We were greeted warmly as soon as we entered the restaurant and were seated immediately. Our server was Jesus and explained to us the concept of Barton G and took our drink orders, which were the sabrinatini and the signature sangria. Our drinks arrived soon after, and the presentations were cute. Sabrtinatini was ok but the sangria was really good. Jesus took our food orders and ordered the lobster pop tarts, lasagna, and salmon. Of the three, the lobster pop tarts were really good and were my favorite. We ended with dinner with the barton vintage carnival. This was a reallllly cool presentation that had all your typical carnival desserts. And was really delicious. The manager Joshua was constantly checking on us making sure the food was up to par and if we were enjoying our time. Overall, the ambience was chill, and very entertaining seeing all the food presentation on the other guest's tables. Jesus and Joshua made our experience very enjoyable and the hospitality was really great. The only negative thing I would say is that the tables are so close to one another that I could see guests were uncomfortable and couldn't move their chairs around. And I could feel people constantly kicking my chair as they're walking by. But other than that I had a great time. Would come back again!

Came here to celebrate my niece's 16th birthday and the entire experience was absolutely stellar from start to finish. The food was delicious. We ordered the lobster pop tarts, popcorn shrimp, wagyu sliders, truffle potatoes, the oxtail lasagna and topped off the celebration with the Marie Antoinette cotton candy head, which was the highlight of the birthday celebration! The service was equally as impeccable as the food. Jay and Noah were efficient, attentive and delivered great service. Everything from start to finish was a 10/10! Even the valet guys were helpful when I needed to retrieve something from my car. Barton G's is a must try for a unique and celebratory occasion, or simply just because!

What an experience. If you're looking for dinner that will provide you something to talk about- this is the place. Each meal item that comes out has its own unique and over the top presentation that accompanies it. The food is tasty and prepared well. The drinks are also a piece of art themselves. Ambiance is romantic, upscale, and trendy. Our server was Jahzell and she was amazing. She was very thorough when explaining the menu items and provided helpful recommendations. You can tell that she really cares about the diners' experience. I can't wait to return with friends.

If you're looking for a tasty dinner and a show, then look no further than this gem in WeHo. The food is tasty and the presentation of each item ordered is like no other that I have ever seen. Every time something is delivered to your table or anyone else's, you will be in awe of the fun & creativity! And it's not just all show. The food and service were great. We ordered cocktails, pork chop, lobster pop tarts and the citrus salad and nothing disappointed. This is a great place for a birthday celebration!

Went to the establishment with low expectations from a prior experience and left very disappointed. We had a party of 5 women last night to celebrate a friend's graduation. We were greeted by the valets "hello guys." Normally it would not have been offensive, but there were no men present! The overall ambiance started off great inside the restaurant was cool, and the food presentation was nice! But the taste was HORRIBLE! The waiter, Shaun was attentive and tried to be accommodating by asking the manager Joshua to come have a conversation with us regarding how this could be rectified. He was very rude and dismissive to what I was saying and offered no comparable solution to fix the problem. We had to pay for entire plates that were not even half eaten! I really didn't want to make it about race, but I highly feel that the encounter was based on biases and prejudices! This definitely was not a 5 star experience and I will not be going back. THERE ARE MANY MORE OPTIONS AVAILABLE WHERE THE CUSTOMERS ARE VALUED & APPRECIATED............. AND TREATED WITH RESPECT! BARTON G'S NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER!

Went with some girlfriends to celebrate life and to try their DineLA menu. Honestly, it was very mediocre food and just more for an experience, but it felt very tacky considering how pricey everything was. We ordered cocktails which averaged $27+ PER drink. I felt like we were literally just paying for the "art" that went to be displayed with them. Drinks were ok, I got the buddahlicious, and honestly tasted like a pink lemonade with a frozen alcoholic popsicle. Personally, don't think it was worth the $27. Now for the food....Everything came on or along with some obnoxious contraptions. Very abstract and, I guess, different. Lobster "poptarts" were good, they were basically pastry puff filled with cheese and bits of lobster, a good three-bite appetizer served with tabasco aioli and dill tartar sauce. My branzino was served on a bizarre sword plate with two chargrilled broccoli pieces. Branzino was butterflied and deboned. Honestly, an ok dish and wish there was a sauce or some more flavor. For dessert we had the giant martini glass filled with cotton candy and cheesecake balls. Honestly great appetizer if you are a five year old, but I do not get the combination. Had one bite and could not eat any more of it. Overall their DineLA menu was NOT worth it. The service overall was absolutely great and very attentive. The restaurant itself had very high ceilings and looked like it was owned by someone else prior and then they added gorillas with suspenders....Overall, interesting vibes and not for me...but good spot for someone that wants something different and a "show".
