Linguine Nere, Con Salame Calabrese e Gamberi (Seafood Pasta with Ink Ink)Yes! The name is very long! HahaThe pasta is made of squid ink! There are shrimps! There are white clams! There are cherry tomatoes! It is covered with cheese (optional)Delicious!!! The sauce is delicious!My pasta head! It is very satisfied! AhahahahaGrilled Octopus (appetizer)It is really delicious! Although it is grilled!Every part of the octopus leg is very soft and tender! Very fresh!Next to it are beans! Also very delicious! Tasty!

Came here after a long day at Universal where my only sustenance was a butterbeer.Food: 1. Pumpkin Ravioli: loved it would get again. 2. Veal + Tuna cream combo: very bad, do not recommend at all. Very bland and needed a lot of help to become enjoyable. I personally added a lot of lemon... perhaps it exists for a palate different than mine3. Bread and Olive: complimentary, SO TASTY. Service: Incredible. Ambiance/ Parking:It's necessary to do valet (7$). Inside is very nice with booths for seating. Would recommend making a reservation ahead of time but walking in is also possible, they have a cute waiting room.

Potentially the best Italian restaurant I've ever been to! With their delicious food and great service, I had a wonderful dinner experience here. To start, my table was given complimentary bread with an olive oil spread. What I ordered:Golden Bird (cocktail): Just the right amount of alcohol so that I could taste the Ketel One Oranje, Grand Marnier, and Passion Fruit Liqueur. It was neither watery nor too sweet. Great choice for a fruity cocktail. Fritto Misto Di Gamberoni, Calamari E Zucchine: I was surprised by the big portion size. It was great to have a mix of calamari, shrimp, vegetable tortelli, and zucchini. Each ingredient was fried in a thin layer of batter, so I could fully taste it rather than tasting a bunch of batter. The tartar sauce paired perfectly with the calamari and zucchini, while the marinara sauce was perfect with the shrimp and tortelli.Tartare Di Tonno E Limoni Canditi: This kind of reminded me of poke. The ahi tuna was definitely fresh. I especially enjoyed the lightness from the avocado mousse and the little crunch from the candied lemon.Ravioli Di Manzo Al Burro Chiarificato E Parmigiano: Although good, this was my least favorite dish that I ordered. It was very buttery and cheesy. The short rib filling was all right.Ossobuco: Huge piece of veal shank on top of a bed of saffron risotto. The veal was tender with plenty of flavor from the tomato sauce, but I wished the risotto could have been more flavorsome.Salmone Affumicato E Rafano: The salmon was cooked to perfection. I loved the hint of sweetness from the brown sugar and the sauteed spinach to balance out the flavors.Making a reservation through their website was super easy. I was seated immediately after arriving. The place has a warm and cozy atmosphere. Valet parking is probably your best option if you are driving here.

I used to frequent Ca Del Sole in my pre-Yelping days, and it has been a while since my last visit. I recently came here to have dinner with my darling Sister Te-See B and her charming hubby. In the past, I've enjoyed happy hour in the bar/lounge area and had brunch out on the charming patio. This occasion was my first time having dinner in the cozy dining room. Our server, Darcy, was amazing! She was an absolute gem. We asked her to come back to take our order at least five times because we were too busy chatting and she remained attentive. She brought our drinks--Super Fico, Red Passion Martini, & Skinny Jalapeño Margaritas--along with some fresh rustic bread and olive tapenade, which I couldn't resist. My selection, the Red Passion Martini, sounded promising but was missing something. I had a sip of the Super Fico (prickly pear margarita). It was fantastico! The guys enjoyed their Skinny Jalapeño Margaritas. There were so many tasty options on the menu, including vegetarian dishes. Our entrée selections consisted of: Barbabietole con Formaggio Di Capra e Avocado (Beet Salad), Lasagna Di Carne Omaggio A Nonna Rina, Linguine Nere Con Salame Calabrese e Gamberi, Divina Di Cesare, & Capellini Alla Checca. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The dishes were nicely presented, and the portions were generous. We all enjoyed our meal. Overall, it was a wonderful evening. Our company work party was held here at the Ca Del Sole outdoor patio. There are beautiful cabanas on the patio and the weather was perfect. It was a group of seven of us...We all ordered something different and shared it with each other...So, I tried the split pea soup, which was pureed and pretty tasty. I started with a salad which was amazing, I tasted the tri-tip beef ravioli! Everything was delicious and when you're outside dining alfresco with Perfect, Southern California weather you can't go wrong!

The perfect place for a romantic dinner, meet up with friends or celebrate a special occasion. The entire staff are very friendly and add to the entire experience here. It was a couples evening for me, my hubby, my Sister Nikki B, & her hubby. Our server Darcy was on point. She took our drink order told us about the specials then gave us time to look @ the menu. (Which we appreciated since we were all busy chatting) We ordered: The Skinny Jalapeño Margarita 5/5, Super Fico 5/5, Red Passion Martini 4/5. *They brought fresh bread w/olive tapenade to the table after our drinks came. Food: Barbabietole con Formaggio Di Capra e Avocado (beet salad) 4/5, Divina Di Cesare 5/5, Lasagna 4/5, Squid Ink Linguine 5/5, Capellini Alla Checca 4/5. We enjoyed our dinner and the ambience was perfect. Ca Del Sole is sophisticated, classy, comfortable, and cozy. I made a dinner reservation on their website and the hostess called in the afternoon to confirm. They only have valet parking onsite and there was no wait when we arrived 30 minutes early. Takako was our waitress and very gracious while tending to our party. The staff all checked on us several times during the visit. We ordered Tartar Di Tonno e Limoni Canditi, Pappardelle Con Ragout Di Agnello e Pistacchi, and Tagliatelle Con Funghi e Zucca Barruca.The Tuna Tartare is some of the best I've had because it had candied lemon and avocado. The Pappardelle and Tagliatelle were both delicate and delicious. The menu is fairly large and they have their $6 after 6 PM happy hour in the bar only.

A beautiful restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. For a party of two we sat in the outdoor gazebo which felt very private. They start you off with complimentary bread and olive tapenade. I ordered a dirty martini with gin and it was extremely smooth. For our meals we ordered the following to share:* minestrone soup: 9.4/10. Extremely flavorful. With an array of mixed vegetables and beans.* Barbabietole Con Formaggio Di Capra E Avocado: 9.5/10 roasted beets, avocado, tomatoes, goat cheese, and balsamic. The perfect light, yet colorful salad. * Ravioli Di Manzo Al Burro Chiarificato E Parmigiano: 9.6/10 homemade short rib ravioli, spinach, ricotta cheese. You can tell this pasta was made with love.The service was incredible. From the waiting staff to the hostess checking you in. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to come for a date night or to catch up with friends.

Lovely restaurant - spacious and comfortable seating. All the staff were very friendly. Right when we got seated, we were serve warm tasty sour dough and focaccia bread. We ordered two pasta dishes and a dessert to share. My daughter got the spaghetti seafood pasta and I got the squid ink linguine with shrimp (hint of spiciness). Both very tasty pasta but I prefer mine better. The dessert was my daughter's choice. It was tasty but the caramel top was way too sweet so I could do without it.
