We visited on Christmas Day and were thrilled to find a place open. We were seated right away, though the sushi menu wasn't available, the main menu was, and everything we tried was excellent. We ordered the orange chicken (which didn't make it to the photo because it was so good!)--crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with flavor. The steak was tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked. Despite having only one person taking orders, she handled everything efficiently and provided great service.The only downside was that we were served on disposable plates, which I assume was for practicality.

The delivery was extremely disappointing. The noodles were dry, completely flavorless, and consisted of just one ingredient--plain noodles. The spinach was the same, except it had an unbelievable amount of salt. The war won ton soup was good.

Pretty good Chinese food. The chow mein, orange chicken and hot and sour soup were excellent. The kung pao was missing some vegetables. I think all it had was onions and I'm used to a little bit more usually. The fried rice was very fresh, lacking a touch of seasoning. But it was very moist and full of egg which I like. Glad to have a good Chinese spot in this neighborhood.

Let me start by saying that I have only received delivery from them so I can't saying about the ambiance or service from the staff. I normally only get delivery as I am immune compromised so I stay home as much as I can to protect myself. BUT a girl has to eat right?? :) Now let's get to the nitty gritty. The food. Their egg drop soup was decent and like every other egg drop soup that I have had before. So it wasn't horrible but it also wasn't amazing either. Just decent. 2.5/5I also got their sizzling rice soup and I was a little disappointed as the portion of the crispy rice that I got was very small compared to the size of the soup. The soup was good with decent flavor. It also had veggies and chicken and shrimp as well. This was a surprise as I don't remember the description saying anything about it having chicken or shrimp. 3/5I also got the beef lomein and the beef chow fun. The beef lomein was decent but it was a little under seasoned. It also had a decent portion of beef in it as well which I appreciated as sometimes I know that other places will skimp on the protein in their dish. 3/5Now the beef chow fun was good the first time. Well seasoned and the rice noodles had a good texture and the portion size filled the Togo container. This first time it was a 5/5 as it was my favorite from everything that I had ordered. The second time was very very disappointing as it was not seasoned and very bland. The rice noodles were mushy and broken like they made my dish with the ends and bits that are left at the bottom of the bag that the noodles came in. The portion size was also smaller than before. This one was a 1/5 stars as it was not good. If I had gotten this the first time, I would not have ordered this dish again as it was horrible and just tasted like nothing. The crab rangoons were ok. Juse like the egg drop soup, it was just decent. 2.5/5Overall, they need to work on their consistency as the chow mein was not tasty at all the second time and I ended up just throwing it away. I would order from them again IF I could get a guarantee that it would be like the first time and not the second time.

I really wanted to like this place because the staff is so nice. But the food was pretty awful. It felt old and extremely dry. The rice was partly overcooked and mushy and partly dry and crunchy. The entire thing lacked seasoning. I won't be coming back.

Nice place to bring the family for good Chinese food that's light, healthy and not the typical flavors you're used to. We have been coming here for years and they have had their ups and downs but they've got a great chef now cooking up some amazing food. Cozy booths so you can relax and settle in. Small parking lot in the back. Must try the Singapore noodles. A perfectly seasoned curry flavor. I could've eaten the whole thing.

Surprised to see all the bad reviews. We ordered delivery and it was speedy, food was hot, and probably the best Chinese food we have had in the valley. We have dined in or ordered from most of the Chinese restaurants near Valley Village and this was by far the best. Excellent fried spring rolls, orange chicken, and garlic. Chicken. Would definitely order from them again. Sorry to hear others had a bad experience. We certainly did not, and really enjoyed our dinner.

DONT GO HERE!The rudest short old Asian lady. I called them on Christmas Eve to try and place an order she answered, exhaled as if she was annoyed by my call then said "we busy, call back later"And hung up! The rudest person ever I called back and she took the phone off the hook after I asked for the manager. NEVER GOING BACK HERE! Went to Jakkapat Thai instead down the street where the customer service is way nicer!
