Wow wow wow, very glad I decided to be hungry while visiting this part of town I don't normally always get to. Italian lunch made by a real Italian?? The owner was incredibly nice and gave me the tour of the whole menu. The homemade focaccia looked so good and I'm such a sucker for it that I ordered a sandwich that was too good. I got the Focaccia Toast accompanied by the spicy marinara - chef's kiss. Enjoyed it out on the sidewalk on some tables surrounded by others - felt like a visit to Europe.

A warm and welcoming neighborhood cafe with friendly staff, fresh coffee, focaccia sandwiches, and amazing Italian dessert.Suppli - crunchy, cheesy risotto croquette. Perfect for people who like cheese crisps.Focaccia Pomodoro - thin, crisp focaccia with roasted tomatoes. I wish it was thicker and fluffier, but it makes a good sandwich bread or bread for dipping.Il Mortazza - amazing mortadella sandwich. I usually ask for the pickled eggplant on the side because it can be a little overwhelming. I will admit that I sometimes add mayo (from home) to this like a silly American.Bombolone with vanilla custard - big, fluffy Italian donut. Tiramisu - a must try! Perfection! Our "Camilla" Cake - a well balanced cake for those who like a fruity almond cake. Pro-tip: Street parking only. You'll want to feed the meter. Meter maids are always there patrolling.

Pros-the focaccia bread on the sandwiches are amazing -lasagna was delicious and unique with handmade pasta and sauce wasn't too saltyCons-it's silverlake so parking sucks-don't add the burrata in the sandwich as for $3 they barely put any on-priceyRating 6.5/10

Authentic Italian!! This place is the real deal. The polpette al sugo (meatball focaccia) is my favorite sandwich and they make tasty sweets like bomboloni and sbrisolona, both of which I HIGHLY recommend! The people are friendly, service is great, and street-side ambiance is fun! LA people are sleeping on Ceci's!!!

I had no idea how important bread is to a sandwich until I came here.I am not sure what kind of crack they put into this bread, but Ceci's is the real deal. We tried the meatball and the mostaza sandwich and both were amazing.Would love to try their pasta dishes, but it would be so tough to stray from their pristine sandwiches

This is such a great little café! I absolutely love their focaccia, in a variety of flavors. They have great desserts, such as Italian donuts, and sandwiches as well. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, everything is made by hand fresh with high-quality ingredients. Prices are fair considering how much effort is put into their products and presented beautifully. They have a bit of outdoor seating and easy street parking. Wonderful local business supporting!

Heard about this place having the best meatball sandwich (on focaccia) in LA. But we opted for a couple to go dishes since we were in the neighborhood. We purchased the cannelloni with ricotta and spinach entree and the zucchini alla parmigiana. Easy to make hot at home and very delicious. The only disappointment we had was we thought the dishes were a bit on the small side. But I guess that's the price you pay for high quality food. Two entrees cost about $35. It might be nice if a bit of bread was thrown into the take out bag as a surprise.Parking is kind of sparse and the store has a few spaces for seating outside.

Crudo and Ricotta? more like crudo and rOCKED MY SOCKS OFF. god freaking damn this sandwich was freaking good. I was studying the whole day at a cafe before living off of nothing but a dirty chai and a dream. And i came in here asking for something fresh (they were like "uhhh everythings fresh here" and i was like "no like something fresh and crunchy, lots of veggies") and the kind gorgeous cashier and employee suggested the crudo and ricotta. I'd get extra arugula next time. BUT. Holy sht. Holy sht. I'm a tiny little girl of only 120 pounds (half of it is booty though trust me) and i ate every morsel of this. Do not judge a book by its cover cause this might not be the most instagrammable rhing ever. But. quality shone through. The bread? the ingredients? Holy moly I loved my life while eating this. Everything is fhe star. The prosciitto, ricotta, tomato, olive oil, bread. I will say that the bread was a little greasy for me. But holy moly. Yes.

I've been looking for a good suppli ever since I got back from Rome. I finally found a place with AMAZING Italian food. The shop itself is simple, with a few outdoor seats. The person that took our order was very kind.We tried their meatball sandwich (it has an Italian name on the menu). It was amazing! The focaccia was the right texture too. I am coming back even though I low-key would want to gate-keep this place!
