Fantastic buffet of high end seafood, meats, and all you can drink beverages including alcohol. Lobster claws and thermal thermadore, snow crab clusters, shrimp cocktail with jumbo shrimp, oysters, mussels, and scallops on the half shell, prime rib, lamb chops, Korean short ribs, sushi, sashimi, and dozens of desserts. Service is buffet style so your server will bring drinks and clear empty dishes but you go through the buffet line and pick your food. Ambiance is something like a cafeteria where lots of tables are in a large banquet style room. Add in live music and it can get a little loud when busy. Lunch buffet cost was $109 per person plus taxes and gratuity. Look for coupons and if you come with a large group ask for a discount. We got 15 percent off for our group of 12 from meetup. I'd return.

Food selection had been decreasing. Every time I've come, there has been less and less variety and selection, yet the price has been increasing. Came here for Lunar New Year dinner and again today for brunch. Both times, less food and now more carbs in comparison to my first few times coming a year or so ago. Still delicious, but for the price, I could go elsewhere for AYCE lobster and crab or other high end restaurants and spend less. I don't mind spending $ if the quality, selection and atmosphere is there, but $110 for brunch to $160 for dinner is getting to be a bit much. Service was great tho. Drinks were always coming as well as clearing the table. We enjoy the live music playing in the background where it's not too loud where you can't have a conversation. I was able to secure a discount with was awesome, but a bigger discount would be great, since it's basically saving $ on the tax.

Man, oh man. Where to start on this one?For $159/person there are some basic things you expect for a place to deliver on. Things like cleaned oysters, seasoned mac-n-cheese, maybe no bones in the salmon sashimi, and duck that isn't dry.I was already skeptical when our server said that this was the best restaurant in the world. Really tho?! A bit of an over sale. Some good takeaways were the nice guys serving up the lobster and Alaskan King Crab, the clam chowder was good, and the mashed potatoes had good flavor and they remind me of how I make them at home with heavy cream.

It was not worth $175 after tax the prime rib and was way to raw I couldn't even eat it The sashimi had bones in it someone could of choked on the bones we even told the lady that was serving the sashimi that there's bones in the salmon but she didn't acted like understand EnglishThe dim sum was not good at allThe steak and duck was really dry Hot and sour soup tasted like soy sauce soup instead The boba was not fresh tasted like it was over a day old The oysters was not cleaned still had a sand The server was attentive when we first sat down but as soon as he got more customers that was well dressed and looks like they would tip more he never came back to serve us. We had to wave another server over to get our tab for us. We thought about not tipping but we ended up tipping him 25% even though he didn't deserve it All the foods were Luke warm even the soup our reservation was at 5pm so the food should be freshly brought out since they opened at 5pm Over all I will not be going back to this place to eat

Went for brunch on a Saturday and got the first reservation which I highly recommend because it wasn't super busy to start. I loved the bottomless mimosas! There were SO many food options it almost made my head spin, but you bet I tried as much as I could! We started with the crab legs of course. Loved them! I wasn't a super big fan of the oysters. They were HUGE, but not the best tasting in my opinion. The staff did a great job of replenishing all of the seafood and hot food so you never had to wait for anything. Some of my favorites were the crab legs, sashimi and dumplings. I was also so surprised how delicious the desserts were! Don't sleep on the cannolis. Wow. I thought the hot food was ok. Service was great and I loved the live music element. The buffet is situated inside a hotel so expect a lot of people, but it's pretty spacious. I appreciated the high ceilings. I would say the vibe is pretty casual, so no need to dress up. I saw a lot of big groups here. This would be a great place for a special occasion meal. We went to celebrate Valentine's Day! I would even come here for a girls brunch. You can park at the hotel but they do validate that takes the cost down a bit. I didn't think any one thing at the buffet was particularly outstanding, but I enjoyed the experience overall.

We had an early birthday dinner for my husband at Café Sierra, located in the Hilton near Universal Studios. This restaurant features an AYCE buffet with high quality seafood. It is pricey, $159 per person, but worth it if you can eat more of the pricier items. The wait was ridiculous even though we had a reservation. We waited 45 minutes past our arrival. DON'T TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT IT WILL ONLY BE A FEW MINUTES WAIT. Someone else was waiting for over an hour past their reservation. The only thing I can think of the delay of getting seated is there was a convention at the hotel. Once seated, service was ok at best.Ambiance was festive with live music and decorations for the Chinese New Year. I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED as they promised the traditional Chinese New Year dragon dance, but the hostess had no clue and it never happened. FALSE ADVERTISING FOR THIS EVENT AS THIS AD WAS THE DRAW FOR MANY DISAPPOINTED CHINESE IN ATTENDANCE, INCLUDING ME!The overall buffet features whole Maine lobster, king, snow, & Dungeness crab, oysters, scallops, shrimp cocktail, free flowing adult beverages & soft drinks, hot food items, sashimi, sushi, dim sum, steak, prime rib, lamb chops, pork belly, bone marrow, assorted desserts which included two chocolate fountains and scooped ice cream. Some items were seasoned perfect, others were acceptable but bland. There are many more items that I did not mention, but the offerings are extensive In the past they would have earned a five star rating, but all of the above mentioned, especially the FALSE ADVERTISING has knocked down my review and recommendations of this place. Go for the food but allow ample time due to possible long wait being seated.

Came here on Thanksgiving and for $150ish a person I think it's pretty worth trying!! Granted, all we ate were mainly the whole lobsters, king crab, and snow crab. King crab was hard to peel because of the spikes, and I think if they provided scissors it would be a saving grace. Snow crab was sweet and yummy. The mushroom half lobster was also pretty good. Ultimately the lobster and snow crab is where it's atDesserts and other stuff is meh lol The live music of the guy playing the guitar was also a vibe, but at some point there would still be strums even when he stopped playing which was questionable lolFor a party of 4, we were offered mimosas upon arriving, and line was relatively short at all times (we came upon arrival). Our server, though sweet, was kinda pushy about paying the bill as he was about to leave. That was kinda weird. Parking is in their underground lot, free 2 hours or so with validation. Would come back, but only for an occasion. For no wait and ease of getting a reservation, I think this is the better alternative if you're craving higher end seafood and saves the drive to the coveted Las Vegas Buffets.

They've completely revamped their buffet and remodeled everything in the past few years. It's new and improved and better than ever!We always come once during the holidays every year and a few other times throughout the year. We've been coming here for decades now and I can say that this is the best it's ever been. The food selection is impressive, with options ranging from seafood to sushi to dim sum, and a carving station featuring prime rib and duck. The unlimited lobster and king crab are definitely the highlights though! A huge plus is that bottomless drinks are now included in the price, which makes everything so much easier. They also have plenty of options for desserts, including a chocolate fountain. Special shoutout to Pavel Roberts who is the best!! He gave me the best lobster and made me the most delicious ice cream. He really took care of us and everyone in my party loved him. What a standout and genuinely kind person!Overall, this place is a must during the holidays or even a great place to celebrate for any occasion. I do really miss their mushroom lobster though - please bring it back!!Photos uploaded are from 2023 because I forgot to take pictures this year... I was too busy enjoying all the amazing food!

I had the NYE Brunch at Cafe Sierra this year and ALL 3/4 stars actually go to the Chef at the Pasta Station!!!!! He was marvelous because he went above and beyond to make sure my pasta tasted and looked delicious! Of ALL the selections available that night, including the lobster and King Crab legs, the Alfredo pasta he made was the best! Thank you for the great service! As for the other food itself, I only had one round of King Crab Legs and a scoop of ice cream. I know I did not eat my $200 worth of food that night as intended but I still had a great experience. I've had buffets there quite a few times but it def my first for NYE. My final 1/4 Star actually go to the lady behind the ice cream station. Her station had the LONGEST line and she was handling the ice cream scooping / boba making / crepe filling ALL BY HERSELF like a pro and she did it all the a huge smile. She was awesome and deserves a raise!Would I go back next year? Probably not, as there are other dining establishments in the surrounding area that are similar in pricing but includes counting down at midnight (Cafe Sierra close at 10pm). However, Cafe Sierra is within walking distance from City Walk so there's always the option to celebrate there afterwards.

In several occasions, my wife and I visited Cafe Sierra for dinner. Pavel Robert's deserves a huge shoutout! Pavel was absolutely fantastic, with exceptional service! Pavel was very friendly and welcoming, giving us a reason to look for him when we returned. During today's visit, he made the spicy butter sauce for the lobsters and it was delicious. Other times he served the lobsters. Special thanks to Pavel for always having a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service!
