Still one of the best Cantonese restaurants in SG Valley. The quality and taste of their dishes remain consistent. There is a deli area inside where one can buy char shiu, roast pork and such. I love that the food is not greasy. My new favorites are the egg tofu mushroom and beef chow fun which has the wok hei taste!A huge shout out to the gentleman (manager?), the same one I mentioned in my prior review. He is always working hard to provide exceptional service. He is never without a smile. Tonight I stopped to order takeout. While waiting for my order, he brought me a hot cup of tea. It had been a tough day and the kindness this gentleman showed meant the world to me. Thank you. :)

little spot that serves a big menu ranging from bbq meats to lobster and your everyday rice and noodle dishes.we ordered beef chow fun, char siu, and a couple other dishes. sadly, the food wasn't up to par, especially the char siu. it was very lean and dry, at least the pieces that were given to us. for an establishment that has bbq meats in their chinese name, it was a sore disappointment. would likely go back just for the convenience.

One of the Cantonese BBQ place famous for its "Char Siu." Flavor wise, I like it as it is not over-sweetened but I am not the big fan for their texture, which calls for more fat. Otherwise, it's more on the lean, dry, and a bit gamey side. The porridge (Congee or "Zhou") is recommended. Services are swift like every other Cantonese restaurant or HK Cafes. The breakfast/brunch combo is such a big bang for the buck. Under $15, you can have 2-3 good size of entrances, plus a free drink like the hot silk-stocking milk tea (Hong Kong style milk tea), "Yuan Yang" (a mix of coffee and milk tea), or Iced lemon black tea. A pretty good deal!

I called to order togo, but they said since I'm only ordering char siu (BBQ Pork), to go in and order in person. This make sense because they cut it into pieces when you order. Pork is missing some flavor inside and the sauce is wet. Usually for me, the char siu should be more flavorful and have a thick sauce. 3 star for good service and soft meat though. Would try again next time, maybe the roasted pork next time. Pricing is very good, ~$13/lb. Mines was 1.3lbs ish. Don't expect to get exactly 1 lbs. it'll either be more or less. I'll come try other dishes next time. Cheap food.

This was the second time here with my family. It's a small place but it works. The entrance area has small tables and if you go to the other side, they're large tables. They have lunch special but only until a certain time before they switch to the dinner menu. The first time we were there, there was a server who was rude and rushed us to take our order even though we were still asking questions. The server claimed that every dish was made in chicken broth and that he can't change anything. We asked for another server and he helped us. We explained that I'm vegan and certain ingredients will get me very sick. This nice server said that he can make the dishes anyway I want but needs to speak with the kitchen. He later came out with a large piece of paper and wrote down what I couldn't eat and took out my order. Our second time, the same server helped us. He said now he's a manager. Very nice guy. He took our orders patiently. Food came out so delicious. I had the tofu with brown sauce, and rice noodle with black bean gravy sauce made with tofu, veggies, mushrooms. I forgot to take a picture but I had Bok choy with garlic dish as well. Will definitely come back again. Parking lot in the back. There's also street parking. One gender neutral restroom.

My friend recommend we go to this restaurant to have the BBQ duck which is one of the items we ordered. We didn't have to wait to be seated and within a few minutes the waitress took our order. Besides the duck, we ordered beef broccoli and rice. The duck dish was brought to our table and we consumed it and we waited and waited. We never got the other dishes after we requested the missing items from the waitress. They were busy but other people around us who came after us were receiving their food. The duck was delicious but we got up and left after paying for the BBQ duck meal.

Solid budget-friendly Cantonese spot with friendly service. I ordered takeout for breakfast and did the $12.99 special which comes with your choice of congee and 2 items (I chose seafood congee, steamed rice roll and chow mein, plus drink (milk tea) which were all good. They also have some dim sum items and typical barbecue items of duck and pork. I don't eat meat, except fish, so can't comment on those items.

I took my family to try Auntie Kitchen again and it was my second time and their first time. We ordered roasted duck rice ($12.99), BBQ pork with Hainan chicken rice ($13.99), home-style stir-fried vermicelli ($12.99), and a few dim sum dishes such as steamed buns with milk, Har Gow (Shrimp dumplings) and egg tart. My roasted duck rice was not bad with a decent amount of duck meat but the duck skin was not crispy. The BBQ pork with Hainan chicken rice was mediocre. The rice was not oily rice and the BBQ pork was very dry and chewy. The chicken was okay. Home-style stir-fried vermicelli was greasy and it had only a few sliced meat. The taste was not bad. Dim sum dishes were mediocre. Food: 3 out of 5 starsService: 4 out of 5 starsPrice: 4 out of 5 starsOverall it was about 3.5 stars this time. The quality could be better, especially the BBQ pork and the rice. We were a little disappointed. Service was still good and attentive.

Besides the fact that you get a little thirsty after the food (so there's def a heavy amount of MSG), this place is delicious and you know it's good when it's only got cantonese families eating here.We got the bbq pork, tung choi with garlic, scallop egg white fried rice, a fish fiilet pot. I would easily order everything again except for the fish fillet pot (mostly because of the amount of bones we had to deal with).Everything had SUCH GOOD WOK HEI and the parking wasn't awful to find which is always much appreciated. By the time we sat down, there was a small line that started forming so we got lucky! Next time, I definitely want to try their sweet and sour pork and salted fish fried rice!!

Only been here for the Hong Kong style breakfast and already had a great experience. The food was authentic and great price for the amount you get! Choose a porridge, TWO sides, and a drink with unlimited refills. I always have leftovers to bring home. Service is great- very attentive and it literally feels like being at an "Auntie's" home. Pay attention to parking signs- the lots are reserved for the nearby medical buildings.
