I knew my boyfriend would love this bar. He's really hard to surprise so I was ecstatic when I saw the grin on his face when we walked in. You immediately feel 'old Hollywood' as you walk through the door. Intimate booths, dim lighting, and groovy old school music. The extensive drink menu is printed on newspapers, another cute addition. They have signature cocktails, classic cocktails, beer, wine (even skin contact!), and seltzers. If you're hungry, they even offer a slice of prince street pies! The server was attentive and the vibes were great. I would definitely come back.

I'm actually obsessed with this bar. Every time I walk through the door, I just have the absolute best night. The drinks are delicious, the service is fantastic, the ambiance is top notch. I love that the menu is printed on what looks like an old-time newspaper and even includes the history of the building. Whether you get one of the classic cocktails like an espresso martini or try one of their signature cocktails, you won't be disappointed. I especially like the Beverly Hills Hotel, Chateau Marmont and The Standard -- the latter of which is their take on an aperol spritz, and changes based on which house-made soda they use. Okay, now I need to go again!

Visited this lovely bar with my grandparents semi-spontaneously as I found it on tik tok earlier that morning! Came in around opening time and it was exactly what we wanted. Glamorous, old Hollywood vibe, with amazing drinks curated by a lovely woman we met there. She was knowledgeable and always checked up to see how we're doing. We got a variety of drinks from sweet and tropical to strong and dominant, just like the Hollywood stars back in the day would enjoy. Ambience is old school and sexy, and is the perfect spot to enjoy a drink or two on lovely sunset boulevard. Definitely recommend.

Cute little whole in the wall! If you are a cocktail snob this spot is for you! Their patrol spritz and espresso martinis are my favorite! But all their craft drinks are soooo good! And the service is great!

Great selection of fun drinks and mocktails to choose from! Only downside is that parking was so difficult to find since most of the surrounding area is valet. The closest lot was $20. Besides that, the service was quick and friendly, and the inside was very vintage old Hollywood vibes. I definitely recommend! My friend ordered The Standard and I ordered a classic mule.

We had a great time here. They have a wonderful menu, I could not pass up on ordering the Beverly Hills Hotel cocktail. Just as tasty as it is beautiful, so many great drinks to try here. Service was very friendly and welcoming, plenty of seating and relaxed atmosphere. Great option for drinks in the area!

Such a cute and great bar on the sunset strip, it has such a classic feel to it, and the drinks are good, the ingredients used to make the cocktails are good and everyone is so nice.

Good spot to pregame at before going to the clubs! Also a good spot for a date. Cocktail here are good, lots of seatings. Does get busy when it's closer to 10:30/11pm on the weekends but the crowd comes in waves.

Bar Next Door is a friendly neighborhood bar. And I love that it it really close to my house.They have done a nice job inside honoring this cool, old building.Bartenders were uber friendly.I did not love the bubblegum 50's music they were playing, however. And my Whisky a Go Go cocktail sounded promising... two whiskeys, amaro, lime, bitters... but what I received was a watery affair. Apparently and inexplicably they add selzer water to it.. which really kills this drink, in my opinion.Spent a fast $40 bucks here and while I appreciate that they are here, I think they need to keep adjusting the ambiance and drinks.

Came in for a drink on a sunday evening. Passed this place so many times and never noticed until i read about it. I tried the olive drive, not my taste, very floral (as opposed to a briney dirty martini i was craving) but i loved the energy of the place, relaxed but elevated. Cool decor and menu. Definitely going to come back again but try a different drink, as i can tell the bartenders are skilled and super nice. The menu had many fun choices, I just got carried away with wanting to try something new and picked the wrong drink my first go haha :)
