dineLA menu: $45/person for your choice of four tapas off a menu that included ten items, plus dessert...a fantastic deal!Second visit and had another 5-star experience! Casa Córdoba provides excellent service, extremely flavorful food, and a wonderful ambiance. There are two outdoor dining areas, the street front patio and the courtyard, as well as indoor dining. Parking is on street, or in nearby City parking lots. Roberto and the rest of the staff were fantastic, and the consistency of the service and food were both there.FOOD & DRINK: The three of us chose the dineLA menu again, which is a fantastic deal, $45/person for your choice of four tapas off a menu that included ten items, as well as a dessert course. Once again, we tried all ten tapas (see my pics) and then ordered two more of our favorites. Everything was well-seasoned, with amazing flavors. We were told that the dineLA portions were about half the size of their regular portions, but they're plenty filling. We also shared a pitcher of the Sangria Tinto ($45), which easily provided 8 glasses and then some. A good deal if multiple people are going to have sangria.I can't recommend Casa Córdoba highly enough...it's most definitely one of our favorites!

Made reservations for Saturday night 12/14/24 around 6:30pmFood 12/10 : ordered the Salmon a la Pancha. The Patatas Bravas, &'Churrasco. Tiramisú espresso martini was perfect as well.Hostess 10/10: was kind and offered us indoors or outside, "busboy" and "busgirl" were also kind and attentive.Waiter negative 100/10: - First thing he said to us was "what can I get for you." We had to ask him how his day was....in order for him to ask us....-Not ONCE did he come back to our table to ask how everything was or if we needed anything.-WE had to ask the busboy for more drinks.-WE had to get up and ask for the check. Our waiter was also working the bar but completely forgot about us and we were sitting a table away from the bar. They were definitely more attentive to the people sitting at the bar though. My boyfriend and I drove an hour to try Casa Córdoba given we were celebrating a special occasion. The food was amazing but I'm confused on to why we got an unpleasant waiter and why we were not important enough to be treated like everyone else.

My boyfriend and I made reservations here for Valentine's Day. I had never been before and heard great things but I was disappointed during my visit. The seating area I saw in by the fountain was uncomfortable and the red cushions we sat on were dirty. The food lacked flavor and the service was also slow. My boyfriend paid over $300 and we left still hungry and disappointed with the food and service. I probably won't be back.

So yummy! I've been going to Montrose for over a decade and never noticed this restaurant. Tapas style (love), flavorful, great amount of options, and overall a nice setting with a dimmed ambiance. It wasn't crowded whatsoever, so our service was fast. Our waitress made great recommendations

Romantic setting. Mushrooms are an absolute must!! Amazing!Came here for dinner on a weeknight. I made a reservation for 8pm which is the latest they would take and there were plenty of seating when we got there. Street parking is metered and free after 8 as well. Make sure to order the paella first, especially if you are dining late, since it takes up to 45 minutes to prepare. We really wanted jamón ibérico and this was the nearest Spanish restaurant. It was pretty solid with the manchego cheese! We ordered the champiñones y trufas -- absolutely delicious!! I would come back again and again just for these! The server recommended pintxo champiñones con gambas which were juicy mushroom and shrimp skewers. They were just good.We had the casa córdoba paella since we were feeling meat. It was just ok. The chicken was on the dry side. We would try something else next time!Service was great! Cute spot.

Really enjoyed my dinner here! The drinks were good, the appetizers were incredible. The croquetas were everyone's favorite, and we all loved the pintxo de vientre de cerdo. Would definitely come back for those two appetizers alone. The paella was delicious; the duck specifically was so tender and was my favorite protein of the dish to my surprise. The churros were a nice end to the dinner. Next time I'm definitely trying the patatas bravas and the pan con tomate.
