Blossom Bites & Eatery

Was in Los Angeles and decided to stop by here at Blossom bites to try some Korean food. We ordered the sweet and spicy chicken, honey chicken, and the original cheek. With fries for one side and the other two sides were rice. Really delicious and flavorful with a nice crunch to it. The service was amazing as the owner came out and we had a nice conversation as the food was being prepared. As for the ambience there is some nice seating outside. I highly recommend this place if you want to try some Korean food in LA.

**Rating: **Visited Blossom Bites & Eatery and had a bit of a mixed experience. We had to wait 25 minutes for our order, which included three burgers and a tray of soy garlic chicken. The burgers tasted like something you would make at home. They were quite messy to eat, with shredded lettuce and sauce dripping down, making the overall experience a bit cumbersome. The soy garlic chicken, although better, was not exceptional. It was heavily bathed in sesame seeds, which added a nice touch but didn't make the dish particularly standout.On the positive side, I'm very happy they are Halal, which is important to me.Overall, the food was just okay. Nothing that left me eager to spread the word, but it's decent enough if you're looking for a Halal option in the area.

My friends and I came to try this for Iftar and we ordered one of each flavor. Everyone loved their meal and loved their flavor! The sweet and spicy is definitely savory, not too sweet. It reminded me of a buffalo sauce flavor. The soy garlic tasted exactly how it sounds. And the honey butter was my personal favorite!The portions were very decent and we were all full before we could finish our bowls. The French fries were VERY good too! Perfectly crunchy and piping hot and delicious when mixed with the sauce. Lastly we tried the Burmese tea/coffee drink and it was SO good. I would come back just to get a cup of the tea. A mix between milk tea and chai, it was perfectly smooth and sweet (but not too sweet). The owners are incredibly sweet and generous. They checked on several times and talked to us about the restaurant and why they started. We were so glad to have found this gem and can't wait to go back!

I was super excited about this place. Halal Korean!? Yes, please. Alas, I was highly let down. The chicken was not crispy. It was instead burnt and not flavorful. We asked for the honey butter and sweet and spicy on the side instead of on the chicken so we could have it at home without it being soggy. They instead gave us the soy sauce one that did not taste very good. It had a very pungent taste and I usually like most Korean flavor profiles. The sweet and spicy tasted more like American buffalo sauce or something. The sauces I could have let go, but that horrible batter and burnt chicken? I'm surprised they let that leave their kitchen.

The food is amazing as well as the service. I would recommend this place to anyone. I tried every flavor of the fried chicken and you can't go wrong.

Halal Korean BBQ was great. Definitely a must try if you are in the area. Service was exceptional. Seating is outside and limited, which is the only negative.

The owner is so kind and the food is soo yummy! It's hard to find a good halal burger and bites spot and this one really is one of the best.

I was craving some fried chicken and wanted to try something different, so placed a pickup order from this neighborhood spot. I had a bit of a mix up in my order but the owners resolved it as soon as they could. I really enjoyed my soy+ginger wings. They were exactly what I wanted on a Friday evening. I'll be ordering from them again soon.

First time at this place, the food was actually very very good. The price is fair for the quality food that we got my wife and the kids loved it. I also really enjoyed their milk tea. No indoor seating, a little outside seating, but we got our food to go.

This place is incredible! A little family owned hole in the wall with food that is both halal and very unique. If my review was on just the food I would easily give this 5 stars, but combined with the service, I would have loved to give them 6 or 7 stars. They were so attentive and willing to let us try various items on the menu, while ensuring we had a great experience. 10/10 we will absolutely be back.
