The Service: Excellent! Very attentive and efficient. The staffs are always walking around the restaurant to see if customers need anything. And they take care of it right away!The Food: Love their beef kabob! So tender and flavorful. I like their grilled vegetables as well. Huge portion. Totally a family style meal. The Parking: Street metered parking or parking lot nearby.

Kabob was great. Freshest one i can find in downtown so far.. they make it fresh so taste much better.. takes a little longer to get and eat but I think it's worth it.. the other place near by has it made and heats it up when you order just not tthe same taste. Recommended!

I came for the Lamb Shank Skew and Beef Khobediah. One of the best Middle Eastern places in Downtown Los Angeles. Our first time here, and the food was delicious. Nice place in the city. Owners and workers are friendly here. Nice looking upscale Missle Eastern vibe look to the place. Food is huge in portions. Lamb I's fresh and juicy. I will be back for more.

Walking around downtown looking for a good, satisfying lunch and came across CALIFORNIA KABOAB KITCHEN, and I remembered that a former boss took us here and that I liked it.Walked in hoping nothing has changed and it hasn't. The portions are still large and the food is still comforting.Got the BEEF KOUBIDEH and it came with rice, roasted tomato, roasted jalapeno, raw onions, lemon slices, a basket of pita bread and butter. Don't go if you're on a diet: Very dangerous. Friendly and welcoming. Service is fast yet calm.

Phenomenal meal! Super filling portion size even at lunch. All three kabobs we tried - Salmon, Chicken Combo, and Lamb Chop were delicious and some of the flavor and texture kabobs I've tasted. Service is very quick and kind! Garlic sauce on the side was also tasty.

Every time I come here it literally brings me back home. Best Persian food in downtown LA ! So flavorful and hits the spot every time. When ever I feel home sick I come here and it warms my soul!! Desert is yummy especially the pistachio saffron ice cream . Service is great!! The owner is the so kind! Their customer service is 100% amazing!
