Chiquis Taco Truck

When you are in need of some midnight munchies you can count on this taco truck to serve up some decent food. My friend is super picky and he was very happy with the burrito he ordered. The service is quick and the table set up is a plus especially when I would rather sit down and not have to eat standing up.

Solid taco truck. I would recommend the Al Pastor. And the salsa bar rocks but be careful. They got some fire ones.

Great salsa bar. Quick service. The beef was tough and the orange salsa was literal fire, don't pour salsa you've never tried before like we did and fucked up 4 tough beef tacos that we ended throwing away. Which hurt cuz there were people around that probably could've eaten then but with the salsa we added that would be cruel. So a whole plate of tacos went in the trash. The cabeza was good & we ordered more. The Gordita I ordered was way to toasty and dry. Same beef meat so I won't repeat myself. Worst Gordita ever this Gordita has ever tried. No where to recycle bottles or cans so that was sad. Dry spicy tacos and recycling all went into one red trash bin.

Really great. Was starving and stopped here, and left absolutely satisfied. Got four buche tacos and found the flavors and textures to be perfect. Super savory with the right mix of juicyness and crispness. Street parking was available, and the service was prompt!

Saw this taco truck next to a gas station while driving around and decided to stop by. They take card or cash but charge a bit more if you use card. For carne asada fries and 3 Al pastor tacos, it came out to about $19 using cash. The al pastor tacos were just okay. The meat seemed a bit dry and lacked flavor. But the asada fries were the eye opener here. Whenever I order carne asada fried elsewhere, it's seems to be really oily from either the cheese or the fries. I had no complaint about the oil on these. The fries reminded me of Jack in the box curly fries in regards to taste. The cheese was really good and the carne asada was really juicy and flavorful. This is my new spot for carne asada fries for sure.

As far as taco trucks go it's a solid choice but not my favorite. The rice for taco dinner was over cooked and I didn't like pollo or asada tacos. Al pastor was pretty good though. The tacos didn't come out hot.

I learned my mistake and I didn't get tacos like everyone said. They smelled absolutely divine and mouth watering. I got the tortas which were okay, not amazing but they weren't bad. Got the Torta Hawaiian, Torta Asada and a cheese quesadilla. All three items were good but super generic. Probably won't purposely chase down the taco truck for them, but I definitely will chase the taco truck down for some al pastor tacos.

We were walking by and had to stop because of the amazing smells. I like how they have a buffet of sauces and toppings. We ordered three tacos and a gringos for $17. The carne asada was chewy (reason for star deduction and cash only) my fav meat was the carnitas. Service was fast. They have tables to dine at. Cash only. There were locals eating here.

I was staying at the Hollywood Hampton Inn and boy you can't beat being right next door to such an incredible taco truck! The al pastor tacos are a must. I also got the Asada fries -- a huge portion full of gooey goodness. Tons of flavor throughout. And they've got this table outside the truck with all the fixings - sauces, onions, peppers... everything.
