1. I don't get why there's club music at a cafe. They should rly consider more chill music. Just ruins the vibe. I left with a headache 2. The photobooth light is soooo bright it ruined lighting of entire place. Also just feels so tacky . They should rly get rid of that 3. FREEZING!! I don't get why they need AC on so late at night. 4. Love how they are open late and the large menu.Something to eat for everyone Overall small things can make a big difference I hope they take this all to considerationAlso it wouldn't hurt if waiters were a bit nicer

I decided to try this place out because I saw a picture of meal i wanted to try, turns out the picture was from another restaurant at the back and when I decided to go with another meal, the waiter insisted on taking me to the place at the back, I ended up going and it was the smallest most disgusting place, nothing like the original café. I came back to Crave and the same waiter insisted again on taking me back to the weird place at the back. I ended up leaving without even trying anything, this experience was very strange, i will not go back.

I've been coming here for years since it's conception. And of course eating at the pita pocket on the corner (same owners). It's nice having a place open late to grab a bite and get some work done. They get packed in the evening. Sometimes i may grab a seat if one is available and order when the line dwindles down. Usually the caprese panini with chicken. Though the night manager got on my case for doing that once. Treated me like i was some sort of freeloader. I gave him the respect and apologized. Even though i always order something and im never there more than an hour. But for some reason this prock has it out for me when i come alone. Last night i waited for a good few minutes. No one at the counter i saw the couch open so i sat down to work a bit. And waited til someone showed up, when he saw me he went off on me. I told him there was no one at the counter at the moment and he got nasty. I wanted to order and instead he tried to 86 me. Thats when i finally stopped trying to be polite. I sat down and decided to finish my work and told him off. What i prick. Shame i liked that spot. But i will never show uo if he is working there. That's not how you treat customers. Never had that issue anywhere else.

My original plan was to come here for a quick breakfast (since I was in the area). However, my short visit to Crave Cafe on Ventura Boulevard, in Sherman Oaks, turned out to be even more brief than I expected. As a result, I could only indulge in a cup of Americano (which was superbly brewed and strong). You order at the counter, then pay, they provide you a table holder with a number, you choose the table you desire and they bring the order to your seating area. The menu is vast and filled with both breakfast, lunch and dinner selections. Impressive that they are open till 2 am. There is both inside and outside seating. When you walk in, several cakes and pastries are staring at you when you order by the order at the counter. You will need strong will power or else you will be seduced. Service was prompt. Definitely worth another visit, so that I can order more from their extensive menu.

A cool 18/7 [20/2 on Fridays and Saturdays] of food, coffee + various beverages, desserts and vibes you're surely to enjoy off the corner of Ventura Blvd/Van Nuys courtesy the city of Sherman Oaks.Good caffeinated sips, both cold and hot. Yummy vegan burger that hits the spot + tons of veggie friendly options.They do cool burgers, burritos, paninis, pizza, waffles, salads, crepe, entrees and assortment of foodie variety for all times of day.I typically have great service here and enjoy dining inside. The patio is great, mainly during the afternoon or day.Right next to and near local shops and spots. You can get parking on the street, though it's metered. Some pay lots close by if you don't mind a short brisk walk. Ordering can be a little of a wait, but not by much. Free wi-fi and a lot of places to sit with Crave Sushi, right next too/attached to it.Pet friendly, TVs, Music, and a worth trying experience.Q Note:I order delivery once in a while and prefer S.O. to their Studio City location that seems to have higher pricing for some reason O.O, but also different hours and a few other options.

I have to say that Crave is kind of a perfect place for me. No frills, laid back, exposed brick walls. You walk up and order, I recommend looking at the menu ahead of time if possible because the menu on the wall is huge. I started with dessert because it's my three day weekend. I had a red velvet cookie and a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie which are my two favorite flavors in all cookiedom. For my meal I went with the Crave smash burger and dipping fries. The burger had a great flavor and the dipping fries I can only compare to huge Fritos scoops. They come with ranch but they would be perfect covered with chili and cheese. My wife went with a chicken pesto pizza on wheat crust. The wheat crust had a great chew and she enjoyed it. We will be back and I have my eye in a big red velvet cupcake!!Thank you Crave for a great experience.
