Food was okay nothing special missing spices, service unfriendly with cold faces,Good for one time to try

FOOD :XXX it was acceptable level of quality and taste .Interior:xxxNice walls and tables but carpet floor s need a serious wash and clean up or replacement. I could smell it already from sitting position.Service xxxxThey serve the drinks and refill fast Bathroom XIt was smelled not so good but it was a plumbing issue not cleaning issue .PRICE: XXXXX 14$ all I can eat was great WHILE WE WERE HERE FOOD INSPECTOR CAME IN AND EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE OK .so I guess it's a good sign

always a great place to go to for lunch or dinner its my kids favorite ! they have sea food a mix of American/Chinese food !! also have sushi freshly made every time overall worth the money !!

Used to love this place but quality has decreased and the price increased. The food is served on paper plates, it really diminishes the experience.

I like it! A lot of wonderful foods, sushi, Chinese meat, sweets for kids and for 17 dollars and you can have a good lunch with friends.

After a long day of Christmas errands, my family and I were excited to try this place out for a late lunch. The first challenge? Parking. It's a shared lot with several other businesses, making it a bit of a hunt on a busy Friday afternoon.The buffet spread itself was a pleasant surprise. The sushi selection was a standout, and the usual Chinese buffet staples were tasty and satisfying. However, a word of caution: avoid the refrigerated desserts. They seemed to have been out for longer than ideal.The biggest letdown, though, was their use of single-use plates, utensils, and cups. Sustainability took a backseat here. My plastic fork couldn't even survive the first course, forcing me to use chopsticks for everything, including fishing out baked clams. Not the easiest task!As for service, it was hit-or-miss. Refills weren't on our terms - we had to wait for staff to come around for top-offs.Overall, our experience at Great China Buffet was average. It's a decent spot if you're in the area and craving variety, but don't expect anything extraordinary.

Just a heads-up, the service charge here is mandatory, and the tone of the notice was very poor. I was really shocked to receive this notice from a self-service buffet restaurant where I pay at the front and don't get extra services like drink refills or dish delivery.

The food and service were terrible. Everyone had a cold attitude which was awful. Don't waste your time or money there.

I had a terrible experience at this establishment. The service was subpar, and it felt like the staff couldn't care less about providing a positive customer experience. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the management's response was unprofessional essentially telling me that if I didn't like the service, I shouldn't return. This lack of courtesy and poor management made it clear that customer satisfaction isn't a priority here. I won't be coming back, and I would advise others to think twice before spending their money here.
