Brothers Gom Tang

Craving Gabitang and was in the area. Good reviews so checked them out. Went on a Wednesday night. Parking is limited because of Xfish nearby. Ended up finding parking behind the building but noticed other cars driving around trying to find parking. Back lot was a bit sketchy with broken glass all over. Service was quick and friendly. Banchan was tasty and asked for a refill on all of them. Kkadoogi was especially delicious and paired well with the Galbitang. Galbitang: one of the best broths I've had!!! So wasn't expecting that. It was clear, clean, deep, and perfectly seasoned! I rarely finish a whole serving by myself but I did! This place will now be my go to Galbitang joint. It's even better than Hanyang.I'll be back!

If you are ready to go slightly beyond the wonderful world of Korean BBQ, Tofu soup, and bibimbap, authentic Korean beef soup is something to try. Brothers Om Tang is the place that specializes 'Tang' which I think means soup in Korean. A couple of ways to enjoy this as a group, we ordered their signature Braised Beef Short Rib soup and Chive Pancake to share, and we ordered a few more noodles and soups. It was definitely too much food for the 4 adults and 2 kids (so we can bring some home to enjoy later) and we get to try out several things. Everything was excellent, including the complimentary appetizers.Service was friendly and prompt . The seating area was clean and comfortable, and there are plenty of parking spaces in this busy mall.

About one week left for their October special ~50% off the pork gomtang! Such a great deal making it only $8.99 instead of $15.99. Dined here on a weeknight and it was pretty empty inside though the parking lot was packed from the surrounding restaurants. The server was extremely attentive and quick to serve us water and banchan. Pork gomtang: the broth was very flavorful and perfect for a cold day. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of pork that was in the soup as well. My friend got the spicy one and it had a small kick to it. Pork belly and soup: Generous portion of pork belly and was a good balance of fat and meat on each slice. This was served on a butane burner so it kept it nice and hot the whole meal.

Five stars for the great food and service. The restaurant is clean and the food came out quickly. The galbi jjim was so flavorful and tender. The dish arrived to our table boneless, which was a surprise, but it actually helped since we were in a rush with a very bored toddler and there was plenty of meat. The chives pancake was crispy. Green onion salad was also nice to have as a side. Plenty of seats and parking is available. Overall, highly recommend.

4.5! We arrived at 1p on a Saturday lunch, and there was no one else. We got seated immediately. Galbi tang: there was an abundance of meat with glass noodles. The soup was goodArmy stew: this was ginormous! And also ~$40, which was pricier than I'd imagine. I enjoyed all of the ingredients in the stew and it was a manageable spice level for someone who doesn't eat too spicy. The thick ramen was nice for soaking up the sauce. Pork belly: my favorite dish! each dish had the perfect amount of fat and each piece was very identically sliced. I loved how thin and tender the meat was, I'd get it again!! These three dishes were apparently four serving sizes, we received four complimentary bowls of rices.

This is my time trying out this place and I ordered their classic gomtang along with Korean pancake. The gomtang was clear gomtang with great taste and ambiance was clean and the service was great as well. I think it is not well known at this point but it's a great place for Korean gomtang. I will definitely come back here again.

Food was yummy! Nangmyeon was light and refreshing. The brisket soup was rich and flavorful. They just opened a month ago, so I decided to check it out!

I've been here three times. I've ordered broiled beef short rib slices, galbe, spicy galbe tang and more. All foods are good taste and quality. They use best quality meats. I will visit soon.

The food was delicious, very good taste.The service is very good as they were very prepared and polite. The ambiance was clean and calm we really enjoyed.

I had the galbitang and the meat was huge and delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the kimchi was especially tasty!
