Love DeSano for Neapolitan style pizzas! I've tried many of their pizzas and they've all been delicious and different from each other. The crust is airy with a nice chew, just enough so that your jaw doesn't get tired. The best part is their pizzas aren't too wet or floppy! I hate a soggy slice that's common at all the other popular pizzerias. Pro tip: order only one pizza at a time so the others don't get cold. They cook so fast that there's barely any wait if you order your next pizza when you're halfway done with the first. My favorite part is the free mini toppings bar in the back- love adding fresh basil and roasted garlic! The chili oil is great as well. They have a huge seating area that would be great for parties or larger gatherings. Everything is self-service. There's also plentiful free parking in their lot. You have no excuse not to eat here!

Dined in for lunch on 2/8/25. It wasn't busy at all. Ordered the Hot honey pizza, funghi, and the San Gennaro.The pizzas were delicious! Good flavor and amazing sauce. It is something you need to eat dined in because the sauce makes the pizza a little soggy if you wait. I am not sure how they make it, but some of the pizzas weren't hot out of the oven. I do like their flavors, so I want to give it another try.

came for lunch on a wednesday around 11:30amthere's ample amount of parking! so rare in this part of LA. we got 3 "lunch"-sized pizza's and they were all very good & worth the price. you can tell the pizza was straight out of the oven. one of the pizza's was a bit dry but drizzling olive oil (which is provided on the table) made it very good. there's nothing good or bad about the service! you order at the counter& they hand you a number, & then head into the big room and seat yourself. they bring the pizza's out. there's a lot of seating & the aesthetic is nice! would definitely come here again

Casual pizza place great for large parties or small. Pizza tastes great fresh out the oven, highly recommend for gatherings or takeout. Saw a lot of large groups and birthday parties. Was pretty busy on a Weekend night so keep in mind, your order might take a while, takeout or dine in. They give you a number when you order so just pick anywhere to sit with their open seating. Plenty of free parking available, a huge plus for LA.

I've eaten here numerous times now and DeSano has become one of my top LA pizza places. Everything is seriously amazing -- the meatballs and the white ricotta pizza are incredible! The service is consistently great and the ambiance is awesome: a super cool, chic Italian warehouse with long, family style tables and a view of the pizza ovens. Love this place!

We were driving by in the East Hollywood neighborhood. We came upon DeSano Pizza Bakery. We thought we will check it out. There is large waiting area to view the menu board or there are laminated menus by the register. There 3 dining area. Two rooms have long table for large groups. There is one room you will find the silverware, plates, cups and water. In the back half there a bakery area. People working.We ordered the calzones and a side of meatballs. We shared and had leftovers to take home too. The food were tasty. Good flavor. My food got cold. My cheese was still soft. Nice for large gatherings. We would recommend. Look forward to our next visit. The calzones are large and cut into 4 pieces. We ordered two types of calzones. We were able to have leftover for 3 meals.

Ordered 2 pizzas extra crispy. First both pizzas were mushy. Extra crispy means the crust is crunchy. Nope burnt but still soggy.. then the margarita pizza was a sad excuse for a pizza. Almost nothing on the crust but for a, little sauce and some cheese. Take a look at the pictures on the menu that's exactly what you WON'T get .. this pizza was a joke for the price..
