Ordered a large jerk chicken plate with festival and cabbage. Sauce/spice was amazing and meat very tender, very fresh food. Service was cheery and a very nice/new place!Went for lunch with a few others and enjoyed dining in.

Bouka's is the best jerk I have had anywhere besides Jamaica! Service is attentive and fun. Beautifully transformed space. An asset to our city!

The price here is absolutely ridiculous and not worth the value of the food. Ordered one (1) ting, one (1) D&G soda and one (1) chicken patty with coco bread to go for a whopping $21.03. Don't get me wrong the decor is impeccable but while waiting I reviewed the rest of the menu which was exorbitantly high as well. $44 for salmon and I don't even want to know MP for the lobster dish. Another thing is that this place doesn't accept cards of any sort - cash only or zelle. There are too many other affordable, authentic and aesthetic Jamaican restaurants in LA to be paying a college tuition for a meal at this place.

If you live in the Koreatown area and you're tired of eating the same kind of food. Want to taste something new, give this place a go. I got the oxtails, rice and peas, cabbage and plantains. Added a beef pie. The oxtails have a deep savory flavor and are very tender and gelatinous. The rice and peas goes great with the oxtail sauce.

I found this place by mistake and so glad I did. The food and service are outstanding and it has a nice, relaxed atmosphere. I usually order jerk chicken, but wanted to try something different and asked for a recommendation. The jerk salmon was AMAZING. I can't stop thinking about it, lol. I was warned in advance that it would take about 20-30 minutes, but it was sooo worth it. It was seasoned and prepared perfectly. Crispy on the outside, and tender inside, with just the right amount of jerk flavor. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this restaurant. Side note: I was there with a friend from out of town that I hadn't seen in a long time. We stayed until close and the staff was so kind and let us enjoy our time without feeling rushed. My friend had the oxtail and said it was phenomenal. Thank you for the delicious meal and excellent service!

First thing First the Customer service is A1 cleanliness in the building is Also A1. the food is by far Top3 Jamaican food spots in the City.! I'm here at least once a week. Keep up the Great work

The food was good. Not great, for the price the portion size was small. We paid $65 and did not finish full or satisfied we had to go get KFC. But again the flavor of the food not bad. Service and ambiance was good as well. The owner came to talk to my girlfriend and I while we wait 20 mins for the food.
