Have you ever tried bossam? It's a Korean boiled pork belly that you usually make lettuce/cabbage wraps with. To be honest, I don't really eat that much meat lol but I think this garlic bossam from Chungchun was amazing! My whole family enjoyed the food so much, we ate so fast!The assorted savory pancakes came with various veggies, fishcakes, and sausages fried with egg--creating the pancake mouthfeel. Everything I tried here was new to me but so good! Highly recommend this spot for late night Korean food!

That spicy Jokbal caught us off guard in the beginning but for some reason when the meat cooled off, it was less spicy! We got spicy level 2! The meat was so soft and right off the bone. They even had a bunch of fatty pieces for those who love chewy meats. The kimchi pancake with cheese was very good too, tasted almost like a cheese pizza in my opinion. Thank you to the employees for the amazing service! The ambiance was casual!

This fairly new restaurant in K-town specializes in Korean-style pork trotter and belly (jokbal and bossam). When we visited, it seemed a bit understaffed, so service was a little slow--but hopefully, that'll improve with time.What truly matters is the food, and it did not disappoint! The jokbal was tender, savory, and had a great chewiness. The medium size was ideal for 2 people, or 3 if you add an extra side dish. The janban magkusu was also solid, with a nice balance of sweet and sour flavors, and it came in a generous portion. It paired really well with the jokbal. It is in a fairly small plaza, but parking was not an issue for us!

Perfectly tender pork belly with all the best possible sides. The medium is plenty of food for two people. We ordered the Pork Soup as well to be safe, and although it was good the savory depth of the Bossam overshadowed it pretty quickly. The service was super quick and all encompassing with a clean straightforward interior.

Chung Chun Jokbal is a great restaurant in ktown that specializes in jokbal (aka braised pork trotters) and bossam (aka boiled pork shoulder). There are a lot of places in ktown that specializes in this dish, but CCB is a great spot that does just as well as everyone else. Unfortunately, when we went, they ran out out of the jokbal which sucked but their bossam was extremely delicious! Ordered a medium size and had the perfect amount for two people. Some places kind of skimp on portions, but this place didn't seem like they did that.Will come back to try their jokbal and maybe call ahead of time to see if they have a good amount in stock. They offer different combinations of bossam and jokbal + combos between spicy jokbal and regular jokbal. Excited to try those in the future. Service was great. Typical Korean restaurant.Good parking spots in ktown/street parking. Not crazy busy.

Ordered via Doordash close to their closing hour.The bul-jotbal was good, typical jotbal you would get in Koreatown.The jangban guksoo was too dry and tasted like pre-packaged food. The potato ban-chan smelled a bit weird, and I realized that it tasted a bit sour. I think it's been cooked for long time. Overall, I would go other jotbal places for this price.

I AM IN LOVE WITH THEIR BULJOKBAL which is spicy pig feet! The sauce is amazing and also love the fact that you can choose your spicy level 1-3. I ordered 3 and it was perfect! Portion was okay and everyone was so friendly. Definitely

Food was really really good. I think its actually better than jangchoondong, which has always been long time king of jokbal in koreatown.We tried the original jokbal and the fire jokbal, both good but the original was better for my taste. Meat was super tender and delicious, the vegetables and doenjang sauce complimented the jokbal perfectly. The meat quality is superb.. I highly recommend.
