Bang Bang Noodles

Phenomenal! Made to order noodles!! First off, there is side parking with about 6ish spots and street parking. As of right now they are only open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I went on a Saturday around 3:30pm. They were on their second week of a soft opening. People were there and not busy but active. It's order outside, no inside seating. There was a table on the sidewalk if you wanted to eat there and a table in the back where the side parking is. I walked up and the owner Robert was the one that took my order. He is what made the experience that much better. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. There is no inside seating so not an indoor atmosphere, but Robert's friendly demeanor made the ambiance quite comfortable! He also makes every noodle fresh and to each order! I asked for his suggestion... I got the tangy cumin noodles and the dumplings amazing flavor, but that's not it. He was short on the dumpling and he made up for it with a side cucumber salad and some peach tea. OMG!!! The noodles were insanely great!! And the dumplings very juicy... the cucumber salad, I thought was going to be aiight, was surprisingly very good! But the piece of resistance... the peach tea! It was SO flavorful!!! I WILL be coming back! The prices weren't bad for what I got. And you get a lot!! Thanks Robert!!

Sauce for noodles was inedible, sorry can't recommend this place. I asked for a refund and was told I would receive a refund for of the bowls we ordered but was never received.
