Best Fckn Hot Chicken

Small place on Sunset Blvd, with cool vibes, rock n roll on the sound system, with sports on the big screen TV if you dine in, and they have beer for those that drink, I don't, so I go with the soft drinks. It's the best spicy fried chicken in my Hollywood neighborhood, the food never disappoints, it always hits the spot.I usually have the fried chicken sliders with their perfectly seasoned fries and great dipping sauce. I used to go with the "Hot" spice level. The "Devils Breath" spice level was too much heat, but have recently been going with one slider Hot and one slider Devil's Breath. But there's also Naked, Mild or Medium spice levels that are good options if you wanna keep your cool. They have outdoor seating if you wanna put on your sunglasses and sit under the palm trees on a nice day and take in the Sunset Blvd, Hollywood vibes.

I've tried a bunch of hot chicken places and this one was eh for me! The chicken was thick and juicy but the season was just like not it! Seems like they just put everything in the box and threw a bunch of Cajun powder over everything! I more than likely won't go back to this spot but maybe their pizza is better? I would give this spot a 4/10 for me! Wasn't bad but wasn't great either.... There's definitely way better spots around!

This place is a small restaurant with a bar and limited table seating. The decor is nothing to write home about, a very neighborhood hangout feel. The person behind the counter was polite, answered my questions, and even allowed a modification. He continued to check up on me to see if I needed more water.I ordered a 2 tender combo with fries. One tender hot, the other was their devil's breath, their species flavor. Their chicken is excellent and not too much chili dust. The devil's breath is incredibly spicy with a sharp gap between it and hot. The chicken was juicy, crispy, and only slightly oily. It was packed full of flavor and their comeback sauce is okay. A slightly lighter canes sauce with sweeter notes. Their fries are okay, with a soft pillowly interior. I felt a little sweetness like honey or sugar but the staff said that there was nothing of the sort. I could be hallucinating. The pickles were fine. Its pickles. Since the chicken was the star of the show I think that this is a wonderful example of how to do spicy chicken right. I just wish the divide between hot and devil's breath wasn't so wide.

OK the name is bold but I understand it because this was really fckn good!!!!!! I got a side of hot honey and that made it extra juicy and I love the sweet and spicy combination. Their House sauce is amazing and the fries were really fluffy, crinkle cut, and seasoned well. Service is excellent. Dan was super friendly and I didn't have to wait long at all. The ambience is really casual and chill. There's definitely plenty of space to sit in here or you can get it to go.

I was excited to see a hot chicken place come into the area. They were not busy, there was maybe 1-2 people waiting on food togo on a Friday night at 8pm.A friend and I ordered the exact same order, A #1 combo comes with a slider, a tender, and fries. I ordered a side of Mac and cheese, while my friend ordered extra sauce on the side.We got home, the order was a mess in the box and both our tenders from the combo, and his extra sauce, were missing from the order. We called, the one employee we had seen said we can come back in to fix the order. So we drive back just to be told we have to wait another 10-12mins for the 2 tenders. We start just asking for a refund at this point, now that our food is getting cold, and while the place is dead, the employee is making an ordeal about us asking for a refund. He couldn't find the order receipt even though we just had been in 30mins prior, and also had the most confused time trying to give my friend his money back because he paid in cash. The guy seemed aloof and not focused while talking to some girl at the counter.Overall, the customer service here needs a lot of improvement. I review places very fairly and this whole situation was messy and the food itself wasn't at all anything to write home about. Flavor wasn't good nor were the fries crispy, and the presentation was really bad.This is not the best F*n hot chicken. Lastly, the $5 mac and cheese was the most depressing side I've ever had. Tasted like plastic noodles cooked in "cheese" water.

There are more than a few hot chicken places in LA, but this one recently appeared in the neighborhood so figured we'd give it a try. First off, the combo meals are pricey for what you get (tenders are on the small side) good portion of fries though. And the sides are dismally small - $5+ for a small cup of mac n cheese is ridiculous. Save your money anyway, the mac is terrible, tastes like the most artificial, fake cheese and noodles you can get. The spice and flavor on the chicken is decent and they are juicy. Just be prepared to pay more than you should for that. Also, maybe not the best idea to have the speaker right next to the register - makes it difficult to hear anything while placing your order. Not sure I'll go back, as other places leave a less sour feeling for what you get.

Walked in and it was completely empty but could have been because of the heat wave. We ordered our food and waited about 15min. I saw another review that said the Mac and cheese tasted artificial but it was too late I had already ordered it and honestly I get it. I didn't mind the flavor because I grew up eating kraft Mac and cheese but I can understand why someone wouldn't want to pay to eat Kraft Mac and cheese. The chicken was good but I regret getting "hot" because it was really hot but the sauce was good and I appreciated the pickles they gave you. Really enjoyed the fries as well. As for the chicken if I had to compare to other chicken places I maybe would not name this place the best fckin hot chicken but maybe really good chicken.

Great tasting chicken! Fries are really good! Service is always super friendly and fast but not rushed at all!The food always come out piping hot so be careful taking that first excited bite lol. come back sauce and hot honey also on point ! Outside seating is surprisingly pleasant as well ! Overall Great experience and my kids loved the plain tenders too!!! I'll be trying the grilled chicken next !

The name says it all... Amazing chicken and delicious food overall! Marco was very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend trying out the chicken sliders!
