By far our favorite dim sum place in LA!! We are regulars and it's consistently delicious every time. They have great deals during happy hour. Some of our favorites are: garlic green beans, juicy pork dumplings, crispy chicken dumplings, beef chow mein, fried rice.

Update Review: Came here with a friend after we realized that the wait time for 鼎泰豐 (Din Tai Fung) was 180 minutes (yes, 3 whole hours) on a Saturday night. The experience here was JUST AS GOOD as you would have gotten at 鼎泰豐 (Din Tai Fung) but with a lot less of a wait time. All of the juicy dim sums were great, especially the pork and the Korean Barbecue one. The Honey Walnut Shrimp is also a total home run and the service was fast and attentive. Ambiance is great too. 100% recommended!

Enjoyed the multiple dishes I received here such as the chow mein, pork buns, fried rice, garlic green beans, and Singapore rice noodles. My favorites and recommendations to others are the chicken and spinach potstickers and the salt and pepper calamari.

Are you kidding me? Another big disappointment recommended by YouTube influencers... I don't know why I keep falling for this kind of scams. Most dim sums were unimpressive. Just purchase ones from Trader Joe's. I do not see much difference. Some of them even smelled a little bit off. It's just not worth the troubles to park around here. Services are pretty indifferent as well as any other generic Chinese restaurants. I would recommend Din Tai Fang if you really want to try decent dim sum's with other kinds of various Chinese dishes. This place is just not worth overhyped prices of dim sum. Trust me.

Omgsh this place was sooooo good! The perfect dim sum lunch with besties! We had the Korean soup dumpling and the pork soup dumplings. Some beef lo mein that I could not get enough of, edamame, another dumpling in a spicy sauce and pork pot stickers which were good but not what I was expecting. The food came out as it was made which is my favorite and we started passing around the goodness. Service was pretty good and the place was super cute too! Great place to go from an out of town costumer!

Decent dim sum experience! Stopped in on a Monday night about an hour before close, so we got seated right away. The vibe is warm with all the red coloring and wood throughout the restaurant. We ordered the Juicy Roulette (one of each of the various soup dumplings on the menu); the sticky rice with chicken and Chinese sausage; chicken shumai (fyi these are HUGE); the mini pan-fried pork soup dumplings; and the spicy chicken and shrimp wontons. Everything was tasty and you will absolutely leave full. We checked in on Yelp and got a complimentary order of the crispy scallion pancake. The staff were also kind enough to bring out a complimentary order of Bao Milk Buns for dessert and they were SO good (low-key my fave part of the whole meal). Our server was really lovely. Street parking only.

This is a delicious option for dim sum when in the city!I had the pleasure of coming for lunch and indulged in all the staples, like shrimp dumplings, soup dumplings, wontons, sticky rice in wrap, and more. Service was efficient, the interior is nicely decorated and aesthetically pleasing, and parking was readily available at the meters out front. Convenient and delicious. Prices are fair for the quality and portions. I ordered a few too many items out of sheer pigginess and ended up taking quite a few dishes home. Hey keep well enough, too, which is great. When the SGV is too much of a mission, this place is a great alternative to consider.

I haven't been here in a long while, because I didn't recall it being very vegetarian-friendly. Update: It still isn't. Went for lunch, they have a lunch special (entree plus rice, egg roll, soup) - but none of the 10 entrees are vegetarian, and when asked if they could do one, they pointed me to appetizers. The hot and sour soup is noted on the menu as being vegetarian (unusual) - but when I asked about it I was told it's made with chicken. ?? I ordered one of the few vegetarian entrees (mapo tofu) after confirming that there was no chicken or fish in it. The icing on the cake is that all of my friend's meat dishes came out hot while I was waiting for my one dish - so I watched her eat and ate plain rice for a while until they finally brought out my dish. (Which was fine, not great). I rarely leave neg reviews, but there are so many way more veggie-friendly delicious restaurants, even Chinese spots, nearby, I thought it worth noting.
