It's insane how tasty the food is! Always ordering it from postmates! Very delicious!!! Highly recommended!

We ordered food to our office for lunch time, and two items were missing. When I called to inquire about getting them I was told that even though our order was delivery, we would have to physically go pick it up. That was fine, but when I mentioned what specific items it was, they claimed that they had no "Garden Burger". I told them that I ordered directly from their website and was currently looking at the item on their menu, but was again told they had nothing like that on the menu. I said a refund would be fine and they said that I would have to go to the restaurant myself to explain my situation to the manager, who would not be in until after 5. As this was an order for our office, this falls outside of our business hours. They offered zero accomodation for our situation. 1/5 stars only because our employees who DID get their lunches liked the food. I urge you to never order out from this restaurant.Oh and ps we never got our refund.

This is the Fawlty Towers of restaurants here in Hollywood Hills West so much opportunity with close businesses like the laugh factory beside them to offer a decent slice etc but this is by far the worst Italian of nit restaurant I have ever eaten at and I eat out on a regular basis at work, traveling and of course just trying as many new cuisines in LA as possible. Also to not the waiter was really aggressive and decided to quit that very night so service was left up to the chef (if he even calls himself that) anyway don't want to rag too hard because it just seems a sad little restaurant that will ultimately go out of business one day (they are lucky to have been there a long time so locked into a decent rent I assume) but the food is completely and utter rotten you would be best going to traders / cvs directly across and getting some pasta and sauce or even Spaghettios because I promise a tin of spaghettios is way better than anything "Chef Vivoli" can prepare.

Got pick up, my order was wrong had bacon in a veggie pasta. I tried to call restaurant and got stuck in their irritating phone tree which led nowhere. Waste of money!

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this place!! We ordered spaghetti bolognese to-go the first time and it was ready for pickup very quickly and tasted DELICIOUS. The portion sizes for the pasta are huge and beyond satisfying & the flavor is unmatched.The second time we ate from here we dined in. The atmosphere is inviting and the patio has heaters which is perfect since I'm always cold. The service was wonderful-- our waiter Manu took such great care of us and was incredibly kind and attentive! Thank you so much Manu for making our date night even more special. Be back soon!! xx

Delicious food, drinks and dessert. Last visit I enjoyed a pizza. This time I had Milanese chicken with mashed potatoes and crème brûlée for dessert. While I enjoyed the gypsy jazz show they have monthly here. How lovely the whole night was and friendly staff made this whole experience amazing.

We stopped in for a quick bite only to discover some truly fantastic food. Fresh ingredients and terrific service. When in Hollywood this will be our go to for Italian food. 5 stars for sure!

Very welcoming, friendly and attentive staff. The food is delicious! Pizza Capricciosa is our favorite! Can't find it in too many places.Definitely would come back to this place to try out other foods

Greg was so kind. The pasta was amazing. I took it to work and everyone kept a walking by asking what I was eating and where I got it. It smells just as great as it tastes! That's just their chicken Alfredo!! Imagine the rest!
