Cham Sut Gol BBQ

Had to do a review of this spot because I was blown away. I tend to frequent a couple of other KBBQ spots in this area as Rowland/Industry have a ton, but it was this past Friday and the local favorites all had two hour wait times. I hadn't been here since the high school days so we said heck it, let's try it again!We walked in and were instantly seated, no wait. Amazing. Three women appeared and started laying out the table with the usual assortment of side dishes and salad, etc. This spot is a well oiled machine and you are not assigned a specific server, they all come around and help out as needed. Throughout the experience we couldn't run out of anything; a side dish, salad, even the dipping sauces, as soon as they were out we'd get a brand new one. If we got carried away in conversation a server would appear and start cooking for us and adding more meat to the grill. Everything was instant and fast and I honestly can't say enough good things about the place.The meat quality, the side dishes, the service, everything was on point and the ambiance was very warm and cozy, it felt like a little piece of home from another country. Highly recommend this spot to anyone who loves KBBQ.

We ordered:Beef Belly, Beef Tongue, Pork BellyMarinated Boneless Ribs, Beef BrisketSteamed Egg, Salmon NigiriThis was a go-to kbbq spot growing up and I was giddy to come back and a tad anxious whether it was still good. It's still solid and my friends were very impressed. I love that you can get beef belly here and they make a great steamed egg. Salmon Nigiri each have a ton of rice and are clearly not made by a trained sushi chef. But we didn't care - salmon was fresh and it was free rice for the good kbbq.Staff were very friendly and on top of checking on us. Food was brought and grill was changed both quickly. I hope they keep this up for many more years.

I recently tried this location for the first time for a birthday dinner, and I'm not sure if this chain is related to the Buena Park or Garden Grove locations, but if it is then it has gone downhill. From the start, we tried ordering tofu soup and the server responded with frustration, telling us we couldn't order it until the end of our meal, which made us confused.The quality of the meat was also a letdown. It came out super frozen, tasted off, and was pretty much flavorless. (I had to drench it in sauce just to make it enjoyable.) Compared to its other locations, this one has definitely dropped in quality. While the servers were fast, they weren't very friendly or helpful, which took away from the overall experience. I also wouldn't recommend a large party of more than 8 people to come here, because it was pretty cramped and our table itself had no room during our entire meal to place any plates. If you've visited the other locations, then you'd know you get to enjoy ice cream at the end of the meal which is pretty much still the highlight. However, with so many other KBBQ options out there, I'd recommend exploring those instead.

This used to our favorite Korean bbq spot. Sadly, it has gone downhill. There was no wait when we arrived which is great. However, the table and seats/booth were not cleaned. It was super sticky and greasy. We had to wipe it down ourselves. Service is still quick. They take your order and bring you the side dishes as soon as you sit down. The food arrives rapidly. We ordered Brisket, Beef Belly, Bulgogi, & Pork Belly with Sauce. Three out of the four meat selections were fine, but not flavorful. You need to dip it with the sauces. The pork belly wasn't tasty at all, super hard to eat and very bland. They offer complimentary ice cream at the end of the meal which is nice.

I came here with some friends on a Sunday night, and we made reservations ahead of time since we had a large party. There were about 15 of us, including 3 kids, and we were seated right away. My friend who is a regular there ordered for us all and everything was excellent. My favorite was the marinated short rib. They also have sushi! The sushi was okay, but I didn't have high expectations for a kbbq place. It was nice to put some kbbq on top of the sushi. Service was outstanding. The servers loved pur group and checked on us regularly. They also played with our kids and offered them different goodies as well. They really took care of us. Once finished, they also provide ice cream! Vanilla or green tea were the options. It was very nice after chowing down on all that meat. This place was very good and I may come back with just me and my wife. Great spot!

A family run all you can eat KBBQ restaurant. There's usually no wait time which is great and the service is quick. It is an older restaurant but the meat quality for the price is good.

My husband and I have always enjoyed this place. It's a no frills spot. Direct and to the point. Small but efficient. Zero crowds, which we LOVE. This place looks family run. We like to call it "Run by Aunties" lol. On the weekends there's only ONE PRICE $35/person. No lunch options. I ordered avocado rolls but it had the TINIEST amount of avocado in it. Mostly cucumber and rice. I see what you're doing! Trying to fill us with rice. I won't be ordering that side again. The beef brisket and beef belly are my favorite. They have "glass noodles" and I love their salad too! Can't forget about their version of potato salad. Yum!For dessert they have an option of vanilla, strawberry or matcha ice cream they pre packed for a single serving.This place is our go to spot for good AYCE Korean. As always, we will return

Great simple kbbq with great banChan side dishes .. with phenomenal customer service , only issue I had upon my visit was towards the end of the night tons of bugs were flying around especially on the food and grille .. the same ones that were flyin around outside also. Must be the time of night I am not sure .. overall everything was great.

Food is soooo good it's cheap but delicious!Auntie here is sooooooooo kind and warm. Best Koran bbq service I have ever had. I really enjoy this restaurant! Will visit next time!!!! Ambiance is also very good.

Great service!!! I love the service and people here! Absolutely recommend! Their Pork Neck is my absolute fave!!!
