Don Chilaquiles

Depending on when you get here, there can be a wait time. The first time I went with my husband, we waited 20 mins before ordering. But the recent visit was only a couple minutes wait, close to closing. Please know that if you arrive towards closing, they will run out of 1-2 sauces and meats.I would recommend coming earlier so you can get everything you want. The chilaquiles are soooo good. Be aware that their green sauce is spicer than their red sauce. We've had their asada, pastor, carnitas, and chorizo. Everything was good, delicious. the food was flavorful and you get a good amount of food to fill you up.Try them out! I've got some friends hooked on them too.PS...their parking is small and can stink.

This is an outside stand with plenty of parking throughout. We went on a Sunday around 1 PM and the line was long - as we expected. It took about 30 minutes from the time we arrived to get our order which wasn't too bad since everything is made to order.The service is basic. Nothing special. They are busy doing their best to get the orders out and that's seems to be the only focus.The offer a variety of things from mulitas, tacos, chilaquiles, tortas etc. and a variety of meats. We ordered the green sauce chilaquiles with Al pastor and carnitas no eggs. The green sauce is a little spicy but perfect. The Al pastor, which they make on the topo was good just lacked a little flavor. The chilaquiles were nicely evenly coated in sauce and queens and topped with queso fresco. Flavorful, fresh and HUGE portion for only $16. 2 maybe even 3 people can eat from one plate.We also ordered the carnitas and cuerito burrito which came with rice and beans inside cheese extra. I loved their carnitas! So tender and flavorful and perfect with their green sauce. The burrito was $12 and it was the size of my head! It was so big I couldn't hold it to eat it so had to use a fork lolNothing special about the ambiance. It's a stand on a corner with lots of people.I definitely recommend trying this place out. PS make sure to grab your salsas and utensils while waiting in line. They don't add it

Great Mexican Breakfast street food in LA!I heard the lines here tend to get long, but I came early on a Sunday morning around 9:45am and there was barely a line so I got my food pretty quickly!My friend and I shared a Chilaquiles plate with red and green sauce, asada, and over easy eggs. Everything was delicious!! I loved the dish, it was super flavorful, rich, and tasty. The red sauce was good, but I preferred the green sauce more. The eggs and steak were cooked well and everything was combined together well with the cheese. I also loved pouring some of the avocado salsa on the chips, it was refreshing and tasty.There's a parking lot behind the food stand, so there's ample parking usually. Also, this food stall is cash only.Overall, a good experience here but the dish can get pretty pricy. Our total for the chilaquiles was about $16.50, but you do get a lot of food.

Great spot for chilaquiles.Prepare to wait a little during weekends.Service was friendly and food was delicious.Highly recommend and will return.Bring cash!

Went on the weekend and the line was long! I overheard someone say they are open throughout the week and the lines aren't new Roy as long- pro tip. The actual service was good. They're doing their best to get the food out quickly and with quality Onto the food- the chilaquiles were so delicious!!! I don't think there's anything else one needs to try. Chilaquiles with salsa rojo is a must order!

Was disappointed as a first time customer.Everything was off, including the service. The chilaquiles burrito barely had any meat. The chilaquiles plate was decent but nothing special. Long wait for basic food. Won't be returning.

Chilaquiles plateWe got the red sauce with asada and over easy eggs. The sauce was not as spicy but they have a green and red salsa you can add to your plate. The hype did NOT disappoint. Huge portion sizes, marinated meats, warm service, tasty salsas, and great prices. I got a heaping container of chilaquiles with red sauce, al pastor AND asada, with eggs and sour cream for only $13.50. One portion is definitely enough for two people. Can't beat it. This is a new staple for me.

Came here on a Sunday morning and there were about 3 people in front of us. To the side of the ordering was a small amount of people waiting for their food. They have a full assembly line doing. Someone making the eggs, someone making the chips, someone making the carnitas and pastor, and then someone assembling it all. The carnitas were so good and full of flavor. The chilaquiles have to be eaten there or they will be too soggy by the time you get anywhere. The green salsa is mild but if you're not use to eating spicy, it may be too hot for you. The red salsa is even more mild but also good. Coming from a chilaquiles connoisseur, these were delicious. Also the price is not too bad and the service is quick.

I love this place ! The employees are super friendly and very helpful with ordering the food. I got a mixed plate steak and chorizo with red and green sauce and let me tell you I will never order the green sauce lol it was way to spicy for me tasted amazing but too spicy for me lol
