Pleasantly surprised by this cafe! Despite being a busy Saturday we were seated fast. Staff was very attentive from assuring that the sun shades were properly angles to taking our food order promptly- great customer service.Ambiance is fun and refreshing, we sat outdoors and it was very pleasant.Food was delicious! We ordered a Brussels Sprouts appetizer (yum!) the sprouts were sweet and savory roasted to perfection! Full of flavor and crunch! Also tried the lavender latte- so good!

I wanted to write a good review but some things didn't go well. The vibe was good, the restaurant layout was nice, they had live musicI wished the server didn't make us feel like we're an inconvenience, we ordered and she sounded like she's been waiting for us even though we ordered coffee and appetizer before the main meal.Food came out warm, I had a classic Benedict and it took more effort to cut through the bread since the bread had gone cold. This is a great spot centered conveniently in Burbank. We ended up going on a rainy day and it was absolutely pouring. Unfortunately, the wait was over and hour and it was freezing. Once we finally got our table we were greated with a smile and we ordered very quickly. We all enjoyed a Latte while we waited for the food to arrive. I got the vanilla with a sprinkle of cinnamon and it was delicious. I was able to try the carmel and that was my favorite. The lavender wasn't something that I would order but I was glad I got to try it. The food was tasty... although, everything was slightly cold. I feel like it sat on the pass for a bit and with the cold weather, it probably affected it more than usual. My waffle didn't arrive until we were done eating which was a bummer but I packed it in a to go box and ate it as a snack a little later. It was served with melted butter and no syrup and very little fruit. I enjoyed the live music and the ambiance very much and I believe the food would have been amazing had it not been cold. Overall, the Latte's were the highlight today. Maybe i will return when its not pouring rain and the wait is so long and give it a second go."A" for the effort, cleanliness, and ambiance but missed on serving warm food.4 stars because I know the potential is there. As soon as you get to the cafe, you're greeted by lovely staff and they make you feel so welcomed! Everything on the menu I wanted to order, but didn't lolThe food was amazing and warm! Every dish was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and presented beautifully. You can tell the team here truly cares about quality and customer satisfaction. First timers at BB Cafe. We were greeted with warm welcomes as we walked in and were seated immediately. We started off with an iced chai latte & a banana shake. Both which were deliciously prepared. The bb breakfast I ordered came with two slices of bacon. 2 eggs and breakfast potato's along with a short stack. The bacon was beyond overcooked it tasted super crunchy. Potato's were cooked perfectly. And the short stack of pancakes were buttery and sweet just the way I like it esp with the melted butter. The salmon tartini was light and fresh. Food over all 8/10. The waitress did the bare minimum. Took the order, brought the food, but never came back to check if we needed anything else. Although polite, I didn't feel like we were being catered to as much as others.

I'm a little late here. But what a hidden find in Burbank! I had no idea this place was hiding in plain sight. BB Cafe has an amazing menu, awesome ambiance, and friendly service. Food came quick and was super delicious. They serve alcohol which is a major plus. Another plus is a clean bathroom. And as an added bonus: LIVE MUSIC! We were treated to a gentleman playing holiday music on a saxophone. I'm a band geek back in the day, so I totally loved it. Definitely brought the best of the holiday moods out of me.

My family loves this place! Lupe, the waitress is amazing and always makes sure everything is perfect for you and the manager Michael is always very polite! I highly recommend this place as somewhere to meet with friends and family, and it has a very chill ambiance. The presentation of the food is so wonderful! You could almost eat the food with your eyes. One of my favorites is the clam chowder soup. My son had the ice cream waffle, and he loved it!
