The staff were really nice although busy.Everything on their menu sounded amazing! But I opted for:*Old Skool banh mi - I was thinking it was going to be lacking in flavor and be Americanized especially after seeing the staff. Boy was I wrong! It was fully loaded and tasted sooo authentic! I don't remember reading if there was pate on the sandwich but it did include it and I was so happy! It was heavily greased with their mayo which was so amazing! It came with all the cold cut meats with a heaping of carrots and daikon! Amazing and honestly better than some actual Vietnamese shops.*Ribeye banh mi - omgggg melt in your mouth ribeye! It was so tender and had flavor! I wasn't expecting the ribeye meat to be flavored so good! It complimented all the banh mi veggies so nicely. This is a must try!*Lincoln burger - my son murked this. He said it was good with the sauce and grilled onions.*Chimichurri sandwich - this was my son's order as well and he said it was good. He also got a strawberry banana smoothie.Amazing and must try spot!"

My brother said he wouldn't add the lettuce and tomatoes next time but the rest of us enjoyed the add ons. The meat is an authentic smash burger meaning it's pretty thin so the double patty would be my choice for next time. The fries were enjoyable but the sweet potatoes fries were the real star. We also got to try the brussel sprouts and wow they had great flavor and a nice outer crunch. The restaurant itself is very small. There is limited seating inside as well as limited parking outside. The parking lot is also pretty small but people are constantly coming and going so we were able to find parking right in the front. Would definitely eat here again."

Our very friendly server Connor, greeted us and brought us a nice carafe of cold water asap on this very hot summer evening. The service was top notch and quick. We ordered: The short ribs which came with mashed potatoes & seasonal greens. 5/5; Brown Derby Cobb Salad w/home made creamy Italian dressing was 5/5. The grilled onions on the toasted buttery rye bread gave it a very flavorful profile. Cheese on the patties were melted perfectly. Parking is plentiful in the back and lots of tables available inside and outside. Service was fast and the guys are nice and helpful. I'll be back to try a triple."

"My bf and I have come here twice already. And the owner remembered us. Of course, I didn't expect that, but it was very sweet. We are currently on a smash burger find and we have gone to quite a few. (I believe we are up to 7 already.) This one is one of the good ones. Let me tell you why.The burgers are good. And we have not been disappointed. Our order has consistently stayed the same - Super Bougie Burger Combo Meal (3 patties with cheese but we add bacon, fries and a drink) & Bougie Fries (loaded fries - smashed burger on top, chopped caramelized onions, thinly sliced jalapeños, pickles, and bougie sauce). It cost about $37 and change. This is more than enough food for the two of us. V, the owner, is consistently a nice guy when we have been there. I love truffle parmsesan fries but my bf doesn't like parm so I don't order it when he is with me. V offered me an order (on the house) so I could try it. So nice, I even told him to just switch my bf reg fries to the truffle parm fries (since my bf and I were sharing the bougie fries) so he didn't have to give us extra food, but he insisted. That was very nice of him. Also, even though we only order one combo, he still gives me a drink. I always refuse but he insists. I do appreciate great customer service. And I appreciate V who appreciate his customers. I loved the truffle parm fries. It was great! And I didn't have to share with my bf. LOL FYI, you can upgrade your bougie fries to garlic parm fries for an extra fee. :) I appreciate that the bougie fries have thinly sliced fresh jalapeños because it makes it less spicy. I love spice but I want to be able to taste my food. LOL This pop up is located on Van Nuys Blvd. Right in front of Gelson's. It's in a good location with lots of parking. Can't wait to be back when we need another smash burger fix. :)"

What we ordered: Buffalo Cauliflower - I've ordered this multiple times. It's one of my favorites.Cheesesteak Eggrolls- These were good. The sauces that it came with reminded me of the Asian dips that you dip those crunchy noodles in.Tri-Tip Tacos- Good sized taco. I didn't care for whatever was on the tortilla. I would prefer a plain, fresh corn tortilla. The flavor kind of took away from the tri-tip flavor.Great place to watch sports. We happen to be there during college football so it was a little rowdy at the time. Friendly & welcoming service when we first arrived & upon leaving. Would I go back? Yes, I would."

"We have been coming here fairly regularly for almost two years and sadly it has been going progressively (and recently, aggressively) downhill.The food quality has gotten worse and menu items are never consistent - prices, portions, quality...you never know what you'll get.The owners are clearly trying to cut corners - it shows. From the quality of the food, to the fact that, for example, they now dole out ketchup for the fries in cheap little plastic thimble sized cups, fewer menu items, and so on.They used to have a great happy hour and happy hour menu, but the selection has gone down while prices go (way) up, and what used to be 4-7pm got gradually cut back to 3-5pm, then recently cut to literally only one hour (4-5pm) only 3 days of the week! (wed - fri ). It makes what used to be a great little neighborhood joint something people now clearly avoid. It is consistently less busy. While the ambiance is nothing to write home about, I will say the service is generally quite good.We had been coming back habitually as it was a great little neighborhood spot, but have started ruling it out completely.Hoping maybe it'll get new owners or something to breathe life back into the place."

The place is tucked away and always has great ambience. I like getting the Iced Café Latte with almond milk and the massive M&M cookie they sell in addition to the sandwiches and pasta. For the pasta, I like ordering the Pesto Pasta, which can be made with linguine or penne and topped with Parmesan cheese. It is also served with a side of garlic toast.The avocado toast is good as well and contains 2 pieces of sourdough toast topped with avocado, onion, arugula, tomato, pepper, salt, and tossed with sweet lemon olive oil. The quality of food you're about to receive is 5 stars. We have always used drive-thru, never have we dined in. As we wanted to eat at home. My chief complaint is that the speaker needs to be fixed in that drive thru!! Parking is available. That's a plus if you ask me."

I also really appreciate the quality of customer service. The gentleman who took our order was the owner and he was very kind and professional. He had good recommendations and gave us extra food when he found out we were first time customers. You can tell the team here likes working together. I also have to comment on the location and space. The place is neatly designed and very clean - especially the restrooms, which you can tell are meticulously maintained.
