"We came here on a weeknight and opted for their regular AYCE menu since it was only $35/person. We were definitely able to eat $70 worth of food. SERVICEThe food came out relatively quick and the staff were attentive. There is no limit of items per round, nor is there a limit of rounds, as long as you order within the 90 minutes and you only order the next round when all your food from the previous round arrived. FOODFor AYCE $35/person, this placed exceeded my expectations for the food they offered. I was a particular fan of the yellowtail kama as it was cooked jsut right and the fish tasted so delicious. I would not recommend the tako wasabi, miso soup or shishito peppers if you don't like salty food. The nigiri unfortunately does have a full portion of rice so it will fill you up quickly. PARKINGIt's in a strip mall that is shared with an AYCE KBBQ place but fortunately the restaurant itself offers parking to customers behind their building. WOULD I COME BACK AGAIN?The BF says we can have date night here again!"

"I can confidently say this is the best Korean barbecue experience I've ever had, and I live near Westminster and been to K town plenty. Forget the high end places that bring out your meats from a menu. While the interior might feel minimalist, that simplicity is part of the charm--it keeps the focus entirely on the food and service, which are both outstanding.The LA Galbi is the best I've had, the beef belly was great and bulgogi. The grill setup seemed more traditional and it never needed to be turned up or down; amazing. The self-serve aspect is fantastic, with a condiment bar that's an absolute highlight. From the perfectly seasoned banchan to the fresh vegetable sides, every detail is thoughtfully prepared. But the true star of the show? The service. My server, Daniel, was hands-down the best I've ever had in my life. His kindness, attentiveness, and generosity elevated the entire experience. Without me even asking, he brought out cold noodles, onion salad, and other delicious condiments that paired perfectly with the meal. It was like he anticipated my every need before I even knew it.To top it off, I ended the meal with an incredible pumpkin porridge--sweet, comforting, and the perfect finish to an amazing feast. For the price, the quality is unbeatable, and I genuinely can't recommend this place enough. If you're lucky enough to have Daniel as your server, rest assured you'll be in great hands. "Exceeded all expectations for a buffet! Was craving sushi, but wanted options so we took a chance and came here. The place is affordable, it's $31 for dinner and a decent size with lots of parking. The salmon sashimi was good, dimsum was great, they even had chicken feet which was surprising. The chicken wings were surprisingly flavorful, and they even had shrimp and Cajun boil. They had crab legs when we came on a random Thursday, but they don't have butter. Also they have a good selection of thriftys icecream! I had green tea and strawberry, but they have at least 10 flavors. Even a pina colada flavor."

It's a shared lot with several other businesses, making it a bit of a hunt on a busy Friday afternoon.The buffet spread itself was a pleasant surprise. The sushi selection was a standout, and the usual Chinese buffet staples were tasty and satisfying. However, a word of caution: avoid the refrigerated desserts. They seemed to have been out for longer than ideal.The biggest letdown, though, was their use of single-use plates, utensils, and cups. Sustainability took a backseat here. My plastic fork couldn't even survive the first course, forcing me to use chopsticks for everything, including fishing out baked clams. Not the easiest task!As for service, it was hit-or-miss. Refills weren't on our terms - we had to wait for staff to come around for top-offs.Overall, our experience at Great China Buffet was average. It's a decent spot if you're in the area and craving variety, but don't expect anything extraordinary."

"Decided to try Hae Jang Chon again after a few years.We came by later in the evening on a Monday. Still had to wait about 15-20 minutes. Food was very fresh. Side dishes were great and meat quality was good. Staff still definitely pushes you to eat fast and leave. Meat comes out faster than the actual sides haha.I believe Hae Jang Chon is great if you have a large group (and if you go early and beat the wait). Then the staff will be super attentive to turn the table over really fast.Parking is a bit of a pain. Street parking or valet in the lot."

"My go-to OC/LA KBBQ spot i've been a fan of for a few years now, but never left a review. So let me try to put you on... Food (5/5) - Despite a giant menu, every tier is full of great options for the value. Most of the time I opt for the B menu and hit the essentials like the short rib fingers, prime beef tongue, galbi marinade pork belly, brisket, LA short rib and wagyu beef belly. They provide a surplus of banchan ready to eat at the table, specialty items that are worth ordering, and VERY well marinated meats from both the kitchen menu and at the serve yourself bar. They also offer a huge range of flavor combinations giving many dipping sauces/chimichurri and other tastes like sweet corn cheese. You can even ask for them to replace your grill with a pot to make your own ramen! Bonus points for presentation despite being a high demand AYCE spot. Service (5/5) - Every visit, any size party, i've always had a pretty great experience with quick service and not many errors. They also have insane hours so you can experience a stacked kbbq menu basically any time of the day. (they even have a happy hour menu!)Ambiance (5/5) - Great location with tons of parking, tons of spaced out tables, very comfortable eating environment that's capable of handling larger parties. The decor is more modern, clean, professional and it's usually not very smokey even when it's busy."

This place also has free drinks for you to choose from- I always get the Pink lemonade, it hits so good with the food. For the sauces I recommend adding: Ponzu sauce, Sesame, and the Peanut Sauce with green onions and cilantro. TRUST. The most amazing dipping sauce. Breakfast: Cheaper in price and good selection as alwaysDinner: Costs more like most places during dinner hour but they had this one delicious marinated crab and it was so addicting. Parking: Has free public parking. The area has a lot of stores so it does get pretty packed but shouldn't be hard to find parking, just crowded depending time of day. Food: Good meat and sides. "Went for brunch on a Saturday and got the first reservation which I highly recommend because it wasn't super busy to start. I loved the bottomless mimosas! There were SO many food options it almost made my head spin, but you bet I tried as much as I could! We started with the crab legs of course. Loved them! I wasn't a super big fan of the oysters. They were HUGE, but not the best tasting in my opinion. The staff did a great job of replenishing all of the seafood and hot food so you never had to wait for anything. Some of my favorites were the crab legs, sashimi and dumplings. I was also so surprised how delicious the desserts were! Don't sleep on the cannolis. Wow. I thought the hot food was ok. Service was great and I loved the live music element. The buffet is situated inside a hotel so expect a lot of people, but it's pretty spacious. I appreciated the high ceilings. I would say the vibe is pretty casual, so no need to dress up. I saw a lot of big groups here. This would be a great place for a special occasion meal. We went to celebrate Valentine's Day! I would even come here for a girls brunch. You can park at the hotel but they do validate that takes the cost down a bit. I didn't think any one thing at the buffet was particularly outstanding, but I enjoyed the experience overall."

What is offered here:-salad bar-fruits, jello-sushi rolls, nigiri-Mongolian grill (this is available during lunch too!)-fried foods, like chicken and fries-stir fry foods, like broccoli beef, fish-desserts (cakes, cookies)-soft serve ice cream machine .......... You put your name on a list but it's on a tablet right outside the restaurant. Your party does all need to be there in order to be seated.The servers never told us how the place works. So we had to figure it out. You basically go to the meat "salad bar station" against the wall. They have plenty of meat and chicken options. If you don't find the food items you want, you need to order it from the server. You do get plenty of side options at the salad bar. Which was great for me, since I enjoy the sides.I would go back for sure.Down side, there is not a lot of parking in the building. Some of my party had to park across the street."

"I've been wanting to try the weekend brunch here after seeing a few youtubers I follow eat here. Finally got to try it out today and I am soooo stuffed! We arrived at 11am and they still had the breakfast spread with the addition of fried chicken and lechon kawali. As we were eating they slowly started replacing the breakfast items with lunch items. I was so stuffed but I wanted to keep eating as they brought more food out. The service was really friendly and the drinks were included in the price. Cost was about $23.50 per adult and $15.75 for kids before tax. You pay before you get seated after running my card the tip option came up and a I was looking at it the gentleman said don't worry about it and selected no tip and handed me the receipt. I thought that was pretty cool of them. The food was really good specially the garlic fried rice. I've been doing keto no carb for a while but today I had 4 feelings of the Garlic fried rice. The fried shrimp was also really good. This is the only Filipino place I know in the area that does all you can eat. I was really impressed and highly recommend if you like Filipino food."

"We just had a Shiki buffet last week with my family, my cousin and his wife visited us from out of state. We always love Shiki Seafood Buffet so suggested going there and glad they all liked it. We went there on the weekend for dinner, the price is now $41.99 per person, (except kids under 10 are charged $4.1 per age). They have a senior discount of 10% off (65+) so my mom is charged $37.79. They have a huge selection of food and it is even more than before. They have abalone, Buddha jumps over the wall (Fotiaoqiang) the soup that consists of many ingredients including quail eggs, sea cucumber, fish maw, etc. And of course, they have sashimi, sushi rolls, seafood such as snow crab legs, cajun shrimp, steamed scallops with vermicelli, and octopus. They have a grill station for braised short ribs, steaks, and pork belly cooked to order, and a lot of hot food to spare, dim sum, etc. They also have a drink station such as milk tea, boba, and jelly as toppings. We liked all the food except their desserts. (I liked egg tarts and ice cream though) A 10% mandatory service charge was added to the bill was very reasonable. No additional tips are required. For $350 for 7 of us, we think that it was worth it for this price of the buffet, all the food tasted delicious and they had attentive service."

They all have been my high school reunions when we dined here.The occasion at this time was a reception after a dear friend's Celebration of Life!The AYCE buffet here offers all kinds of cuisine which can't be enjoyed in just one visit unless you come visit another day and another day and another day!!I love seafood and so I had my favorite blue crabs that were perfectly fried. The Manila clams were not sandy at all. Steamed seasoned whole shrimps were not that tasty to me but the Wanut Shrimps were delicious!!The slice of roast beef was tender.Pot stickers, siomai and Xiaolongbao were juicy and flavorful!Clam chowder soup was rich in creaminess flavor!I had the fried banana as part of my meal and for dessert strawberries dipped in chocolate, macaroons, apple turnover.I was so full after a second serving of my fried blue crabs! Stellar Service of all the servers who were busy clearing used plates on our tables and constantly replenishing our refreshments !!I really really have to come back to taste everything that this wonderful buffet can offer!The restaurant was busy for Saturday with many dining in groups.Maintained restroom was kept clean."

"We called 3 AYCE place for MLK lunch experience and this was the only place that still have lunch special for normal pricing. We never been here before and the server was kind enough to tell us that meat choice 1 to 6 was order only the rest was serve yourself buffet style! It was awesome because while we wait for the other meat options we can eat the meat that was available. The banchan option have a wide variety from the normal cucumber, kimchi, potato salad / mac salad mix together( taste funky for me), salsa, tortillas, taco sauces ( available on buffet side). There's also fish cake soup, tbebokki that's very runny, fried onion rings that's very popular and tons of ppl like but they ran out fast. Fried rice and chapchae noodles was also acceptable taste. The one problem I have is that not enough servers and table space to put all the food we get. Since server was so busy sometimes our plates was stacked high and we didn't have room to move around much. Pricing: for 20 bucks a person everyone get their fill. Meat eaters get their meat and me the person who can't decided gets a bit of everything myself without bothering others"

There are separate stations for salads, hot foods, a Mongolian wok, sushi, and desserts.Compared to Hometown Buffet, I much prefer Paradise Buffet. The choices and quality are better. It isn't in the same league as some of the more expensive Las Vegas-style buffets, but it's a great value.The people working the tables, clearing plates and helping with special requests, have always been friendly and helpful.There have been some minor annoyances. Once, both soda machines ran out of sugar-free syrup and my drink was mainly phosphate water, which was not appealing. Another time, the soft-serve ice cream machine was out of action.The prices are hard to beat. The most expensive price you might have to pay is $19.99. However, if you're 60 & older, on Mondays thru Thursdays, lunch (from 2-4pm) is only $10.99 and dinner (from 4-5pm) is $12.99."

"I love coming here as it's a little hidden gem. I've been two times now and had a great experience both times. I enjoy that it's a bit tucked away as I've never had to wait for a table. Now service on the other hand is hit or miss. One time I got a male server and he was horrible to our table but he was exceptionally great to the table across from us. He was even chugging beer with them at one point. The next time he ended up helping with our table and was a bit more attentive but the women who mainly helped us was great. They do a great job of changing the grill here and the quality is pretty great. I do love that the place is in an open air outdoor type spot so the smoke fumes are not as bad as in a traditional indoor building."

"This is a wonderful small Asian buffet. They have a lot of great selections and plenty of fresh seafoods and sushi/nigiri. The Poke bar was an unexpected delight. The staff is friendly and attendant. Though the buffet is on the small side (space wise), they have tons of variety. Frau salad and fruit bar, sush and nigiri bar, tekenanki station, poke bar, and tons of traditional Asian buffet staples, like kung Pao, coconut shrimp, and tempura vegetables, as well as small bites, like egg rolls/spring rolls, sautéed mushrooms, and Chinese donuts. We were very pleased here and enjoyed taking out of town guests who wanted something more "familiar" one night. 10/10 we can't wait to go back."

The service was ok. Our main waitress brought things right away but it was busy and when we couldn't get ahold of her would ask this other waitress working in our section. She was not very friendly and although would bring the meats out quick she wouldn't bring back sides or condiments in a timely matter and once not even at all. Other than that it was a nice dining experience."
