm sad. I loved it. When I had a client in reseda, I'd always come pick up. Guess I'm looking for another chicken chopped as well as dinner for tonight

Cozy restaurant. We've been coming here for lunch for a while now and the service is getting better. Oscar waited on us this time and he was on top of it. We start with a nice bottle of Ruffino. Then he had the chicken Milanese which he enjoyed and I had the chicken piccata, which was delicious! Lovely portions and cozy ambience. All that's missing is a little nice background music.

This is an old school Italian restaurant with all the charm that goes with it. It has the framed photos of celebrities who had once dined at this long-standing Italian restaurant on the walls. The booths and tables have white table cloth coverings. The wait staff is elegantly-dressed and offers great recommendations if you ask them. The portion sizes are neither too large or too small. I had the Eggplant Parmigiana, and it was absolutely delicious!

Sadly the food (-and even the drinks ) were awful. I had a flat Diet Coke and a lemonade that smelled like urine. Both my friend and I were shocked by how bad the food was. Tasted packaged and bottled. There was literally only one other table the whole time we wereThere. Seems word has gotten around. I imagine this used to be a good restaurant but it sadly is inedible at this point.
