I wasn't aware that the management changed until I walked by and they had a sign saying they had a special at $24.99 lunch special all you can eat for reopening! That's an amazing deal!I have come here before and it was just ok. It's a lot better now. They have more selection of toppings and 2 separate bars. Before they only had one. The plates and utensils are all metal. Before they were all paper. The have a new soup base (Tom yum is so good and probably my favorite). It looks like they have more meat selection too. I also ordered the passion fruit fizz drink and it's great. You can choose between one or two soup bases even if you are eating solo like I did.The ambiance is just a family sit down restaurant. Very chill. Music playing. I would definitely come here again now that's a better than what I remember!

I went with my boyfriend for the first time. The meat selection menu was really small, only 8 choices. There was a 90 minute time limit. The rules for how many meat platters we could order was confusing. We asked twice for clarification and we were still confused about the meat platters. I overheard other customers ask again as well, they were confused by the rules too. This restaurant is supposed to be all you can eat (AYCE) but that seems inaccurate and misleading. We ordered spicy miso and clean & clear broth. The broths were good! We didn't get individual pots, so the temperature was super inconsistent. My broth was barely boiling, while his was boiling nonstop. The veggies (mushrooms, carrots, tofu) were still too tough and chewy after boiling 40 minutes. We used forks but they only had small plastic ones. Our bowls were small and metal, so we couldn't pick it up while eating. The platters had only 4-5 slices of thin meat. The service was fair. The ambiance was okay, there was music in the background and lots of space. There were 3 big frozen self serve areas, seafood, veggies, sauces. The restaurant was empty, considering it was lunch time. There was a good variety of toppings, meat and seafood. We went for lunch special for $25/person. It was not worth the price, limited meat selection and fair service. Empty restaurants are foretelling.

The food offered was acceptable. Meat was ok not too good but not too bad either . The problem were the servers all look like bunch of 15 years old kids. One of them has a table of friends over next to our table. My stove broke and I called the servers to help me but no one heard me. Then the kids in the table next to mine audibly and visibly mocked me...It's my first and last time here. I am new in town and literally lives 3 minute away. I am so disappointed it didn't work out.

Melissa is the BESTMy husband and I have been coming here for the amazing food but now we come for having a good dining time with Melissa! She is so cute and she cares so much about whoever she serves! She even took time to remember who we are and what we like! What surprised me the most is that she even vividly recalled our friend's name and order

This spot has always been one of our favorites but the experience has become extra enjoyable the past few visits after we were introduced to one of our servers named Melissa. She always greets us with a smile, is super attentive throughout our stay and always remembers our orders from previous visits. What an incredible employee and wonderful person!

Needed to find a replacement for Shabuya and Broth which have both been going downhill. Happy to stumble upon this savory little gem in a busy strip mall next to H mart. The restaurant just changed ownership and the new owners are lovely, attentive and wonderful people. Talk about a great mom and pop shop! Now for the food. You can select two broths for the table. (The pot was huge btw!) We chose the House Special which was very spicy and had the Szechuan kick and spicy miso. Both broths were flavorful with just the right amount of spices. The meats were fresh and tasty. They also had a great seafood and salad bar that had a great variety and all the selections scrumptious. Overall, the food was great, the staff was superb (shoutout to our adorable waitress, Elissa!) and the restaurant super clean. Will definitely be back.

I've been hearing about this place from my friends. I've decided to drive all the way from OC to try this place and it didn't disappoint! All employees were incredible and food is amazing. Great service and great food for only 30 dollars per person. Much rather prefer than the BROTH since there are more toppings to choose from.

This place is very spacious. The ambiance is very upbeat; the noise level is moderate. We love that the broth is very flavorful and executed well. We tried the spicy miso and the tom yum, and both were perfect. Meat selection is not as much, but it's not bad for the price they ask per person. The meat quality could be better and further enhanced for better meat quality. Vegetables were cut fresh and drenched in water to ensure they stayed fresh, which was great. They have lots of different sauces that are great for pairing. All other add-ins were great, and there were many different choices. The server could use some improvement and attentiveness. The restroom had a bit of a pungent smell. Our visit was okay overall but could have improved.

Sichuan hotpot was good, ive been coming for over a year now and with the new owners its only gotten better. The metal silverware in my opinion was the best improvement. Meats and veggies are also always fresh. Never had an issue. The rice with the sichuan broth is the best tho imo. (Although it could be softer) thankfully the hot broth makes it soft, i love that they give you a full pitcher of water also at ur table so no running around. Simple and efficient. Not too expensive too
