Take out/ delivery only!!Super yummy and fresh chicken. Fried freshly so you know it's gonna be juicy and tender. Quite a small shop but there are a few small tables up against the wall and the AC is going. The server was nice and recommended flavors! I can see why the establishment was busyThere was a sign on the door that is marked off to show how much time your order will take - cute detailOnly thing to consider is parking, the plaza it's located in charges $20 for valet lol. street parking is the way to go

First of all, the parking lot cannot be used for a pickup order! really? And then, when I went inside to pick up my order, I was told that there was a large order and I had to wait 20 more minutes. Judging from other reviews, this is a common theme for this place. Then there was my order. My family smelled something funny. I cannot say it is stale but for my taste bud, it felt that the chicken needs to be cleaned up more. Also, as several people already have mentioned, they also got my order wrong.I probably will not go back again.

I was extremely disappointed! I enjoy eating bb.q chicken (in New York), but the quality of this locations' chicken was poor. The skin was not crispy, it had weird grooves in it and was chewy. I ordered the Galbi flavor to try out and it didn't taste good. It tasted a bit sour and off. I didn't finish and for the price I am ticked. I wish I could get a refund for the poor quality. I may be up for trying a different location, but not anytime soon.

I would leave a zero star review but that is not an option. I was there the on 6/20/24 and there was a very rude customer complaining and speaking to the manager on the phone and being a total Karen and lying about the service that he was receiving. He called the manager who was not present at the store and was going on and complaining about how he didn't get the right sauce etc. etc. and the employee was trying to explain that the customer had ordered incorrectly and they were trying to fix it etc. etc. well, I found out today from somebody else that that employee was fired and I think that that is wrong. That employee should not have been fired for doing his job this customer was completely out of line, and I told the customer he was out of line while I was waiting. I left because I don't believe that establishment should allow customers to berate their employees. I was going to go back and try the chicken but I absolutely will not do that again and I will also be posting to my Twitter where I have hundreds of thousands of followers as well as my TikTok where I also have hundreds of thousands of followers and I will tell people not to come here this place is absolutely ridiculous and I feel bad for the employees that get treated this way by management/ownership.Terrible, terrible management and policies. Too bad because the food is probably good.

Chicken wasn't bad. Environment was awful. Music played way too loud. Could hardly hear what anyone was saying. Music was vulgar rap with lots of profanity; exactly what you want to listen to when eating Korean fried chicken. Wait time for food was also long.

This place is so delicious!! The chicken is so fresh, juicy and crispy. I tried it for the first time last week & am already back for a second time. My favorite is the honey garlic chicken. It's pricey (about $20 for a small) but it's worth it. They give you a TON of chicken ( feeds 2 people easily) and it's made super fresh
