"I was led to this parking lot because the EV charger is always working and available. I happened to be hungry and so many people were placing an order so I decided to see what the hype was about. The chicken shawarma wrap is beyond delicious! So many good flavors and a perfect serving size. My friend was in town from London and said it was the best shawarma he's had. The chef is really cool and personable. I just hope they partner with postmates soon so I can order from home."
"Lamb Shank Biriyani - wow wow wow. Gotta be one of the best dishes in LA. Meat falling off the bone, layers of spice in the rice, cooling mint raitha on the side. Can't wait to eat the leftovers. Can't wait to return."

"What I Ordered:-Lemon and Garlic Chicken with Rice, Spicy Hummus and Regular Hummus 1/2 of each, potato salad and a pita $19.99-Cauliflower Fritters $7.99I was watching random videos on Youtube and came across a video of someone going to Jerusalem Chicken and I was intrigued. The Cauliflower Fritter and Chicken plates looked insanely delicious. I knew that I wanted Siri's Original which is the chicken stuffed with rice and mushrooms, but I asked the staff there about what's the most popular chicken dishes and I was told the lemon garlic chicken was the most popular chicken dish. I opted to change my order to the lemon and garlic chicken with half spicy hummus and regular hummus with a side of potato salad. It comes with pita. The Lemon and Garlic Chicken was fantastic! That's not an understatement. The chicken was seasoned well and so flavorful! It came on top of a bed of rice. I felt like the rice was a bit rice. It could have been due to the juices of the chicken, but I don't think that was the case. I would have liked the rice to be more fluffy. The potato salad was different than other potato salads that I've had before with a strong herbs taste, but it was quite nice. I like it! When I was asking the staff which hummus was better. They offered the option of half and half. The lady in line behind me chimed in to get the spicy hummus and how its the best spicy hummus she's ever had. She wasn't wrong the spicy hummus was legit. So was the regular version. I really like the option to get both. It's the best of both worlds. The pita was disappointing. It wasn't hot or warm for that matter. It didn't taste super fresh more like something you would get in a package from the grocery store. I was dipping it in the hummus to make it taste better. I still feel the pita feel short of my expectations. The Cauliflower Fritters were good, but they weren't super fresh. When I ordered it, I noticed they were sitting out on top of a paper towel to soak up the oil. I asked the staff, is it fresh? and he said it was. I was kind of a fool to not insist for a fresh order, but I don't want to be that pain in the butt customer. Fried food that's not fresh is often soggy. This was the case of the cauliflower fritters. It wasn't very busy when I came in for a late lunch on a weekday. I feel like they had time to fry me up a new order especially when I was getting a full side. I really want to try this again, but I wouldn't get a cold and soggy fritter again. I highly recommend that you get the lemon and garlic chicken with the spicy/regular hummus and the potato salad. You cannot go wrong with this order. I would ask for a fresh order of cauliflower fritters and some warm pita especially if the line is not too long. The staff was very attentive and friendly. One of the guys who I assumed was the owner and boss came over to check in with me ask how I liked it. I will still say 5/5 because that chicken tho. This portion size is humongous. I'm a pretty big guy and I was so full they should have carted me out in a wheelbarrow. You can definitely share this order amongst two people. I only ate one Cauliflower fritter. I didn't even finish the pita because it wasn't so fresh tasting. That gives you an idea of big the portion sizes are. I can't wait to come back here. I'm salivating just thinking about that lemon and garlic chicken. You must come here and try their delicious food! You won't be disappointed!"
"The wraps are very good and for a reasonable cost, we ordered pickup and will be adding Dama to our mix of where to order from when we are too lazy to cook. The meat has a lot of flavor, and the wraps are very filling. The falafels are also pretty good. Don't skimp on the sauces, garlic is dank but delicious. They also give a pretty substantial amount of fries, so if your kids are fry monsters like mine, they will be happy."
"Best Indian food in la! Not sure why their rating isn't higher cuz everything I tried so far has been super delicious! It's possible they have a new chef..? My husband is Indian so we've been to our fair share of Indian restaurants in la and we've been pleasantly surprised by the quality of food here. My two favorites are chicken tandoori & chana masala."
"This restaurant is a vibe! I was staying at Hotel Per La across the street and H&H was recommended to my cousin and I. It's conveniently located right across the street from the hotel. We came in for drinks and apps on a Thursday night around 7 PM. We sat at the bar. Reinaldo was our bartender. He was very patient with us and recommended certain items on the menu which I appreciated a lot! He was very nice and professional. I love the ambiance of the restaurant it's super classy and romantic with low lights and beautiful wine bottles from floor to cieling. We went during happy hour! If you check into Yelp you get free champagne!! HAPPY HOUR IS 7 DAYS A WEEK AT THE BAR!! We ordered:Empanadas, street corn, fries, and beef ribsEverything was SO GOOD but my favorites were the fries, street corn and the beef ribs were soooooo tender and the meat was 10/10. If you're ever in the area I would highly recommend coming here! And I will definitely be back"
"I had to stop by because the photos looked amazing!! It went from wanting to do a sit down to hole in the wall real fast. There is a small window you can order from the food was prepared very quickly, and I was able to take it to a nearby spot in front of the beach and eat it. It was very flavorful, and the portions were large and shareable. The owner was very sweet and I would definitely come back!"
"Okay, if you love Indian food, you need to get yourself to Roots Indian Bistro - it's next level! We kicked things off with the most refreshing rose water and mango drinks. Then the Bhel Puri .. it was crispy, spicy, and packed with flavor. The Samosas were Crunchy a with a fluffy potatoes filling .. so delicious! The Dosa Quesadilla was so unique - thin dosa filled with smoked tomato and grilled onions, paired with the coconut lentil dip was seriously so good. The Nirvana Curry was a spicy creamy goodness, and dipping their fresh naan in it was heaven. The Grilled Chicken Tikka was a total win for the kids - juicy, tender, and full of flavor. We finished our amazing meal with rose doughnuts (light and sweet) and the creamiest rice pudding. Seriously, if you're craving Indian food, Roots is the place to go!Also the place is so beautifully decorated and the service was top notch! Can't wait to be back"
"I took advantage of a discount to try this Persian spot. The beef koobideh was very moist and tasty. The plate also came with salad and rice, which was pretty good, salad could be a little fresher. Service was a bit awkward. It's counter service so I tipped ahead pretty well and the guy was nice enough but he kept forgetting to bring me water and utensils. There was only one person working upfront and he disappeared in the back for long periods of time so maybe they are short staffed."
"We randomly spotted this restaurant on the way home and walked in, we were seated right away. I find the venue to be cute and cozy, yet intimate. Every dish had a generous serving, I think we over ordered for two people, but it was satisfying. Chicken Tawook: The chicken was tender, juicy, and marinated to perfection. It had the perfect blend of spices that gave it a rich flavor without being overpowering.Spicy Hummus with Chicken Shawarma: This dish was a standout! The hummus was creamy and had just the right level of heat, and the generous portion of chicken shawarma on top made it hearty and satisfying.Yogurt Cucumber Dip: Light and refreshing, the dip provided a cooling contrast to the spicier dishes. It was perfect for pairing with warm pita bread or as a side to the Tawook.Lebanese Salad: Crisp and fresh, the salad was well-balanced with a light lemony dressing that brought out the flavors of the fresh vegetables.Baba Ganoush: Smoky and smooth, the baba ganoush was an excellent appetizer. It had a deep, roasted eggplant flavor that was complemented by a hint of garlic and tahini.I would highly recommend Open Sesame to anyone looking for an authentic and satisfying Lebanese dining experience!"
"Curry Kingdom has some of the best food I have ever tried. I wish my boyfriend brought me here sooner. It's a tiny restaurant so seats are limited so take out might be the best option. We got lucky and got a seat before a rush came. We ordered garlic and cheese naan, saag paneer, and chana masala. Everything was delicious. We got the food at a medium heat which was still very spicy. Just know if you think you like spicy food I would go down a spice level because it gets very very hot."
"Although this was takeout, now I truly want to return and dine here since it's 100% traditional Indian food. Service was very quick and food was fantastic!Bon appétit!"

Don't know what's going on here, but things have changed... Our family has been supporting this place since they opened as they are literally right down the block. I taught my mother how to eat Indian food properly here... the food was so delicious, and the Chef/Owner would always recommend different dishes and give condiments to try out that really made the food stand out. He's never around these days. And the lady at the register has such a standoff-ish personality that it's almost painful to order without knowing exactly what the names are (and awkwardly have to wait for the menu screens to get to the right photo)... we even asked if there was a change in ownership and she responded with some attitude that it's been the same Owner for 6 years and same cooks since then... and Mum asks where the main cook was, which she responded he was on break, and that the guy working was new... man... hospitality? We ordered our usual (eventually) which was Nalini Nihari (slow braised beef) with lamb biriyani and extra Nan. Also asked for some extra cucumber yogurt sauce that the original owner got us hooked on. Took it home and opened our bag, only to find everything was covered in oil from the Nalini Nihari. It was wrapped in plastic wrap, but not entirely around the bottom (conserving?) so it leaked and covered everything else. 1 of the 3 Nan is burnt.I am so irritated that I don't even want to eat. Please be better. You guys were legends before.

Man I'm glad I found this spot online. I LOVE Mediterranean food but I've never had Palestinian. Seeing a billion choices makes my mouth water. Everything is just so healthy and so satisfying. Got the lemon garlic chicken, the plate had so much food I thought I'd need to save it for dinner. Too bad it was so good I finished it all in one go! Chicken was juicy, pita was fresh, and the rice well seasoned. Great spot, I hope they can expand!

The chicken kebab wrap HITS! The pomegranate molasses is so genius. The wrap is an insane savory bite with a touch of sweetness that just... so good. Very unique, I've never had anything like that. Plus, the prices in this economy?! It's not a huge wrap, but it's got a good amount of meat in it and is filling enough. Restaurant had nice, clean seating and I parked in the market parking lot (not sure if I'm supposed to or not?) I'll definitely be back.

Delicious Pakistani/Northern Indian food at Zam Zam Market in Hawthorne. They used to be in Culver City before relocating here several years ago, on the same block as Al-Watan Halal Restaurant. Two of my favorite Pakistani/Indian restaurants on the same block! Zam Zam has a small market of Pakistani/Indian goods. There are a few tables in front. You order at the cash register, where there's a menu on the wall with descriptions of all of the dishes. There are about a dozen items on the menu. A few of the items are available ASAP daily, a few more only on weekends, and the barbecue takes 30 minutes or so (chicken tikka, tandoori chicken, and beef and chicken seekh kabobs). Occasionally they'll have a special that's taped to the wall. The lamb biryani is excellent, just as good as when they were making it in Culver City. The karahi was great, chunks of chicken in a rich tomato-based stew. The lamb korma was good, as was the nihari. Make sure you get the garlic naan to scoop up the stews, it's delicious.Zam Zam Market is in a small strip mall right on Inglewood Ave in Hawthorne. There's some parking in the strip mall; street parking is available too although it might be harder to find, the takeaway business at nearby Al-Watan draws some traffic. Service is fast and efficient, and the stews travel well.Definitely come here for the biryani, the other items are very good too. And so reasonably priced -- nothing costs more than $15, and most items are in the $10-$13 range.

We celebrated my dad's birthday at @hhsteakhouse in DTLA during Dine LA Restaurant Week, and it was an excellent experience! The $70 per person special included a full rodizio-style dinner with a well-stocked Market Table and unlimited wine. The Market Table offered a great variety, including pasta, seasonal fruit ,and charcuterie, all of which were fresh and flavorful. The meats were cooked to perfection (I prefer medium steaks), and tasted great with a little extra Himalayan salt. The only miss was the lamb, which was slightly dry and could have used more basting. One of the standout aspects of the night was the bottomless wine. The staff was incredibly generous, even leaving entire bottles at our table toward the end of the meal, ensuring no glass went empty.Beyond the food and drinks, the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating, making the evening even more enjoyable.Overall, H&H DTLA delivered a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend it--especially during Dine LA for the unbeatable deal!

This is not what I expected. There isn't a sit-down area to eat and yes, the full-size professional kitchen is adjacent to a gas station. However, based on the reviews and the fact that the cook working the late shift barely spoke english is a sign that the food is authentic.Be patient and respectful. They are doing something pretty special here. This is Moroccan food, but can fall in a "Mediterranean" food category. So... babaganush and hummus are expected. We got three of their platter dishes and that was enough for dinner and lunch the next day. It made for good leftovers. But from the photos. I was expecting s full service experience. Instead, I ordered at a window, waited in my car (it was a cold and windy evening), got my food and went home to enjoy it.Not sure, but I think their main business is catering.Had I just ordered the hummus platter and some kebabs, it would have been fine. But we also ordered the Braised Lamb Tajin which is absolutely delicious.Just for the Lamb dish... I will likely go back... it had wonderful flavors and I would have a hard time identifying it as lamb because it was so tender, juicy and savory.Main takeaways are: it's a takeout place, it's an unusual location for a full professional kitchen and get the lamb shank...

YouTube, Instagram, tiktok and food bloggers unite! Everybody's talking about Roots Indian cafe. The praise is high, so I had to check it out for myself. Does it stand up to the hype? Yes it does. This family run bistro opened in 2021, during the height of the pandemic, and they survived! (that earns four stars alone, in my book). But Roots did not just survive the pandemic, they excelled, and now they are thriving. In addition to the standard Indian fare, they also have an eclectic mix of Indian and local SoCal dishes. If you want to go with a traditional meal, they have that. If you are feeling adventurous and you want to mix it up, they can do that too. Roots merges culinary cultures to create some very unique dishes. I've tried two of the 'Roots Rarities' and they were excellent.Vindaloo Dumplings (Kurobuta pork, ginger, green onion, zesty paprika curry, pickled chilis). Dosa Quesadilla (Smoked tomato, grilled onions, cheese, gunpowder masala, pumpkin salsa, coconut lentils). Many more specialty dishes are available so I will have to keep coming back to try them all. I also went for several of the traditional Indian dishes. Samosas - stuffed w/ potatoes, peas, spices. Chicken Masala, Chana Masala, Papadums. Everything I've had is delicious. The service is excellent and the owners and staff, frequently check on their guests. You can tell they care about their customers and take great pride in the food they serve. To me, Roots represents the best the LA Culinary Culture has to offer. They are unique, stylish, welcoming and delicious. Four Thumbs up for Roots Indian Bistro.

"Came here for dinner with a friend for dinner on a weekday around 7pm, and it's an authentic spot for Indian food. There is free parking available in the back as well as metered parking in the front. Credit cards accepted. It seems that they do a lunch buffet, although the buffet is not available as a dinner option. We had garlic naan, chicken tandoori, Kadai curry, and veg Manchurian, and it was plenty of food - we had leftovers. The waiter did verify with us if we could handle spicy food since the curry and Manchurian were spicy, and they indeed were, although they were still manageable. The garlic naan came with two pieces cut in half and was very warm. The chicken tandoor came out sizzling on a hot grill and had a rich red color - that was my favorite dish."
"I had my son's first birthday here back in March and we had an incredible experience. The prices were great, the service was very attentive, it was easy to book and contact the staff. We had a very large party of about 130 and took up both private rooms near the entrance. My guests raved about the food and even booked their own children's birthdays there. The parking is attached to the mall, so it's incredibly easy for guests and the venue accommodated my event planners to come and set up/break down beyond the reservation hours. My only negative was that I think the venue counted more adult guests than I had. I tried to tell them about the number of guests that had RSVP'd so it didn't make sense that they counted 5-6 more adults. I think the venue counted vendors that didn't eat... But when we were finishing up and my guests were all leaving it was hard to argue (unless I wanted all the guests to sit back down so we could do a head count)~ so we ended up paying for the additional guests. But even still, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this location and restaurant!"
"The best Indonesian food in town! I've been coming here for years and have always discovered a new dish that I like each time. Today I ordered Kwetiaw Goreng which is a wok fried wide rice noodle. It was fried with bean sprouts and a few green leafy veggies. Chicken or vegetarian option included in the price. The dish was amazing. Smokey wok flavor and the noodles were a bit on the sweet side. Delicious!Service was amazing. Servers are friendly and quick. Be sure to get a reservation, as this place gets busy!Note: the restaurant has renovated and now has outside dining. They no longer have their grocery store."
"HOLY SHIVA! This place has no business being this good. I feel extremely lucky to have stumbled upon this joint scouring Postmates for a dinner delivery. Everything was pretty perfect, from value to portions to taste. DUO DINNER. Just live a little and do it. I love the setup, too. I wouldn't typically order a lamb entree but they made me choose one chicken, lamb, and veggie dish. Comes with 2 onion bhajis, a giant naan, a buncha fluffy rice, and gulab jamun (!! Not just your typical rice pudding) for $59.95 online. Everything just completely exceeded our expectations and we can safely say it's the best Indian we've had thus far. We've had a lot of Indian. Absolutely well worth the price. We have at least one or two more meals leftover, which definitely took a lot of self control because I could've kept eating despite being damn full. It was that tasty. Got the chicken tikka masala, lamb vindaloo, saag paneer-- all medium heat. Perfect amount of spice. All the flavors and textures were exceptional. Deliciously creamy (not overly sweet) tikka masala with a good amount of tender chicken, the paneer in the saag was soft and plentiful, and the lamb was insanely tender (not gamey at all) doused in a delectably complex sauce & perfectly cooked potatoes. Just ridiculously good. Everything complemented one another. The onion bhajis' that we started with were huge and freshly fried. The gulab jamuns' we finished with were exactly what we needed to tie it all up. Again, not overly sweet. Just perfect. Damn, I'm so happy right now. We found our ideal Indian spot! Thank you, thank you. I will come again."
"Great food, even better service! The halal chicken was so juicy and delicious I went during lunch and had the best meal for under $15 you can't beat that."
"it's been awhile since I came here. Decided to stop by with my sister for lunch on a Friday afternoon. There's a few covered tables outside (heat lamps too) and a few smaller tables inside. You order at the counter. There's also a selection of packaged goods and groceries inside. We got the mohinga, ohn no kau swe (coconut chicken noodle soup), fish cake salad (it's B9 on the menu posted on the window of the restaurant, but not the menus inside, fyi), and chicken samosas. Everything was delicious. The samosas were piping hot and juicy (it's an order of 4). Both noodle soups were so good. My mom's mohinga cannot be beat, but this hits the spot when I have a craving. I would order everything again. And try their naan (table next to us had it and it looked really good) and thoke. I've had their biryani in the past - also good - but I like noodles more than rice. Bathroom inside in the back, and metered parking available on Sepulveda."
"July 2024 | On Melrose: Casablanca Moroccan Kitchens was at the top of my list via DineLA! After an event, we raced to the other side of town & made our 3PM reservations! What a beautiful surprise it was! The restaurant excelled in food, flavor, hospitality & decor!Veggie Tangine: Veggies arrive piled high! It was that same delicious "hard-hitting flavor" I experienced & was addicted to during my solo travels throughout Morocco last year! The "SPICES" are definitely spicing! YES! My tastebuds were dancing constantly! I highly recommend this dish! I only asked for harissa on the side, because I experienced it in Morocco, which heightened the flavor on a heat level! This dish is plentiful; I had leftovers!Sample Platter: Each colorful bite released delicious flavor via the vibrant carrots, beets unlike I experienced before & a flavorful salad dish! Yum & what a delicious mix of flavors via all three dishes, which excited my taste buds!Bread & Olives: YUM!! Freshly baked, piping hot & absolutely delicious! We had plenty! Dipped into the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, even more flavor... Yet, the bread is great on its own! Imagine that! The olives were to die for, so yummy!Baklava: YES, please! Three freshly baked pieces arrived on a beautiful platter! Sweet, flaky deliciousness, so glad I saved room for a bite... the one bite turned into a few more bites...hahaha! I took the other two pieces home! Thanks again to Anis for showing me the baklava fresh out of the oven and as he was cutting the pieces! Heartfelt Warm Customer Service: Everyone was wildly friendly from the moment my friend and I walked in! Thanks again Anis & Eli! I felt like I had walked into your personal home! You were both so friendly, accommodating and conversation flowed easily! Beautiful Interior: The decor blew me away once we walked into the dining area! What a colorful surprise & quite a dreamy Moroccan sensory experience! I was quite vocal as to how much I loved the place! Hahaha! Beautiful decor, so many colorful flowers, framed images from Morocco, unique variety of seating, melodic music & other exciting details flooded my mind with memories of Morocco! Loved it!Overall: Absolutely returning! If there were more than five stars, I would add them! I even took a moment in between bites to message friends the link to the restaurant, as well as the DineLA menu! Haha! What a phenomenal experience in all areas! Thank you to the gracious Anis & Eli, as well as everyone I interacted with! You are incredible and welcoming, and I appreciated every moment of being at Casablanca Moroccan Kitchens! I'm so excited to return, as well as to experience the belly dancing show on the weekend...fun!!"
"Was looking to pick something up for lunch and have been seeing this place on social media. I was in the area and able to call in my order for pick up. I wanted to try their vegetarian options and they do have a good amount of choices. The pumpkin dumplings had a nice flavor and were light but filling at the same time. The mung bean soup was comforting and almost like a savory porridge. The inside is beautiful and I need to go dine in there for the full experience. Everyone there was welcoming and made you want to dine there. I'll be heading there for the full experience next time. Parking: metered and neighborhood street parkingPrices: $11-$25Dietary options: they have designated vegetarian options marked accordingly Atmosphere: dates, friends, solo. Nice decor and ambiance"
"My friends and family have been raving about this place for the past few years. The food is absolutely incredible, and the staff are super friendly and efficient. It's definitely my go-to Thai restaurant!"
"Stopped by for a lunch break and the food was delicious! I got the Half Rice, Garlic Naan, Chicken Tikka Masala and Mango Lassi. The Tikka Masala had the right amount of spice. Garlic Naan is great to dip in the Tikka Masala. The rice was decent, I've had better rice elsewhere. The service was great and the ambiance had the family restaurant vibe, pretty chill. The tab went over $30+ which is pretty pricey but at the same time everything is going up. Overall: I would recommend this spot for Halal food and would come back whenever I'm in the area."
"I will say right off the bat, I'm just not a big shawarma fan. I've always thought they were kind of bland and not at all spicy. If I wanted chicken wrapped up in something, I'd want an enchilada! That said. I enjoyed my chicken shawarma here. It was fresh. It was good. Again, nothing too flavorful at all about it. But I like having the option on Hollywood Blvd. Maybe they got some kind of hot spicy sauce I should have asked for but I thought the idea of shawarma was that it was meat that was seasoned with spices. Just not my thing but the cooks were nice and the place seemed to have a steady flow of business. Hope they do well!"
"Absolutely amazing experience! I can't wait to come back.I love the atmosphere here, it truly makes for a unique dining experience. I came here with my husband, but this would be an amazing spot for a group dinner. They have a belly dancer that provides great entertainment. I would come back here for a birthday dinner for sure. Now for the food! It is A LOT. I think the prices here are actually great for how much you get. They are also happy to give you boxes if you can't finish everything. It's coursed out very nicely and feels like an adventure from start to finish. Service is fantastic and they are quick. HIghlights of the meal include the soup, bread, lamb, and the bastilla! Really, I loved everything. The owner even came by to check on us and ask us how our meal was. I will continue to support this biz! Highly recommend."
"Turkish Donors and Plates. All Halal chicken shawarma and fresh fresh ingredients. Very tidy and conscientious about food safety. All was deliciously seasoned and prepared, and definitely served with a smile. I'm a fan!!!"
"A beautiful, cozy restaurant serving authentic Indian food and outstanding service. Electric Karma ambiance is a special blend of vibrant colors with comfortable booth and table seating, and warm, soft lighting."
"Located in a small shop on the Los Angeles street. This place is owned by two very sweet elders. The grandpa and grandma are the sweetest people you could ever meet. The food is delicious. Delicious. I am not Persian, and I am in love with their currant rice. Super yummy. My Persian friend recommended this place to me, and I'd say this place has the food that is even better than Raffis or Tehran Grill in the greater LA area. They serve their kabob with raw onion, in very authentic way, according to what my Persian friends said. I'd definitely come back for more. Price is also cheap too."
"Upon coming here, a current customer told us this is the best Turkish food in town. She was not joking! I ordered a doner bowl and my friend ordered the kebab skewers entree. We absolutely loved it: the buttery flavored rice, well seasoned meat, nice salad on side that comes with and a pita bread to top it off. Although we were so full, had to try the baklava: fresh and crispy, hands down the best I've ever had due to not being so sweet. Finally someone answered my prayers about not making them too sweet. This is a sweet family restaurant and the daughter is super helpful and friendly especially with interpreting my compliments to the chef for a delicious meal. Highly recommend this place!"
"Wow! Now, I know chicken sando joints are a dime-a-dozen, but enter Tennessee Hot Chicken to the mix as a, "new and improved" spicy chicken sandwich joint. They greet everyone warmly as you enter this super clean, open-spaced and welcoming restaurant. There's ample seating. Most of which are communal style, high-tops. Now to the food! Their chicken sandwiches are next level great! Succulent, juicy and well-seasoned. You can select the spice level you prefer. From none to mild to scorching. If you're getting a combo, you get the sandwich freshly sliced pickles and fries. Tenders on placed on a couple slices of white bread--just to soak up that teeny bit of grease;). I'm due for another visit, to try their wrap-style chicken platters. Run don't walk to this place!"
"I had no idea this place was so close to me, and it's absolutely amazing! I loved the EGGPLANT DELIGHT, DOLMEH, and the BEEF & CHICKEN SHISH KABOB combo. I'm definitely coming back! ENJOY! PS: There's street parking & also valet parking next door for $3."
"Nice ready to eat authentic Indian food made by locals in Little Bangladesh. Took the kids here after a movie to try something new. We'd never been to Little Bangladesh! This place is a counter service pre-made food restaurant inside a halal grocery store. We picked up some mega sized curry and cumin powder. Ordered:- Goat - Hubby and son's favorite - Lamb - my favorite. I'm a sucker for vindaloo - Beef- Roti - warm and really nice al dente pull to it - Rice- veggie samosas, quite large but a bit hard on exterior, so the fry was uneven TOTAL: $41 Sauces were all wonderfully rich and layered in flavor. We would love to come back when in the neighborhood!"
"One of my favorite local spots The food is always amazing The service is excellent And the ambience and vibe is chill Not to mention they have hookah on the outside patio"
"Hello my good people, if your reading this I hope you have a blessed day. What's that saying RUN DONT WALK!! This place is definitely a spot that will have you full and fulling great, and you just might end up leaving with some to take home due to the large portions they serve. Now it is large because it's very shareable but they have so many great options to choose from. This place is called Super Dumplings! But it used to be Wokcano... the name on the building hasn't changed yet but it will soon just give them some time but in the meantime you can check them out they are open from 11:30AM to 9PM and the restaurant is big enough for small and large parties with a great modern seating. So maybe you can throw your next event there! For dinner we had ordered the Orange chickenMongolian beef And the House Special rice can't remember the name but it had Shrimp, Beef & Chicken. ALL OF IT WAS RIGHT ON POINT!"
"Our food was delicious and did not take long to arrive at our hotel. Both of our entrees exceeded what we were expecting to get. I will definitely order from here again next time in L.A."
"Jojo's Mediterranean - Fresh, Flavorful, and Worth the WaitPicked up lunch from Jojo's Mediterranean and was seriously impressed. I got the falafel lunch special, and it was fantastic--super moist, flavorful falafel, creamy hummus, fluffy rice, perfectly roasted veggies, and warm pita. Plus, a huge, fresh salad and plenty of dipping sauces to mix and match. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the portions were huge--definitely a great value.Pick-up was easy, and even though I had to wait an extra five minutes, the staff was so hospitable, letting me sit at a table while I waited. Small gestures like that make a big difference.Great food, generous portions, and welcoming service. Definitely a spot I'll be returning to!"
