El Zarape

Very flavorful birria de rez. Food came out pretty quickly with some nice tortillas. Salsas are tasty.The dark one is really spicy but tastes great.Nice outdoors ambiance with cool Latin music playing. Will be back to try some more items.About $45 for 2 plates of food and jamaicas.A bit pricey but it was a good experience overall.

I got the chicken tings burrito on a random Saturday for lunch. The place had a few customers but not at all packed, so minimal weight to order and about 15 minutes to get my food. The burrito was fine but nothing special. Ok spot if you're in a rush, but wouldn't go out of my way to come here.

We came here after a hike and the carne asada hit the spot. I had an agua Fresca and it was yummy. We sat outside which was great. The service was amazing. Quick and easy. I'd go back for some tacos.

This place is sooo good. Tacos are amazing and the people working are so nice. Also love the seating area outside. Its right next to a liquor store too so you can grab some beers there and eat at their patio. Will definitely be coming again.

Delicious food and drinks. Friends and I went during a heatwave and it wasn't busy at all so we enjoyed ourselves. One of them lives in the area and going all the time. Small business so there's limited seating if you go when busy. 10/10.

I've passed this place without going in for like 15 years but today i finally decided to try it out. This place isn't really your normal taco joint in that they don't automatically give you radishes and chilies etc. But the Taste is impressive. I had the carne asada tacos. The portions aren't huge at all but I think it's just enough. The red sauce is pretty spicy, don't get into it if you can't handle heat. If you can, I'd recommend because the flavors are there. It's not just a spicy sauce.

I'm craving their bean and cheese burritos. I used to live in the neighborhood but not anymore but now every time I'm driving through LA & eat one there and take one to go.

Delicious Mexican food at a great price. The burritos and asada fries are excellent. The green sauce is probably the best I've ever had.

I live close by and love to come here frequently, sometimes just for a drink, sometimes to catch up with friends. 1) The happy hour deals are amazing.2) I fucking love their food, esp the shrimp taco and the cali burrito. 3) Vicky and Mo, I think they run the place, are such nice folks. 4) My girlfriend loves their fruit margaritasOne of my fav little spots in Hollywood, criminally underrated.

This was my first time here, and I had a carne asada burrito. The food was just okay; the burrito could have contained more meat and lacked flavor. The cucumber drink was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I would consider returning to try other items from the menu. The employees were friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. This place seems to attract quite a crowd. Next time, I'd like to try the tripa burrito.
