Really great traditional food. Easter euro Jewish food is something hard to find and this place is a local gem. Family run and everything is homemade I love it. We had a plethora of food. Portions are large so share! You get more than your monies worth. We were able toSit inside but there isn't a lot of space. So maybe plan a picnic.

An absolute gem! So happy to have found this spot! Delicious Eastern European salads & hot foods, loved the incredible cabbage rolls, olvieh & carrot salad! Huge variety of pastries and cheese cakes. They also serve a great cappuccino! Owner is an awesome guy, great to chat with & super friendly atmosphere. Rare to find such a genuine, family-owned spot like this in LA nowadays! Will be a regular here!

Re.: warning - cramps and severe diarrhea.Went to buy food at this store yesterday for a party at our friends house. Bought food for about a $100. - kotletki (fish, beef and chicken)- Olivier salad (tasted good by the way but looked yellowish, even our friend noticed)- eggplant salads- potato with mushroomsService was great. Young people who work there were very nice and friendly. BUT this morning my family and my friends family are both suffering from cramps and severe diarrhea. It's embarrassing to be those guests who bring poison into someone's home. This store should be sued and shut down.

Tips if you buy any product in this place. Make sure it is not expired as of many products I bought from this place expired long time ago. I've been at this store multiple times throughout 5 year period. Probably half the time I bought things that was expired. Mostly it is small snacks that does not cost much to drive back and return your $5-$7 back. No big deal. I got expired milk product which states in English label it's expiration date of 08.04.2023(august 4th 2023). Which actually was produced on April 8th 2023. I checked online at the website of manufacturer of this product and the expiration date for those kind of products are 45 days. Obviously to me that this thing is expired when I opened it and was labeled as it's a different expiration date, cause manufacturer country has different date format of dd/mm/yyyy. Just pay attention next time on expiration date when you buy at this store, cause I bought expired products multiple times.

My favorite place to pick up Eastern European foods from their freshly prepared refrigerated food display cases. Everything from cabbage rolls, to grandma's pickles to desserts. Yum! They'll heat it up for you, so you can eat it there (a tiny outdoor patio/sidewalk seating area in front - two 2tops?), or take it to go to your favorite park (like Griffith) for a picnic! Fresh rye bread too! It's a mini Europeans food market on one side of the store too. I do wish they'd carry Lithuanian products, though.
