"Little Door will always hold a special place in my heart because it's where I got engaged! This French restaurant exudes romance with its twinkling lights and intimate atmosphere--it's simply gorgeous. My fiancé worked with the staff beforehand to create the perfect surprise, and they went above and beyond to make it a night I will never forget. When I arrived, there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers already waiting at our table, setting the most romantic tone for the evening.I ordered the filet mignon, which was absolutely delicious, and the entire dining experience was flawless. The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel so special by offering free Prosecco and a complimentary crème brûlée to celebrate our engagement. This place will forever be our spot, and we couldn't be more grateful to the staff for their role in making it such a memorable night. Thank you so much, Little Door, for making our engagement a magical experience!"
"I bought some bread, it was too fluffy inside and hard outside. Felt like eating air. Bread pudding - 3 is all I could give it. Olive oil cake was a 4 star"

"Phenomenal food, phenomenal service, phenomenal atmosphere. A true hidden gem in weho. I took my mom here for a special birthday, and when I say the staff rolled out the red carpet - I truly mean it.I will certainly be a repeat diner!"
"I've bookmarked this spot for some time as it blends two of my favorite cuisines - Japanese and French so I was pretty excited.Parking is a little difficult in the area but valet is available right at the entrance. On a weeknight, the dinner time was lively and the dim lit ambience created a cozy setting where you almost don't notice how close the tables are to each other. The staff was very friendly with good recommendations, and they have purse hangers which is a major plus. The plateware is also so beautiful. Another thing that made them in that upper scale establishment is they pack your leftovers but also leaves them by the hostess and you get a ticket to get them back on your way out so it doesn't have to sit at your table. I started with a Camelia Highball which was a solid cocktail, fizzy and light in flavor. There were some hits and misses in the dishes which for the price point, was a little bit of a disappointment. Would order again:+ Sweet potato gratin - a decadent, sweet & savory dish that might have been my most favorite blend of both cuisines that we tried. It was sweet but the cheese gave those savory notes and left a nice crust on top. I really enjoyed this.+ Tuna tartare - quality tuna, refreshing flavor, the chips are thin and crisp+ Spaghetti bolognese - a very traditional dish that they did well and I liked the smash cherry tomatoes and the thinly shredded bundle of parmesan cheese on top. I'm not sure what makes it with a Japanese - maybe the meat sauce is a little sweeter?Would personally skip next time: + Parker house rolls - The black sesame did not shine through at all besides the rolls being black. The rolls were standard and I don't think the addition of ikura (total $27) was worth it for this. The butter was not salted enough IMO. + Chocolate souffle tart - the name implies to me that it would be lava-like chocolate but was not the case. It's a thin slice, but the coconut ice cream was excellent - smooth and creamy.+ Branzino - was a tender piece of fish but I wasn't a huge fan of the sauce because it was a little too runny. I did like the greens accompanied with them but it was a little too soggy for me so there wasn't any difference of textures here. Leaving 50/50 makes me wanting to give them another try with other dishes in hoping they're all hits next time."
"Cute little wine shop in Silverlake that has very interesting wines with beautiful labels! It's set back in a courtyard on Sunset Blvd. They have so many bottles! I decided on a Sauvignon Blanc to bring to my godmother who I'm visiting for Thanksgiving 2023"
"Great spot in downtown Culver City to grab some drinks and a bite to eat. The menu is quite expansive - some French, some American, some Asian focused dishes. It's always fun to order different types of dishes to share with your table mates. At the top of my list are the liver pate, escargot, charcuterie boards. But my all time favorite is the hot fudge sundae Great service."
"Omg.. whyyyy have I not stopped in before? France would envy the beautiful French pastries. My brothers had a tuna sandwich pilled high in a high flaky croissant. The other had a chicken salad stuffed croissant , mine was like a fluffy omelette croissant . The came with fresh field green salads and / or fresh sweet fruit. What an un expected treat. Of course we had to bring home pastry. We left happy and full. Will go back with friends and more friends. Bravo! The service only reveled the food."
"WeHo Bistro is a gem nestled in a great area, and I'm so glad we chose it for our gathering! From start to finish, everything was wonderful. The outdoor patio is absolutely adorable--a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The interior design and décor were also classy and inviting, giving the place a sophisticated yet cozy vibe.We were a larger party, and I truly appreciated how accommodating they were, even offering to do separate checks without hesitation--a huge plus for group outings. The food was delicious, but the star of the show was definitely the mac and cheese--it was beyond amazing! Comfort food taken to a whole new level. To top it all off, Jeff, the owner, came out personally to check on us. That special touch made us feel so welcome and cared for.I can't recommend WeHo Bistro enough. It's a place I'll definitely return to and bring friends along for the experience."
"I recommend you make a reservation if you plan to dine during a popular time. The restaurant is a nice French style bistro, that seats patrons close together. I had the Cesar salad to start ($20) and steak frites ($69) which were both excellent and well portioned. This restaurant is good for a date, friends or family in town or an evening out. 20% gratuity is automatically applied."
"Last night was one of the best dinners I've had in a while. I drove out to Beverly Hills and found myself at @wallysofficial. This restaurant specialized in truffles, my favorite! I started with the truffle pizza topped with a porcini mushroom spread, cheese, and fresh shaved truffles. The crust was light and thin, making this pizza out of this world. My next appetizer was the grilled octopus with fingerling potatoes. The presentation alone on this made the dish noteworthy. Aside from being beautiful to look at, this was one of the best grilled octopus I've ever had, and I've tried the dish at many restaurants. For my main course, I had the king salmon and gnocchi. I normally wouldn't order salmon when dining in LA. However, with the pizza as a starter, I decided to go light with my main course, and I'm so glad I did. The dish was colorful, vibrant, and delicious. The fish was cooked to a glistening medium rare and melted in your mouth. I've never had salmon like this. To accompany my fish, I had more truffles! The truffles fries were topped with more shaved truffles, and when paired with a lemon garlic aioli upon request, they were exceptional. Everything about this restaurant was on point. 5 out 5 would recommend."
"First things first, food was exceptional and every dish was on point! We visited with a party of 4 and between the four of us we managed to enjoy reasonable mix of items on the menu and having shared most of the items, I can confidently say it doesn't matter what you order, you'll be satisfied (side note on pricing, both food and wine menus are very very reasonably priced for such a sit down restaurant). As far as service, you can tell everyone works as a team! Very rare to come across down a days. Everyone is paying attention to every table, not like other places where servers concentrate on their tables and can care less what happens on other tables. Also, attention to details, to make sure everyone has a great experience was exceptional. At one point, a staff member approached to adjust our wobbling table, which was so little that we had not even noticed. These things are small and unnoticed gestures but must be pointed out to show that customers do appreciate and they do notice! The dining areas was very warm and welcoming. Thank you for a great night and an exceptional dinner experience!"
"Every first Thursday of the month steak frites night was quite an experience. Located in an alleyway, a smaller restaurant with an open kitchen and gorgeous restrooms. While we had to wait 40 minutes between getting our salad and steak dish, the steak was worth the wait. Steak Frites Course ($65)- Bread and butter was nice, nothing amazing (7/10)- Salad w walnuts was really good, the dressing was slightly sweet and vinegary (8.5/10)- Hangar steak requested to be medium rare and fries. Fries were crispy, can't tell if homemade. Hangar steak was soo tender, and the gravy surprised me by being subtlety sweet and creamy rather than too rich and savory (9/10)Also note a bottle of water cost $10 each refill. And an automatic service fee of 20% is charged. Besides that, service was great, super attentive."

Came here for the second time and it did not disappoint! Came to celebrate a friend's birthday, we were a party of 6 and we made reservations. The "outdoor" space here is just amazing. Imagine you're eating within the trees. Very well set up for sure. Love the ambiance here. The food is also great here. I've tried a lot of their dishes and I haven't found something that wasn't amazing! Love their alcohol cocktails too! Very well put together place. I will definitely visit again! The staff is great too, a lot of help, water refills, and just everything.

Your neighborhood lunch spot.I snuck away for a long lunch with my team to this spot in Culver City. I was delighted to find that the restaurant was filled with people making a quick stop, families enjoying a nice meal, and girlfriends catching up. The staff were attentive and careful to give us room to chat. The food was carefully plated for us after we mentioned we planned to eat family style. Though I was reserved at first as the prices are on the slightly more expensive side, the prices ended up being reasonable and fair given the location and the service we recieved. I definitely intend to come back to raid the pastry shelf sometime!

Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy the food here. The ambiance is nice, however the music is way too loud for such a place. The only food item we liked was the goat cheese salad. We expected to get at least fresh bread and butter in a French restaurant but even the bread was stale and seemed reheated. The worst part was when they sent someone to take pictures of couples at the restaurant and then charge them $22 for each photo. This was such a cheap sales tactic and not at a level of an upscale restaurant. We felt ambushed. Unfortunately, we will not go back.

A newish (as of mid 2024) spot that blends Japanese and French flavors. Is it a bistro? Is it an Izakaya spot? Maybe a combination of both or it's the same thing in different languages or cultures. I'm the wrong person to ask, ha ha. What I do now is that this place has a fun menu with lots of different things that look so great but you almost wanna try them all. That's why it's probably ideal to come here with small group so you could order a bunch of small plates to try a little bit of everything. The service was great and the vibe was relaxed at least when we went. Note that we got here on the later side right before closing time so we were able to get seated right away. We were coming from a wine event so we also didn't drink. I would definitely love to come back and try some of their cocktails. The summary of our wonderful meal is that I feel like we ordered really well. We got a good mix of proteins and vegetables and all the items we ordered were beautifully presented with wonderful contrasting and complimentary flavors. Really sad that I didn't order one or more of the cocktails, but coming from an all out tasting wine event, it was wise for me to cut myself off. What we got: (better description in the pics)- Chicken in seaweed sauce- Beef cheeks- a squash and citrus dish- sprouting cauliflower - Kombu rice- grilled oyster mushroomsThere were a bunch of things I would like to try in the future, but here is a quick list of items I really want to try. What I would love to order on the next trip:- croque madame- sweet potato gratin- abalone pot pie- house rolls- the burgerI just think that there's so much to order that this place could be frequented with having a new experience each time.Parking could be tough, but again, we came to the area around closing time so we were able to find parking close by.

I walked in tonight with the hopes to buy two bottles of something delish for a brunch party. The sommelier Chloe was very knowledgeable, patient and polite. Thanks for understanding my budget and making it work!

We visited Meet in Paris on Saturday night. We made the reservation in the morning and were seated at our table upon arrival. We had a table outside, which was delightful and relaxing. I really liked the red umbrellas and black outdoor furnishings; they created a very French atmosphere. The food was great! The Mussels Mariniere ($13) were excellent, and the Calamari Frits ($12) were delicious. The Seared Salmon ($35) was outstanding--must order this! The Hanger Steak Frites ($37) was good, but the Duck Confit Casserole ($29) was a bit too dry for my taste. The Half Dozen Escargots ($19) were good, and the Chocolate Soufflé ($14) was amazing! The Vanilla Crème Brûlée ($13) was also good. The service was excellent! Our server was very attentive and friendly.Overall, we had a fabulous time at Meet in Paris in Culver City and will definitely visit again in the future.

Café Laurent: A Hidden Gem with HeartCafé Laurent is the kind of place that's getting harder and harder to find--a cozy café where the food is always amazing, the ambiance is warm and welcoming, and the owners and staff treat you like family. It's rare to walk into a spot where they remember your favorite order and greet you with genuine kindness, but that's exactly what happens here.My go-to? The waffle with fresh strawberries, a side of bacon (not crispy!), and a café au lait--perfect every time. Whether you're craving a leisurely breakfast, a relaxed brunch with friends, or just a quiet moment with a great meal, Café Laurent delivers. The food is consistently delicious, the service is friendly, and there's not a hint of pretense--just a beautiful, inviting space where you can enjoy a great meal and feel right at home. The only "ugh" is the weekend parking--thanks to the nearby farmers market, finding a spot can be a bit of a challenge. But somehow, we always manage, and trust me, it's so worth it.We were heartbroken when they were forced out of their Culver City location (boo!), but thank goodness they found a new home. If you're looking for good food, a great atmosphere, and a café that feels like a little slice of Paris with a lot of heart, Café Laurent is it.

For our last meal in Los Angeles, we ate brunch at WeHo Bistro, located at the corner of N Cienaga Boulevard and Holloway Drive. We have often driven by this bistro, but this was our first time eating here after my relatives had recommended this French-inspired bistro. Fortunately, we found a parking space in the packed lot shared with a CVS drugstore and walked down the ramp towards the restaurant entrance on N Cienega Boulevard. While en route to the restaurant's entrance, I noticed the many outdoor seating options filled with happy diners. My brother-in-law had made reservations for brunch, so upon checking in with the hostess, she led us to a table for our foursome. We had a few minutes to peruse the menus when a lovely, friendly server, Melia, came by to answer our questions about a couple of menu items. The busy restaurant exuded a lively and festive Holiday vibe, yet the wood furnishings added a casual, friendly, and warm environment. FOOD:-Croque Madame: This sandwich, made with ham and lots of Emmenthaler Swiss cheese in grilled house brioche bread, called out to me. I paired it with fries, which I had in mind to share with my French fries-loving husband, instead of asking for a healthy house salad. I was surprised by the heaping serving of crisp, shoestring-like French fries that I shared with my husband and brother-in-law. The sunny-side-up egg oozed its yolky goodness, and its yolk "gravy" elevated the grilled ham and cheese sandwich. $24-Bistro Angus Burger: 1/2 lb fresh ground prime grade Angus topped with bacon, onion, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and mustard seed cheese, with harissa seasoned homemade aïoli on a jumbo sesame brioche bun. Both my husband and relative ordered this "Beast" burger. It was also served with a delicious, generous portion of French fries. My husband joked about having to squash the brioche bun into the burger, or he'd have to disjoint his jaw like a snake to be able to bite into his sandwich. Although he ate all his French fries, I shared half with him and my brother-in-law. $24The food flavors and textures were on point and the friendly and attentive service was outstanding. I don't usually mention using the restrooms in restaurants, but this time, my husband and I did go into their restrooms since we were going to head directly to the airport. The restroom I went into was small, narrow, and more like a closet. There was nowhere to put my purse without getting it wet or dirty, and paper towels and toilet paper were on the wet floor. My husband's restroom experience wasn't much better because apparently someone ahead of him had an explosion, so he quickly stepped out, not wanting to look like he made the mess, and waited until I came out. The filthy and small restrooms marred our experience.3.5 stars but rounding up to 4.

"Cute restaurant serving delicious French food! Love this family owned business. Great service and the chef/owner came out to greet everyone, too! Discovered this place, thanks to Reddit! Loved the beef bourguignon, escargot, duck rillettes, and french onion soup! We ended our meal with the hot cookie (fresh baked cookies topped with ice cream). Everything sounded delicious and you really can't go wrong with anything. I'll be back for my french food fix and DineLA!Street parking but free after 6pm if I recall correctly."
"Food was amazing and service was so great! The restaurant wasn't busy when we went and the entire experience was so great! My favorite item was the caviar soufflé. The flavor of the cheese and eggs went together perfectly! Great experience overall."
"I met up with a friend for girls night here because we heard there's music, live DJ, and a great vibe. From the outside it doesn't look like much (typical Melrose), but inside it's beautiful. You walk up the stairs and right away there's a picture spot with a swing which of course everyone takes pictures on. The hostess was nice and had us sit at the bar while we waited for a table. I ordered the Bisou Bisou and my friend ordered a martini. Both drinks were ok. While we waited for our table at the bar, a photographer came up to take our pictures. She then printed them out, put in frames and sold for $20 each which was nice. The hostess came to take us to our table and at first she sat us right next to the dj, which we didn't like because we wanted to hear each other talk. So then she moved us to the upper stage area which was perfect because you can overlook everything and it's not as loud. For appetizers we ordered the crispy rice tuna and broccolini, both of which were scrumptious! For the main, we ordered the ADKT Seaboard which included oysters, hamachi sashimi, big eye tuna ribbons, and wild Maine lobster. All were very good! Our waiter was cool but seemed to forget things and misunderstood us at times. I loved the saxophonist who came to serenade us while we were having dinner it was beautiful. We even received complimentary champagne which was nice. I would definitely like to come back to this place and try more items. It's a great place if you want a party/lounge vibe while eating."
"One of my long-standing hopes is seeing more vegetarian food being incorporated in fine dining, and while more restaurants are focusing on a vegetable forward menu, putting a stake in the ground as a primarily vegetarian tasting menu restaurant is something to commend in itself!Chef Gary Menes is pushing challenging the perception that a thoughtfully prepared tasting menu has to incorporate exotic ingredients by offering a varied, flavorful and vibrant assortment of vegetables across 8 dishes, expertly prepared in front of the diners and carefully presented! The staff is very helpful and happy to explain preparations when not being called to order by the chef. The connection to the Hotel Normandie may seem a little odd, and the dive bar next door a little out of place, but rest assured, once inside Le Comptoir, the focus is as much on the food and the dining experience as in any Michelin-starred restaurant worth its salt!"
"My husband and I were staying at the Palihotel Culver City and Simonette is the restaurant that they have featured in the hotel. We had our dog with us, and the hotel as well as the restaurant is very dog friendly which is a huge plus! The hotel is beautifully designed and it is reflected in Simonette's dining space. The inside of the restaurant isn't large, but it features a very cute atrium & bar as well as a front space that is opened up to the sidewalk which reminds me of a few places I dined in France.I would recommend a reservation for this place because it was very busy. We got in just before happy hour ended and were able to order some various appetizers to share as well as some burgers. The food was quite delicious and the happy hour prices were just right. We had a great time!"
"I went out for lunch with a friend on Saturday. We arrived a little before noon, so we were able to get a good table, but the restaurant quickly filled up, and by the time we finished our lunch and were leaving, there were people waiting for a table. My friend ordered the calamari and lobster bisque from the daily specials and I also picked the sea bass from it. All the dishes were delicious, and our server, Patrick, gave great recommendations with very friendly attitude. Everyone working at the restaurant was not only friendly but also efficient and quick. I found out that they have live accordion music on every Monday and Wednesday, so I definitely want to visit again on one of those days. I also had a lot of fun shopping at the adjoining market. All the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable, providing accurate answers and helpful advice to my questions."
"One of my FAVORITE restaurants in Los Angeles!!!! Must come here when in town!!!! Do they make a better pastry anywhere? Just top of the line goodies with unique flavor combos and top end ingredients. Someday I will come for lunch or dinner! This building is really cool too! Today we came at 8am right as they opened and it was great! Parked in front at a meter and it is free before 9am. Ordered the following to share with wifey:- Latte - Passion fruit coconut lime bar - raspberry pistachio kouign amann - slice of strawberry passion fruit cream pie - dulce de leche cremadette - crème brûlée bomboloni - guava cream cheese brioche w/almonds They were all AMAZING!!!! My favorite was the guava cream cheese brioche and wifey really liked the Dulce de leche cremadette but there is no bad choices here!We ordered at the counter and found seats. They brought the food to us. Took a long time to make my Latte but we love this place and are sad they won't open up a location in Seattle!!!"
"While we enjoyed our meal here, the price simply did not reflect on the quality of the food and service offered. From an ambiance perspective, the restaurant is beautiful but unbelievably tight. The waitress apologized for the style of the shotgun restaurant, but in reality this tightness is due to owners trying to pack as many tables into this "shotgun" restaurant as possible. For food we ordered the sourdough, daily oysters, bok choy, and scallops. The sourdough was delicious but nothing special or different. The daily oysters also met the mark. However the bok choy and scallops were quite confusing for us. Considering the scallops cost $40 for four small portions and no sides, I was disappointed to find that they were gritty and not cleaned properly. In contrast, the bok choy had way too big of portions compared to the scallops, and while the black sauce was delicious, this was only strong enough to flavor the delicate leaves at the top. The best thing we had all night was the passion fruit cheesecake which was a hit with the table and truly saved the meal. Overall, while we enjoyed the food, the price simply does not reflect the taste and experience. I am someone who will gladly spend an entire paycheck on a meal if I walk away feeling euphoric and satisfied. I would recommend coming here for drinks but not a full sit down dinner."
"First of all, I have to say that the food was good but not very special. I ordered family style with a lot of different dishes, and none of them was quite memorable. Some of the dishes were over-seasoned, while some are under-seasoned.Not to mention that this place is located in Century City mall, in which parking is very difficult and that it is very costly. The ambiance, however, was pretty classy. It is located at the top floor of the mall, and that the vibe is rather intimate. On top of that, the service was amazing. Hands down and no complain. They get you whatever you need fast."
"Couldn't have asked for a more wonderful NYE meal and can't wait to go back again! The food was plentiful and absolutely delicious. The ambiance was romantic, cozy, and upscale. Service was impeccable. Firing on all cylinders especially given how new this restaurant is! All of the accolades are well deserved.Unsure if these items are on the regular menu but highlights were:+ Brioche feuilletee (croissant and a dinner roll had a baby and it's to DIE for, don't skip the butter either)+ Veal bonbon+ Vanilla St Honore+ Chocolate Tart (desserts here DO NOT MISS!!!)Highly recommend for a date night or even a girls dinner!"
"Utterly divine. Chez Mia is officially one of my new favorite restaurants! Let me start by saying the ambiance is perfection. It is SUPER cute and perfect for any occasion. We sat outside and loved it! They have great heating lamps for colder days.Service was also amazing - from the moment we walked in until the very end. The host was very nice and our waitress was super helpful and awesome. Now for the best part - the food. I wanted to order every single thing on the menu. I highly recommend the caviar balls. We started with that and it was so insanely amazing that we had it again at the end. The prawns and tuna tartare were super fresh and tasty. The steak was grilled to perfection and was crispy on the outside. The whipped potatoes with truffle were so good that I'll be dreaming about them forever. The only somewhat disappointing dish was the truffle spaghetti. I was expecting it to be better, but it was actually on the sweeter end (probably because of the soy sauce addition to it) and somewhat plain. I'd skip it next time, but there's tons on the menu to choose from. It's also good to know that they have a ton of vegan options! And drinks were fabulous as well! Can't wait to go back! I have another reservation coming up in about ten days and I am already excited!"
"STEPH JUDGEMENT: Spacious upscale-casual eatery with a diverse menu. We came here for breakfast while staying at the STILE hotel next door. We came mainly out of convenience, but they ended up impressing us with great food and service. We were up quite early so there were no crowds and we were able to get seated right away. The place is impressively large with a pleasant modern feel, but it can get filled up, especially later in the day. We'd walked by it the night before and it had looked pretty busy. They offer a lot of (but not overwhelming number) items on their menu. We were glad to see a good amount of vegetarian options. I got a coffee and the smoked salmon toast and the hubby got the breakfast bowl. We were both very impressed with the quality of the food, and thought the friendly, attentive service was great as well. We also thought the prices were reasonable for the quality. This would be one of our top choices the next time we're in the area."
"Zinque is the perfect spot to go to for a quick catch up/ dinner date spot. I've gone numerous times at this point and never have had any complaints. You typically get seated pretty fast , you can make reservations too if needed. Servers are quick and always make sure you are well attended too. I typically get Le Bowl , wich is the perfect mix or greens / grains / protein. Add a little hot sauce and it's my absolute favorite here. Coupled with a Caprese salad . Mmmm."
"First time visiting and really enjoyed the ambience of this place. At the time we arrived they let us know that they had a private event at 7:15(arrived around 5:50ish). The workers never rushed us and i think it reflects at how well they manage their times with the tables. Our group decided to do drinks and small bites and when we were nearing the time they made sure to give us enough time for desserts. I got the violet sundae with vanilla and it was super good! The toppings on the oysters were so delicious as well. I also recommend trying their fries and baguettes.Really enjoyed my expierence here!"
"An absolutely scrumptious and lovely experience from beginning to end. The space is absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view and an airy yet upscale feel. Service was friendly yet attentive - that great balance that you can find at upscale fine dining restaurants that have their act together. Food was awesome - from our dumpling starters to the spikey lemon desert - it all knocked the ball out of the park. Hope we get to return someday for another memorable meal."
"Absolutely love Le Petit Four, it's a delightful classic. I live close by and it's been my go to spot for many years. A pretty airy upscale French bistro in the middle of Sunset Blvd where all the action is. You can sit inside the charming dining room or the amazing outside terrace. Both are nice and have a great view of the Sunset Strip. I like to sit outside it's a bit more exciting, because it's fun to people watch. I've dined afternoon and evenings here, and the vibe is always a consistent cool casual experience. The service is excellent. All the servers are friendly and helpful. Now let's talk about the food. Everything is delicious. The food is seasoned perfectly and very tasty, the desserts are pleasantly sweet, and the cocktails are top shelf. There is free parking in the back which is so convenient. I enjoy going here with my family and friends. It's always a magical time."
"New restaurant at Beverly Center atop the best views of LA!!! I stopped by for a quick bite while I shopped and ordered the fried chicken sandwich that came with fries. Everything came out piping hot, the chicken was juicy and flavorful and the fries were PERFECT. I can't wait to come back and try more of their menu - they even have a full bar with wine and cocktails!! The space is absolutely gorgeous with great lighting and the best views of the hollywood hills.I was greeted immediately upon entering the space by the sweetest hostess. I love a family owned restaurant and love this addition to the mall! See you soon Nicolas Eatery!"
"This could easily have been a 5 star rated experience but the customer service was horrible. I attended the Al Sharpton Birthday celebration at the Fairmont and decided to visit afterwards. Lumiere was highly recommended by some I knew. I sat at the bar, ordered a manhattan to start, well made. To eat, decided on the steak frites, amazing, the meat was perfect temperature and crispy fries. After finishing up, I waited and waited and waited...about 30 minutes. The barmaid never came back. I was interested in having another cocktail but decided to leave based on the time. The barmaid was having a conversation with whom appeared to be a manager in a suit. I literally had to walk over to them and let her know I had been ready to check out. It was obviously a tense conversation taking place between them but that was not the appropriate time with customers waiting. The atmosphere was calm, low dim lighting and not a huge crowd. The food was great but the bar service was not up to par"
"All around amazing spot. Been there a few times now. Exceeds expectations every time. Some of the best food in the city! Service is great. Perfect vibe!Make sure to get zucchini beignets!!!"
"Wow. I had no idea what an amazing little restaurant Le Petit is! It was like we walked into a bistro in Paris! We came here for my parent's 64th anniversary and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with such care. Jay seated us at a cozy booth, and Petr, our waiter, was the right balance of attentive and patient. It took awhile for my Mom to decide as the menu was packed with a variety of choices. We started with proper cocktails - martinis and gimlets. Total perfection! The food was beyond delicious! We had a tasty fig salad, lamb chops cooked perfectly, a hanger steak and sea bass. Everything was womderful. The chocolate souffle was sublime. And they were so sweet to bring an special dessert for my parents. We will be back! This place is too good not to experience again and again!"
"Amazing soups and great service. Even when the delivery service screwed up (which was not due to any fault of Massy's), th eowner was instrumental in making sure that credits were issued and soup re-delivered.If you like soups - this is the place!"
"I've been wanting to try Zinqué for a while and finally had the chance, but honestly, I was a bit underwhelmed. That might be on me, though, as I had built up a lot of hype in my head. I made a reservation, but when my friend and I arrived, we couldn't identify the host, so we ended up seating ourselves. After a short wait, someone brought us menus and took our order. The service was quick, and our friendly server helped make up for the initial confusion. I ordered the Le Bowl, but it was a bit bland for the price. However, the lavender latte was fantastic! I really enjoyed the ambiance, and it seems like a great spot for remote work. Despite some initial hiccups, I'd still consider coming back again."
"Came here for a birthday brunch and we sat in the back room, it's adorably decorated and very homey. I had the soft scramble and would highly recommend it. Most places have a very predictable breakfast but this was not - it was unique and flavourful and I left feeling satiated and healthy. The eggs were perfect and topped with a generous but not indulgent amount of cheese. The pesto toast was not something I would have done in my home kitchen but maybe now I will! There was also a tomato for color but it was also delicious! Very busy on a Sunday but friendly service nonetheless. I will definitely be back!"
