Got brunch with friends on a Sunday morning! Got there shortly after it opened and we were the only ones there but then it started to fill up pretty quickly!! Really cute place and really delicious food!! Friendly service! We had a lovely time!

Had a nice pre-theater Valentine's dinner date with hubby, daughter & son-in-law. Arrived on time for our 6:30pm reservation. Dining patrons were starting to come in after we've settled 20 minutes. Chill ambiance, hip and trendy restaurant in an industrial area of DTLA. Helpful and friendly servers. Ordered:Popeye and Olive Oil Flatbread- simple ingredients yet fresh with Cremini mushrooms, Provolone, tomato, spinach & pesto. Added the poached chicken and it was divine! 5/5Clam Chowder- ordered a cup for myself and a bowl for hubby. It was good and filling; although I wouldn't say it's the best 3.5/5Salmon Beurre Blanc- delicious, melts in your mouth. Served with quinoa, onions, garlic and seasonings, the salmon was cooked just right. Fish meat texture was excellent 5/5Braised Oxtail Sliders & fries- tender and juicy with Provolone, Mayo & arugula. Loved the fries! 4/5

After a failed attempt of getting into Manuela for brunch without reservations, we ended up at Eat Drink Americano. Located just a block away from Hauser & Wirth, the location is very convenient, with lots to do and see in the immediate area. Our group was quite hungry, so we were happy to get a table here without delay.Overall, I thought this restaurant was pretty cool. The food was decent, service was friendly, and the ambiance was nice. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to come back, but it's a solid option if you're in the area, especially considering the wait times at other nearby restaurants.

Cozy chill place. Servers recommendation were great. Ate empanadas and appetizers. They did not disappoint. Don't pass on the tostada de Tinga. I recommend the Manhattan here.

Can you say the best fries in DTLA right now!? Awesome! I couldn't stop eating them! So crunchy exterior and super soft interior. Makes for the best fry, eh? I've only had Sheppard's pie twice and I wasn't too impressed until I had the one at Eat Drink Americano! That seriously seasoned beef, the fresh veggies and the fluffiest of potatoes topped with gooey cheese---baaaaaby! So damn good! The drinks were nice with a kick. Hey, they give you more than a drop of alcohol lemme tell ya! The oxtail sliders were ok. They weren't bad but I felt like something was missing with those but the rest of my meal along with the fast and friendly service made it worthwhile! Get your butt out there and enjoy this great experience! You're welcome!ew

I came here the other night for takeout. I ordered the Farmer Salad and it was pretty good. I love the lemon dressing. The fries were good too. Since I ordered takeout, I ordered with the bartender. He was very friendly. There weren't many people in the restaurant that evening--it as during the week. I waited about 15 minutes for my food.

Hubby and I came here after work. The friendly bartender greeted us and seated us right away. Hubby ordered a happy hour margarita and nachos, and I ordered the lychee cocktail (not happy hour), and the bbq pulled pork sandwich. Everything was delicious.

Drop in for a drink or two prior to dinner! We have never been to this place before so we decided to give it a try! This place was very convenient to dinner! We dropped in for happy hour on a Thursday and it was super quiet! We sat at the bar to get best service! Two very friendly bartenders were working! Seemed very new as unfamiliar with drinks thus resorted to menu. Drink were ok to bad! One would expect more at a bar for basic drinks! The fries we ordered on happy hour for six dollars are ok. They were almost McDonald's like but healthier! Given our experience, on drink quality alone, we would probably not visit again! This is sad, as we believe the place has great potential! The atmosphere was great for a bar!

We wanted to try a new restaurant in the Arts District so we came here. Parking is a bit tough to find, with a lot across the street for $15. I was lucky enough to find a spot on the street. We ordered the hummus board, as I am a huge fan of hummus. We also got the chef's pick chop board, which had this really delicious bread and a spread of other items. Would highly recommend these two apps. For main course, my friend and I shared the BBQ pulled pork sandwich and fried chicken sandwich. I love that they cut the sandwiches before coming back to us and they pre-split the sandwiches. It's these little details that really make a place special. I believe there were only two people working at the time, one at the bar and one a server. It wasn't busy and the place doesnt look that big but overall, we had a great time here. Would definitely come back for the apps.
