The sandwiches here were delicious! We ordered "The Pops" "The OG" and the "Chicken Schnitzel" and all were fantastic. You can tell they take a lot of pride in every layer of the sandwich. The service was solid, and it's a small spot with cute outdoor self-seating, which adds to the charm.I also tried their dark chocolate brownie, and wow it was perfectly rich and decadent, exactly what you want from a brownie. Their iced coffee wasn't anything fancy, but it was super tasty and packed with robust flavor. I don't usually drink black coffee, but this one was so good, I could totally enjoy it over ice.The sides were just okay, but honestly, we came for the sandwiches, and they didn't disappoint. We're definitely going back; I've got my eye on the matzoh ball soup next time

The pastrami sandwich is the best pastrami sandwich I've ever had. I get it with sourdough instead of the rye bread. Tonsssss of pastrami. The chicken sandwich is also really good here. Each sandwich comes with your choice of pasta salad, potato salad or a third option I can't remember right now. I've tried both the pasta and potato salads, they're just ok I always feel like id like to add some salt and paper to it. Order also comes with a pickle spear in a cute little zip lock bag. Plenty of parking in their every time I've been here. Good amount of tables for outdoor dining. They do take awhile to make the sandwiches for some reason so I always like to call in and order ahead so I can just pick up my order.

Been wanting to come here for quite a while since it started flooding my social media channels. Taking the long trek from OC we had high expectations and it didn't disappoint.Ordered: The papa - pastrami was absolutely perfect while the rye bread was the best we've ever had (been to Katz deli and a bunch of other delis) hands down! All the ingredients stood on their own, launching their own flavor profiles at just the right time during the chew. Awesome sandwich...so awesome I feel calling it just a sandwich doesn't do it justice.Bagel with cream cheese and bacon for the kiddos. Well done bagel. It was really good.Caesar Salad was really good too. You can tell by the anchovies forward dressing it was made with fresh ingredients. Great place overall with employees that care about customer service and cleanliness! Kudos to this operation as there was not a single flaw.

Wow! I don't know what magic they put in their "Papa" pastrami sandwich, but it's one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever had... other than the OG from Langer's deli in midtown (which is owned by the same family). The rye bread with its crispy crust comes from double-baking it. They re-heat the bread and then cut it when making the sandwich so it's warm on the inside. Combine that with the coleslaw, the thinly sliced Swiss and delicious pastrami inside... It's absolutely perfect. Even the potato salad is excellent. And the fresh pickle. A must try if you're at Sunset Plaza. Fast service and they have a lovely outside covered patio for dining in; great on sunny days. The takeout sandwich is beautifully wrapped in white paper and when you open it up, it looks absolutely flawless. You can see from the photos.

The real deal! Langer's DNA is in the house at daughter Trisha's Sunset Strip outpost. An overstuffed bagel sandwich with whitefish salad--the freshest I've ever had--was enough for two meals. Took a chance on the broccoli and cheddar cheese soup, not typical deli fare, but a winner at Daughter's. And if you're a Brown's Diet Back Cherry fan, they got 'em! I got a delivery and everything came well packaged, fresh, and hot (or cold soda) when it arrived (early) at my door. Daughters goes straight to the top of my Yelp LA collection.

Killer pastrami sando. Ordered a handful of the papas to go. Requested coleslaw on the side and the guys working were extra accommodating. Overall very impressed and happy to have another option that holds up to langers on the west side.

Amazing Pastrami! I can't wait to go back, even though it's a long drive away! Related to Langer's, and in my book, Langer's is the gold standard for Pastrami. Served on the same double baked rye bread! If you haven't had Langer's and now Daughter's, please know what you are missing. Very lean and meaty (vs gristley) Pastrami on bread with the most awesome crunchy crust!Small place with a few tables inside. Very nice outdoor patio with lots of tables. You order at the counter, and then they serve you at your table. Lots of people coming and going for take out. Decent size parking lot (on Sunset Blvd very few places have parking). Service was great and I didn't wait very long for my sandwich to come out from the kitchen. $24 may seem a lot for a sandwich with a side, but high quality lean meat and special in house made bread, well worth it. Generous portions. I almost could have shared my sandwich, but it was so good, I aye the whole thing!

Love love love this spot!!! Location and accessibility is just down the hill from my sisters house so very convenient!! Inside strip mall off Sunset and definitely recommended. Don't get me wrong this is definitely not a replacement just another variable or option...Homage to the original number 19!!!

I have been to the establishment Langers Deli a few times over the years and heard this was owned by one of the langers and much closer to where I live. I had to bring my Finnish friends in town. Nothing like a Pastrami Sandwich and a Dr Brown's cream soda.

Pro-tip: you can get free parking in their small lot, but sometimes it's full!Now that Greenblatt's has been tallied as another causality to fall from the pandemic, Daughter's deli is the true heir apparent to the New York Jewish-style delicatessen . And they're just as good too!I ordered their version of the classic Russian #9 (they word it as I think papa nor moma, don't remember which is which).It's the pastrami on white rye with the slaw, Russian dressing and Swiss cheese. This combination is truly one of the best sandwiches in the world!Sandwich is pretty pricy, but it honestly can be shared by two people. The rye bread was nice and fluffy, and the edges had a nice crisp to it.The pastrami had a nice seasoned healthy bark.Everything was good.
